In this unique, charming fourteenth-century Benedictine monastery, surrounded by private property and reserves, we offer a romantic detached villa (sleeps up to 8) restored with care and equipped with every comfort. Spread over 2 floors decorated with antique furniture. The ground floor is the living area (living room with fireplace, 2 beds, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, services), the first floor opens instead the cozy sleeping area (bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi, bedroom with 4 beds style "old school"). It's with porch and surrounded by pleasant gardens. La Casetta di Nico

The apartment is absolutely centrally located in the city center with views of the cathedral tower and is quiet with windows to the very bright courtyard. You can reach all cultural and gastronomic destinations in a very short time on foot. Like the whole house with about 10 apartments, the apartment has been carefully converted from a historic building into a modern residential building and thus has charm and comfort. Only for parking there is no direct parking space at the house in the historic old town. The best way is the public underground car park at the Violin Museum, which can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. However, short parking due to luggage is possible. We only had digital contact with Anna, the owner, but he was always very timely, pleasant and helpful. Clear recommendation!

Mrs. Enza was very helpful and friendly; the apartment, very clean, is located in a historic building, overlooking a well-kept internal garden, and therefore very quiet. The only downside is the lack of parking and the inability to access the Ztl if not paid.

The place is very close to the train station which makes it very convenient for us. It’s a bit away from the city center but walkable. The apartment is on the second floor, with a gate between the 1st and 2nd floor. It is very clean, fully furnished, spacious and comfortable. Chiara is a great host, very responsive and helpful. My only suggestion would be to include how to use the appliances in the instruction/welcome booklet which she has put together. I couldn’t get the dishwasher to work so I had to leave dirty dishes in the washer and I felt really bad.

Chiara's husband is very friendly and always available, also recommending places to see. The house was impeccable and available to everything you need. Thank you hosts for welcoming us.
