Host disponibile, appartamento impeccabile, pulito e ben tenuto con tutti i confort. Comodissimo anche il posto auto interno che in alta stagione è molto utile.

L’appartamento è stato perfetto per il nostro soggiorno a Cesenatico: ampio, spazioso e pulito esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla spiaggia, ideale per una vacanza rilassante. L’host è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolte e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio e, se dovessi tornare a Cesenatico, lo sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo!

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern eine Woche Anfang September im Apartment Industriale und haben es sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand, näher geht es nicht. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und es war alles vorhanden, was angegeben war und was man brauchen könnte. Francesca hatte den Kontakt zum Betreiber der Strandanlagen hergestellt, sodass die Buchung von Liegen und Sonnenschirm super einfach war. Es gibt tolle Restaurants in San Mauro a Mare, die allesamt in unmittelbarer Nähe liegen und in <5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen sind. Auch die Versorgung mit Supermärkten, Apotheke etc. vor Ort ist sehr gut und nah gelegen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti della cura con cui è tenuto l’appartamento, della pulizia e della gentilezza e disponibilità della Host Sonia. Molto carino e dotato di tutte le comodità, non mancava davvero nulla. Anche la posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere il mare ed il viale. Molto meno comodo il garage, stretto, ma soprattutto con spazio di manovra risicato a causa di 2 colonne, richiede pazienza e molte manovre. Come detto, l’appartamento è molto carino, non altrettanto il resto della palazzina, ma non è un grosso problema. Il prezzo è altino, comparato ad altre località dove siamo stati.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und vor allem auch der Lage der Wohnung. 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe, sonst paar Minuten entfernt Parkplatz für 2 Euro am Tag. Die Wohnung liegt zwar zur Hauptstraße mit tollen Essens Möglichkeiten, aber trotzdem etwas privat, weil sie sich in einer Art Hinterhof befindet. Alessandro war stehts top erreichbar und konnte gute Empfehlungen geben, check in und check out total einfach mit code. Alles da, was man braucht für den Urlaub. Das einzige, was man beachten muss ist, dass das Wlan Signal schwach ist, weil man es sich teilt und man kann nicht mehrere Haushaltsgeräte gleichzeitig bedienen (z.b. Waschmaschine und Herd).

Tutto come previsto, il check-in è stato possibile farlo anche prima del previsto. Bella vista mare dal balcone. Il terzo piano permette di avere poche zanzare. L'ascensore è comodo e veloce. Arredamenti nuovi o quasi anche se il lavandino del bagno è un po' piccolo e mancano dei dettagli che farebbero comodo come un reggicartaigenica, mensole o armadietti nel bagno.

Sehr freundliche Inhaber, sehr saubere und ordentliche gemütliche Wohnung, entsprechend den Bildern. Außerdem eine super Lage! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Zu empfehlen!

Accueil exceptionnel, équipe au petit soin, très chaleureuse et à l’écoute.Accès direct à la plage privée depuis la résidence,appartement conforme à la description, propre avec balcon et vue sur mer depuis quasiment tous les appartements.Je recommande, un très bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour en famille

Beautiful place, nice atmosphere at the pool! Nicoletta and the family are very welcoming and great company. Flat is a little difficult to keep cool in great heat. But the fans provided were very silent and good to be used during the night. However, we spend most of our time outside, at the pool, in the water, and drinking coffee at the bar ;)

Wir waren für 5 Nächte mit 3 Erwachsenen in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft war eine der saubersten die ich je gesehen habe und es ist alles vorhanden für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Marta ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, hat immer innerhalb von Minuten auf Anfragen reagiert und das Chek-in/Chek-out war ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert und einfach. Schlussfazit: Super Unterkunft mit einer super netten Gastgeberin.

Le personnel étaient très sympathique. Nous avons passer un bon séjour la bas.

Excellent place to stay. Only booked for one night on way from southern italy to UK but seriously could have stayed a week. What a great place. The restaurant, whilst a bit pricey, serves wonderful food and great service. Thoroughly recommended ++++¥

Unser Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft war sehr schön. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer war war wunderbar. Alles gut zu erreichen. Das Programm und die Speisen in der Bar/Restaurant war auch prima, freundlich und gut gewählt. Das Auto war sicher geparkt. Vielen Dank und alles Gute für Alle.

We stayed at NewCampsite, 5 people and our small dog for 4 nights and everything was great. The location was very beautiful, full of green spaces and many activities. The mobile home was also great, fully equipped and most importantly clean, it had enough space for all of us, the beds were really comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We definitely recommend it!

Villa Lamborghini is unique: it literally borders the sandy beach strip of Lido di Savio, and its location could not be more convenient for everything. The swimming pool is huge (hotel-sized!) and it is great to be able to come dipping into it straight from the beach, all very pleasant. We were a family of 7 in the upper floor, a large apartment with a superb sea-view balcony, ideal for all our meals outdoor. Both the kitchen and the rest of the house have everything we needed and more, and Silvana has been a great host. We look forward to coming back!

Das Studio ist perfekt gelegen. Wenige Schritte und man ist am Meer. Die Einrichtung des Studios war wie beschrieben mit allem Notwendigen inklusive Spül- & Waschmaschine. Der rosse Balkon rund um das Studio ist genial. Für zwei Personen stimmt die Grösse des Studios. Insgesamt hatten wir wunderbare und erholsame Ferien in Lido di Classe geniessen können.

Ho prenotato questo soggiorno per i miei genitori e si sono trovati molto bene nell'alloggio di Chiara. L'host si è rivelata sempre pronta e comunicativa, la casa era come descritto. La posizione la rende silenziosa ma allo stesso tempo il mare è raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Anche la vicinanza al centro di Cesenatico ed al porto canale è ragionevole per gli spostamenti a piedi. Ho trovato ottimo il fatto che la vettura fosse in un cortile interno chiuso e protetta sotto al portico. E' presente l'ascensore. Cucina fornita di tutti gli strumenti, bagno nuovo, camere confortevoli e con terrazze. Consiglio vivamente l'appartamento di Chiara.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Teresa ☺️ L'appartement est idéalement situé, à quelques mètres de la promenade et du bord de mer, et à environ 1/2h à pied du magnifique petit port et tous ses restaurants. Toutes les commodités sont là, la literie est bonne. Teresa est très réactive et même à distance, nous avons trouvé une solution pour notre arrivée un peu tardive. Il y a une conciergerie et les gardiens sont très gentils et discrets. Il y a un commerce de location de vélo en bas de l'immeuble et un énorme parking où il y a toujours de la place ; il est payant la plupart du temps mais nous avons eu la chance que nos stationnements soient gratuits sur le temps de nos vacances. Nous avons adoré nos quelques jours passés là-bas ! Cervia est une ville balnéaire où il fait bon vivre et Teresa est très arrangeante ! Nous conseillons vivement !

Sehr schöne Lage in der Nähe von einem öffentlichen Strand mit angrenzendem Naturschutzgebiet. Ideal zum spazieren, baden und erholen.

Edma ist eine sehr engagierte Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und schnell. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Strasse und ist doch nur ein paar Schritte von einer großen Einkaufsstraße mit Bars, Restaurants, Cafés usw. entfernt. Der Weg zum Strand dauert zu Fuß nicht länger als 5 Minuten und man kann sich verschiedene Strandbäder aussuchen. Auch einige öffentlich zugängliche Strandabschnitte sind leicht erreichbar. In das historische Zentrum am Hafencanal von Cesenatico kommt man in 15 - max. 20 Minuten gut zu Fuß, der Bus dorthin fährt aber auch nicht weit vom Haus (3min) ab. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne, große Dachterrasse (auch mit Sonnenschutz), dort kann man prima neben den Kronen der Pinien sitzen. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den kleinen und mittleren Lebensmittelbedarf. Das Auto kann in einem gut gesicherten Parkplatz direkt am Haus abgestellt werden! Wir -zwei Erwachsene- haben uns sehr schnell sehr wohl gefühlt!

Posizione eccezionale, tranquilla silenziosa e vicina alla spiaggia. Sia libera che con ombrelloni. Spazio esterno molto funzionale.

alloggio praticamente nuovo e completo di tutto. ottimo livello di pulizia. Ringrazierò sempre Elvis per averci permesso di entrare prima dell'orario concordato.
