We had a great week with friends at Luisa and Guido's. We were afraid of being hot, but with the fans and pool, it was perfect. We even had access to the kitchen and outdoor shower room. Luisa also prepared focaccia for us for August 15, it was delicious. We recommend it!!

Flavia is incredibly friendly, helps with every question and for me it was important that I could work in peace and also have some fun. If you like peace and space then this is an amazing place! My route planner was able to find the street but not the house because it's in the middle of the land on a hill, so off the road. That was first search, but then easy to find. The area is wonderful and good restaurants where you can find it for lunch: Menu Lavoro (3 courses) 12€,- up to €15,-

Pleasant surprise, the house offers ample space and is well heated. The warm and welcoming environment and the thoughtful furniture made the atmosphere special. We stayed in three families and the game room allowed us to have fun with our teenage children, helpful and friendly guests. Nothing was really missing in this house! The landscape is really relaxing and with a short walk you can easily reach the characteristic villages. Recommended

I stayed with my dog the second week of July 2024, the welcome and stay were excellent. The owners, who live in the same building, are available if necessary. The apartment has all the necessary amenities. Externally, the home is very well cared for and structured so that everyone has their own privacy. Recommended!

We enjoyed the view, the nice cottage, swimming pool and hospitality. In consultation, you can enjoy a nice breakfast for a small payment. There are multiple families and that makes it cozy. The surroundings are rural with many castles. Nearby is the river Trebbia where you can swim wonderfully.

Lovely accommodation. The beautiful view of the hills and the peace that you can breathe is indescribable. The opportunity to experience the outdoor spaces makes the stay even more pleasant. The house was extremely charming, perfect for a big family or, like us, a group of friends. Very spacious with a wonderful kitchen which became one of the centre points where we often came together and socialised. Beautiful views and so so tranquil, we slept so well and woke to peace and beauty. We are all talking about coming back and experiencing this again. The owners were friendly and charming people who made us feel welcome. Overall a wonderful experience and extremely good value for such a property!

The flat was really nice and the surroundings breathtaking. We loved staying here. The pool was cristalclear and the poolarea and garden lovely with lavender and jasmine everywhere. This is a really quiet place were you can enjoy nature, wineyards and relax by the pool. The local restaurant Mondo was really nice. We would love to come back someday soon!

Really nice place! Fun and unique experience for those like us who have children, space to play, games available, characteristic setting. Property equipped with all comforts immersed in the Piacentine hills. Very kind and helpful owners. Highly recommended.

The stay close to Salsomaggiore Terme was beautiful, even prettier than the pictures. The owners, who live on site, were friendly, helpful and attentive. A lot of space, nature and quietness to unwind from everyday life. I would really recommend going there if you're looking for a little gem in the countryside of Italy. We had a great time!
