Great hospitality, perfect room!

A warm recommendation to spend your holiday here! We stayed in the apartment for two weeks, and they were two really good weeks😀 Anna and her family are very kind and caring people who are concerned about how your stay is going. Anna was available throughout the entire stay if any questions arose and was diligent in providing recommendations for both attractions and restaurants. She was accommodating from the start, which resulted in us having the best experience. A super relaxing and nice place to spend time – with a lovely pool. Although it is hot during the day it is pleasant to stay at night. At the same time, you can also go out of town if you wish.

Massimo was charming, he picked us up from the station and took us to the house. The house is very cute, surrounded by vegetation, in a quiet and family area. The host also left us a full breakfast. There is a very accessible supermarket next door. We would repeat. The only thing is that you have to arrive by bus and the last one is at 8:30 pm approximately, but it is barely 15 minutes by bus to the center. Very good experience, thank you!!

We had the most perfect time here, the photos don’t give this property the justice it deserves, it honestly exceeded our expectations. Definitely a hidden gem, just absolutely stunning. A perfect slice of Umbria, with a gorgeous pool surrounded by fields of olive trees. Will defiantly be recommended this property and cannot wait to return one day.

Luca has given a lot of thought to the needs of his guests including a handy in-house shop where you can buy drinks, pasta, and small groceries. It was very welcoming to find a fridge full of cooling drinks. There is everything you need, including a patio area with table and chairs. Sadly it rained for most of my visit, but it would be great for sunny weather. The historic part of Chiusi is a short bus ride up the hill, and you can get the bus from outside the station. I recommend going to the Etruscan museum and the tour of the labyrinth, aqueduct, and tower. I didn't get to the lake because of the weather, but I am sure that it would be lovely in the sunshine.

Wonderful apartment, centrally located. In an Immaculate building with plenty of space, we actually enjoyed relaxing in the apartment, cooking ( there is a great market next door) and resting before going out rejuvenated in the evenings. Very reliable hosts!!

Antonella was a great host, very quick response to our questions, always had positive communication with us. Her house was an extraordinary house, this stone house and antique items from the 1800s were a very nice experience for us. The house was very nice and in a quiet location. Antonella had provided us with everything we needed, gave us a lot of activities and local advice, what we were able to do from what she recommended really pleased us very much, it was nice advice. We would recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend a quiet Tuscan holiday. If we go back here, Antonella's house will be our choice again.

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

What a wonderful surprise this oasis of peacefulness was. It was even better than I expected. The hosts were gracious and always available. The house was nice and cool even though there was a bit of a heat wave going on. There s a great place for a swim in Cagli clean and easy access ! Not to mention the marvelous culinary experience thanks to the wonderful ideas about their favorite places to dine all of which were unusual and delicious! They love animals so my dog felt right at home. Not to forget the Jazz concert under the castle im Cagli. I will surely come back ! I highly reccomend this place "far from the madding crowd"!

We had an amazing week in Casa Trasimonte, where we enjoyed the house, the pool, the terrace and the view. The house is richly equipped, so we ate a lot at home. We also ate at the local restaurant Lo Scoliotto, where the view and food are good. In Tuoro, we ate with great views of the lake. Largo Trasimeno itself was a bit of a disappointment. Not to look at (really beautiful), but not inviting to bathe. We did great walks in the mountains around the house and met a beautiful animal diversity. All in all, a great recommendation from us.

Amazing place, culturally super reach area, nature is pure and very attractive, lots of things to experience and see. Highly recommend. Please make sure you have reliable car-road is unpaved and asks to be very patient. Accommodation is superb and clean. Loved it, coming again for sure and for longer time

A fantastic little gem that we hired out both houses for new year. Lovely and peaceful with Elwin and his wife being fantastic and could not be more accommodating. The small touches around the apartment to the friendly welcome make this property stand out, along with the character and cosy nature. We will certainly recommend this place to friends visiting the area.

Julio and Vera were very sweet and friendly. They made us feel welcome at their beautiful house. The apartment was like at the pictures, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. They have also 2 lobbies where you can stay, unfortunately we weren’t able to use the swimming pool and the bbq because we booked in the winter but still they told us that if we wanted to we could still use it. Recommend to book with them!

The accommodation is very convenient to reach the main cities of Umbria as it is close to the highway. A 5-minute drive away you can reach the supermarkets and all the necessary amenities as the accommodation is located in a small village, very nice, absolutely quiet, out of the chaos of the cities. 100 m away is a small marina and the bike path that runs around the lake. The accommodation is very spacious, the wi-fi works well; Anna was very kind to accommodate some of our requests, quickly.

We decided to book a last minute trip and Giovanni was extremely fast with responses and very accommodating. Check in (and out) were very easy and straightforward, the parking space was fabulous! The apartment was lovely and had all the amenities you could possibly think of, it was warm, cozy and welcoming and very clean, comfortable and quiet. Giovanni was a wonderful host and gave us some great recommendations and advice on where to go and what to do. It rained during our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed playing the games provided in the apartment. The location was great, there was a wonderful little shop around the corner and a bar where we had a nice breakfast, we enjoyed the walk to the town centre and the area had everything we needed! We can’t thank you enough Giovanni and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
