The house is really nice and clean, in a convenient location within walking distance of downtown with easy parking. Riccardo was a perfect and very helpful host, a helpful guy, and he gave us a lot of advice on where to eat and what to do.

We loved the place and welcoming attitude of the host. Our kids loved the place as it has the perfect pool and animals to pet. Can’t wait to go back one day! You do need the car to visit lovely places around or to get the food shop but this adds to a beauty of coming back to this peaceful clean and fabulous place to relax and enjoy your holidays!

Luca's place is very convenient to the train station and Chiusi. The apartment is clean and full of amenities. The bed is on the hard side and perfect for sleeping. I would stay there again.

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

Excellent location, very spacious well furnished house - bigger than we expected. Nice outdoor area around the house, perfect for kids to play. Hosts live next door (the house is split in two) so very responsive and accommodated our requests quickly. We had a nice present of a small olive oil bottle on the arrival, which was very kind, however we were a bit surprised that lots of basic necessities such as a sponge/dishwasher or washing machine capsules were missing. The host provided them upon request but we had to ask every time, it would have been nice to have staples like teabags stocked. If you’re arriving late in the evening, like we did, be sure to buy food on the way as there is no shop in the village. Overall we had a great experience and the area is very beautiful.

In May 2025, we spent a week with Federica - it was a wonderful time The apartment is spacious, super clean and in reality more beautiful than shown in the photos. The large terrace, where you can look directly at the beautiful olive garden. A quiet environment, but the location is perfect for exploring the area. 15 minutes by car to Perugia - but Umbria is not only Perugia: Assisi- simply a must, then also e.g. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello and many more. Fantastic architecture, churches, palaces, museums with countless masterpieces by artists, which you can otherwise only read about in books or catalogs. Our hostess Federica is an exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful person, she gave us many interesting tips, that have greatly enriched our vacation. Overall, absolutely recommended - you feel right at home- We would be happy to come back anytime. Our rating 5 stars + Greetings from Joanna and Bogdan.

We had an amazing week in Casa Trasimonte, where we enjoyed the house, the pool, the terrace and the view. The house is richly equipped, so we ate a lot at home. We also ate at the local restaurant Lo Scoliotto, where the view and food are good. In Tuoro, we ate with great views of the lake. Largo Trasimeno itself was a bit of a disappointment. Not to look at (really beautiful), but not inviting to bathe. We did great walks in the mountains around the house and met a beautiful animal diversity. All in all, a great recommendation from us.

Monica and Renato are fabulous, friendly hosts. The apartment we rented was spotless. Bed was very comfortable so we had a great nights sleep. You are adjacent to other apartments but there is no noise at all from your neighbours, nor were we overlooked. The views from the small terrace were stunning, over the colourful garden to the vineyards and Tuscan landscape beyond. Bliss. The swimming pool is available for all to use. Our hosts left a lovely bottle of Prosecco as a welcome as well as coffee, oil, vinegar, breads, jams etc Thank you Next time we will stay longer!

Julio and Vera were very sweet and friendly. They made us feel welcome at their beautiful house. The apartment was like at the pictures, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. They have also 2 lobbies where you can stay, unfortunately we weren’t able to use the swimming pool and the bbq because we booked in the winter but still they told us that if we wanted to we could still use it. Recommend to book with them!

We decided to book a last minute trip and Giovanni was extremely fast with responses and very accommodating. Check in (and out) were very easy and straightforward, the parking space was fabulous! The apartment was lovely and had all the amenities you could possibly think of, it was warm, cozy and welcoming and very clean, comfortable and quiet. Giovanni was a wonderful host and gave us some great recommendations and advice on where to go and what to do. It rained during our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed playing the games provided in the apartment. The location was great, there was a wonderful little shop around the corner and a bar where we had a nice breakfast, we enjoyed the walk to the town centre and the area had everything we needed! We can’t thank you enough Giovanni and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at the farm for 5 days, and if I had known how beautiful it is there I would have planned our round trip differently 😅 It's a great little spot. Unfortunately, the location on Airbnb was not correct, so we had to search quite a bit, but Roberta responded to my messages right away and navigated us. The cottage was clean and equipped with everything necessary. The pool was worth gold at 35 degrees and the kids couldn't get enough. You felt warmly welcomed by Roberta and her family. Alberto went out with the kids every night, which was of course the highlight. But there was also no lack of play opportunities and as parents you could relax wonderfully. Many thanks to the whole family for the great days 🫶🏻

Everything was perfect. Luca is an impeccable host and his home has no flaws. Only quality: 5 minutes walk from the central square of the village (but out of the hustle and bustle); a few minutes drive from the main natural attractions of the surroundings; parking nearby; spacious and air-conditioned rooms; ideal for children; large living room with parquet; an extraordinary restaurant a few steps away... and breathtaking landscape!
