We had a truly wonderful stay at Alessandra’s villa in Stia. We were two families — 4 adults and 4 children — and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal: peaceful, surrounded by nature, and yet conveniently close to everything. The villa itself is immaculate, tastefully furnished, and radiates authentic Tuscan charm. Alessandra was incredibly kind and attentive, always available and generous — she even spoiled us with delicious homemade treats. The children were absolutely thrilled and didn’t want to leave. It’s also worth mentioning that photos simply don’t do the place justice — the beauty and atmosphere must be experienced in person. I would highly recommend staying here; it’s a truly unforgettable and heartwarming experience in the heart of Tuscany.

What an incredible Tuscan Villa, even more beautiful in person! The gardens are immaculate and the views of the country side and Poppi are stunning!! We were two families that fit so comfortable in the space, many areas to relax and play. Kids loved the clean pool and playground. Monica and Cristina were incredibly responsive to questions and requests and even helped us cook the most delicious pizza in their authentic outdoor fire pizza oven! We would stay again in a heartbeat, it was our favourite villa during our long travels in Italy.

We had an amazing time here!! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight of our visit was definitely their adorable dog, Tokyo. Tokyo was friendly and made us feel right at home. We can't wait to come back!

It is a beautiful place to stay in, with wonderful scenery surrounding it. It is within a driveable distance to Bologna and San Marino, as well as the seaside (Rimini etc.). Loved the italian style of the apartment and the welcoming hosts just made it the perfect getaway for my family!

Elisa ci ha accolti con il sorriso e dopo averci mostrato la casa ci ha offerto un’ottima bottiglia di sua produzione! Siamo stati benissimo, nella pace e nel silenzio. I nostri figli hanno trovato un luogo dove potersi riposare e ognuno di noi ha trovato un proprio spazio. Se ci si vuol rilassare e rallentare i ritmi è il luogo ideale.

Traumhaft schönes Landhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Großer Pool. Sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage mit hüfthohen, duftenden Rosmarinstauden. Innen geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Einziger Nachteil: viele Stechmücken.

cercavamo un luogo immerso nel verde dove poter fuggire per ritrovare l'energia e abbiamo scelto Ca' Gianna dove non prendeva neanche il telefono....perfetto per rigenerarsi, rilassarsi e riconnettersi alla natura. Inoltre Manuela ci ha accolti con due bicchieri di vino rosso di loro produzione. Hanno un prato bellissimo davanti casa con due sdraio sulle quali ci siamo goduti il pomeriggio e il mattino presto, scalzi e in compania dei loro cagnoni buonissimi Jhonny e Nana. Siamo restati solo una notte, purtroppo, ma abbiamo apprezzato l'ospitalità e la visita all'area di produzione del vino, del quale abbiamo acquistato 6 bottiglie. De omgeving is erg mooi. Stia Poppi zijn zeker het bezoeken waard. Florence kan ook makkelijk met de trein. Het huis is eenvoudig maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Vooral het terras met bbq en het zwembad ( met uitzicht ) zijn super. De tv heeft heel veel zenders waardoor wij ook het EK konden kijken.

Se volete staccare da tutto ed immergervi in mezzo alla natura, questo posto fa per voi! Giacomo e Daniela sono super host. Vi faranno sentire accolti come in famiglia. Se avete dei bimbi si divertiranno a vedere gli svariati animaletti ( dalla tartaruga all’ asino). Cogliere more e fichi e mangiarli sotto l’albero è un’esperienza che resta nel cuore. Provare per credere!

Laura è stata prima di tutto eccezionale nella comunicazione con noi, abbiamo alloggiato per due notti in un luogo incantevole ben oltre le nostre aspettative! Un benvenuto molto cordiale, sicuramente ci ricorderemo di questa fantastica esperienza!!!!😊

Posto stupendo per rilassarsi e gustare gli ottimi prodotti fatti in casa. Grande gentilezza degli ospiti e tantissimi gatti da coccolare! La camera era bella e spaziosa... insomma tutto è stato perfetto!

Wir haben uns super Wohlgefühlt. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Schöne Unterkunft und Anlage, großer Pool. Wir haben uns auch sehr sicher gefühlt. Großes Einkaufszentrum direkt nebenan. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und waren in wenigen Minuten am Strand und konnten die Umgebung erkunden. Nicoletta hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. San Marino, San Leo, Cesenatico waren sehenswerte Ausflugsziele. Vielen Dank an Nicoletta und die lieben Eltern.wir haben unsere Gastgeber sehr ins Herz geschlossen und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Mauro e sua moglie sono stati davvero speciali: sempre accoglienti e disponibili sin dal momento della prenotazione e per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Ci hanno fatto sentire esattamente a casa. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario. Il giardino curato in ogni angolo e con vista sulle foreste casentinesi è un posto di relax assoluto. Inoltre la posizione della struttura è ideale per visitare non solo i luoghi limitrofi, ma anche la vicina Toscana e i principali centri della Romagna.

Huset var som beskrevet og i virkeligheden bedre. Specielt pool var større end vi havde regnet med. Værten var altid hurtig og god til at respondere. Der er masser af ro, man er privat og i smukke omgivelser.

Mauro was a lovely host - very kind and helpful, gave us good local recommendations. The setting is amazing with footpaths right from the house and stellar views. Very peaceful and relaxing, we both slept really well and would go back in the future. Lovely scent of jasmine outside the flat and a nightingale singing in front of our window every evening!

Un posto meraviglioso sia per coloro che vogliono rimanere in agriturismo a rilassarsi sia per coloro che voglio sfrutta la posizione ottima per esplorare il Casentino. Chiara è una host perfetta, speriamo di tornare presto a trovarla

Antonella e suo marito ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Il loro agriturismo è in una bellissima posizione con vista sulla vallata e curatissimo. Bellissimo il giardino e molto apprezzata da me la piscina e le sdraie per prendere il sole. Peccato eravamo di passaggio per una sola notte perchè è un posto che merita un soggiorno più lungo. E la nostra Breanna ha trovato una piacevole compagnia nel loro cane 'Lillo' 😊

Mauro è una persona splendida, in grado di farti sentire a casa tua anche se circondato da paesaggi stupendi, immerso nella natura. l'alloggio poi è incredibile, curato fino al minimo dettaglio: le case sono infatti antichissime e ristrutturate con maestria. impagabile la vista sulle colline che regala in ogni momento sensazioni uniche.
