A massive thank you to fabrizio and his family for the most amazing time in his beautiful home . The house and location is stunning and it went way beyond our expectations and hopes for our first Tuscan adventure . So welcoming from the first moment , full of advice and recommendations . Nothing is too much trouble for Fabrizio as all he wants is his guests to have the best time possible . I could say so many great things about this house , the pictures on the listing sell it but you can’t fully appreciate the beauty and feeling of this house and the location until you arrive . This house is fabrizio ‘s dream , designing it and taking many years to complete . He is so proud ,and this really shows when you arrive and meet Fabrizio and his daughter for the first time . We will definitely be back to stay again , so tempted to book 3 weeks next time though !! Thank you so much Fabrizio !! Oh! I must also say that the wine from your vineyards is just the best 😎 Till next time 😉

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Patrizia’s beautiful home. A spacious, beautifully decorated villa with lots of artwork and glass chandeliers. It’s a 10 minute walk from the Lucca wall. If you rent a car for side trips there is convenient parking inside the gate of the property. We did an overnight trip to Porto Venere and daytime drives to Montecatini, Monte Carlo, and Pietrasantra. Patrizia was a great host and always very helpful. She graciously agreed to drive us to the train station when we could not get a cab. We highly recommend Patrizia’s villa and hope to be back someday. Grazie Patrizia!

L’alloggio di Donatella è esattamente come nelle foto: curato, accogliente e immerso nella quiete. Appena si chiude il cancello, si entra in un’oasi privata dove ci si sente subito a casa. La terrazza coperta è perfetta per pranzare o cenare all’aperto con ogni tempo, godendo della splendida vista sulla valle. Abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori. La piscina era pulita e il panorama davvero rilassante. I nostri due cani si sono sentiti subito a loro agio: lo spazio è grande e tutto recintato, quindi sicuro. I negozi e tutto il necessario si trovano nelle vicinanze, e in 15 minuti si arriva al mare di Lido di Camaiore. La casa è ben attrezzata, funziona tutto come dovrebbe. Donatella e suo figlio sono sempre disponibili, gentili e si impegnano davvero molto per far star bene gli ospiti. Comunicazione semplice e veloce. Grazie per l’ospitalità e l’attenzione ai dettagli! Torneremmo molto volentieri.

This was one of our most memorable holidays. A guided tour to the house to which upon arrival I cannot describe the stunning, magical, peaceful view and surroundings! All made us most welcome! The surrounding towns (Callodi, Montecarlo, Pistoia), cities (Lucca) close by (30 mins) and trains to Florence very relaxing. The farmhouse, with great character, was comfortable, cool, and well equipped with many a family feast overlooking the valley under stars swimming. Many thanks to the loyal gardener! Amazing. Thank you for a magical break and we hope to return.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche unter Freunden in der Villa Nicolai. Das Haus ist im toskanischen Stil eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Der Garten mit Pool war einfach traumhaft und war auch für die zwei Kleinsten ein Paradies zum rumtoben. Wir haben auch zwei Kinderbetten und Hochstühle zur Verfügung bekommen. Wir würden sofort wieder in die Villa gehen und auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit erriechbar und haben all unsere Wünsche erfüllt.

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

Zalige vakantie gehad in Lucca. Mooie villa en zwembad. Omgeving waar je alleen de vogels hoort fluiten. De weg naar de villa was wel elke dag een uitdaging met ons busje. We hebben enorm genoten en onze batterijen zijn weer opgeladen. Een aanrader!

Boendet överträffade våra förväntningar! Vi tillbringade en härlig vecka där med vår familj. Ett fantastiskt hus, magisk plats och mycket att se och göra i närområdet! Värdparet var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma - en eloge till dem! Huset och köket var välutrustat och vi saknade absolut ingenting - men nu när vi lämnar saknar vi huset och ser fram emot att komma tillbaka! Ciao - vi ses!

Host gentilissimi e super disponibili. Bellissima esperienza e bellissima villa, soprattuto se si vuole staccare un po' dalla quotidianità e godere di una vista pazzesca. Da sogni, grazie Barbara!

Marco e la sua famiglia sono degli host impeccabili che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Disponibili e sempre reattivi. Casa in un’ottima posizione e comoda sia per andare verso il mare che per passare una giornata tranquilla in piscina. Ci ritornerei!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Der Pool war leider um diese Zeit viel zu kalt. Im Hochsommer gibt er bestimmt eine gute Abkühlung. Der Garten ist ein Paradies für Hunde. Wir waren 11 Erwachsene. Hierfür waren die 5 Zimmer zu wenig. Die Küchen Ausstattung war ausreichend für 12 Personen. Wir konnten ausgiebig kochen und grillen. Kaffeemaschine reichte leider nicht für alle aus. Da half dann nur die herkömmliche Methode. Der separate Weinschrank wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Alles im allen ein guter Platz für Max. 10 Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder zu einer warmen Jahreszeit.

The villa is gorgeous scenic experience with views of the Tuscan hills. We came in Winter so we couldn’t use the lovely pool but enjoyed a wine tasting just up the street at Tenuta Maria Teresa. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and we loved congregating in the living room to play games. We cooked meals in the kitchen and had what we needed. It was very private and tranquil location 12 minutes from Lucca. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and worked with us easily on check in and out times even letting us arrive early. It is typical in Italy to pay for heat consumption, came out to 226 euro for three days even when turning it low when gone for the day so just something to keep in mind as it is a large villa. Overall, a lovely experience and highly recommend the location. We’d come back.

John was a great host. The villa had everything you could possibly need and the photo’s don’t do it justice. Amazing property and we had a great time with a group of 12 friends. Could not recommend it more.

Vittorio was very friendly and responsive. The property was as described and in a peaceful and private setting but with Lucca easily accessible. The accommodation is spacious and extremely clean and would be good for a large family gathering.

Silvia est une hôte très accueillante et pro-active. Elle n'hésite pas a vous recommander des activités et restaurants à proximité. Son logement est très agréable et le cadre très beau ! Je recommande !

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni per un addio al nubilato. La villa é davvero pazzesca, anche più bella che in foto. ogni piano é indipendente, con al sua cucina, il suo salotto, il suo bagno e le camere. La casa é pazzesca in ogni dettaglio, dall'arredamento ai servizi inclusi. la pergola, la piscina e la vista sono spettacolari e ce le siamo davvero godute. Abbiamo anche organizzato una festa con il deejay nella pergola, stupenda! il proprietario é stato davvero top: molto disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta ed é stato anche molto flessibile sia nel check-in che nel check out. Posto assolutamente consigliato!!!

Tolle Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder! Alles war bestens, die Unterkunft ist super für größere Gruppen - wir waren zu acht mit Kleinkind da. Insbesondere der Pool ist perfekt zum entspannen und baden. Für uns waren die 10+ Katzen, die nebenan wohnen etwas zu viel, da man immer schauen muss, dass sie nicht auf Handtücher oder den Balkontisch sitzen.

David was a great host. He responded to our messages immediately. He recommended and booked for us a great local wine tasting. He also drove part of the group back to the airport upon leaving. The villa itself was in a very peaceful quiet area. You definitely require a car to get around. There are driveable grocery stores, cafes and train stations not too far. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. The pool was heated at a small extra cost which we found agreeable. The house comfortably slept all 13 of us. There were plenty of towels, linen etc. There is a washing machine, which was also great. We found the fridge was sightly low in power, some of the kitchen gadgets did not work i.e. blender, and we lacked some things like toilet paper and dishwashing liquid - however these were minor issues. Overall we had a great stay, and would like to thank David for all the help along the way!

Very enjoyable retreat. It is outside of any of the major cities, but a reasonable drive (20-30 minutes) to be in town. The location is in the country, but there are still good restaurants nearby. The pool was fantastic, especially given the temperatures were hotter than normal during our stay. It was great for our family of four.

We loved staying at Enis’ house- it was a privilege to stay in this beautiful home. The house has everything you need and the outside gardens are beautiful. The pool is lovely and large. Enis and Elena are such warm and helpful hosts. We took up the offer of a home cooked Tuscan four course meal which they created and served to us. It was our best night of the holiday. Thank you so much.

Das Anwesen ist wunderbar gelegen und bittet eine schöne Aussicht. Das Haus bittet viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist grosszügig und beherbergt alles, falls man kochen will. Die Umgebung ist grossartig und grosszügig. Der Pool inkl. Aussicht ich ein Highlight und wird perfekt unterhalten. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen und bedanken uns an dieser Stelle für die geschätzte und erholsame Zeit.

Sono stato in questa casa per il mio trentesimo con 7 amici. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, zona rilassante con rumorosità pari a zero. Valente è stato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. La casa era curata, pulita e molto attrezzata. Spero di tornarci in altre occasioni

Wir haben uns im Anwesen von Luca sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön :). Auf der Terrasse hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge.
