Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Province of Arezzo

Ostern war natürlich ein Risiko mit dem Wetter. Dann haben wir die Villa gefunden. Mit 33 Grad beheizten Pool - genau die Lösung. Großer wohn und Ess Bereich mit ebenso großzügigen Terrassen. Genügend liegen Handtücher alles prima. Nicht mit den Sportwagen kommen (die letzte Meile ist Schotterpiste und auf die Stufen zu den Schlafräumen einstellen. Dann die Ruhe und die Aussicht genießen! Das Abendessen in der Ölmühle is sein Geld und den Weg wert. 11 Tage gingen zu schnell vorbei.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Bernardino ! Le paysage est magnifique, l’endroit est très propre et la piscine est un vrai plus pour se détendre. Bernardino est un hôte attentionné, toujours à l’écoute et prêt à aider à tout moment. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe

La nostra esperienza a casa di Manuela in Toscana è stata semplicemente fantastica. La casa ha rispettato le aspettative, immersa in un paesaggio mozzafiato che regala pace e relax. Manuela è stata una host super disponibile, gentile e alla mano, sempre pronta ad aiutarci e a darci ottimi consigli. Un soggiorno indimenticabile, non saremmo mai volute andare via, torneremo sicuramente!

Do not hesitate to book this well cared for Villa. It’s just as shown in the pictures. We felt very much at home here at this slice of paradise. The Mom & Dad work VERY hard to make the place sparkle and make guests feel very much at home. Would LOVE to visit again and see Nonna & Nonno. Dinner with Nonna cooking is a must. Charming town and perfect place to use as home base for day trips. Can’t think of one negative comment. Perfect place, location, hosts & vacation spot 🇮🇹🍝🍕🍷❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wir haben uns bei Adriana sehr wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft war sehr modern, sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Außenbereich mit dem Whirlpool war super schön. Der Weg hin zur Unterkunft ist etwas eng und kurvig, was für nicht geübte Italien Urlauber etwas herausfordernd sein kann, aber durchaus machbar ist.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden . Ein Ort an dem man entspannen kann . Luca und Marzia sind ganz ganz herzliche Menschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Auch für unsere Hunde war es perfekt. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und sie konnten sich den ganzen Tag auf einem riesigen Gelände wohlfühlen.

We had a wonderful stay at Leonard's beautiful house. It was the perfect place for my friends, my family, and me to relax and enjoy our time together. The house is located in a stunning area with a breathtaking view of the valley below Castiglion Fiorentino. From there, we were able to visit nearby places such as Florence, Siena, Assisi, Cortona, and other charming local spots. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Leonardo, who is an architect by profession, has put a lot of effort into creating and furnishing this incredible home. From our first contact to the entire stay, he was always available to provide us with useful information and recommendations on what to see and do in Tuscany. We all loved our time here, and we would definitely love to return to this house in the future!

Andrea's property tucked into the beautiful hills on the Umbria countryside was truly incredible. The property had every amenity and many areas to soak up the sun and the views. It was probably the best BBQ view I've ever seen. The property was a bit further than we thought it was initially and you definitely need a car to get up the steep roads, but the quality of the host and the home made our stay unforgettable. An amazing hideaway in the hills! Takes you into holiday mode & switching off in the beautiful setting surrounded by nature & incredible views. So glad we booked & would love to go back again. Paulo, and family, were so helpful, kind & responsive. The area whilst quiet is very welcoming to tourists & we met many friendly people who would always help us out on our way. The house itself is stunning & huge. The bathrooms are dated but they work fine & everything functions as it should so it really isn’t a problem so don’t be put off by that. The linens are incredible & the beds very comfortable. Air conditioning works well. Kitchen well equipped & house has an abundance of space and beautiful furniture to relax in, inside and out. Honestly the scenery outside was incredible & we spent every minute we could outside which is a shame only because the house was also beautiful. The pool was fabulous & it was hot enough that heating wasn’t needed.Didn’t use sauna or spa,needed longer! Miss it!

Stunning home in the middle of a lovely vineyard (Probably one of the best homes on AirBnB). It's even more beautiful in person - full of art, thoughtful design/luxury finishes, and Tuscan charm. Highly reccomend!!

Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise verlief die Kommunikation absolut reibungslos. Das Haus ist wunderschön, stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt traumhaft auf einem Weingut. Die Aussicht über die Toskana ist einfach wunderbar – ein echtes Highlight! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch Ausflüge mit dem Mountainbike sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich, was für uns ein großer Pluspunkt war. Für alle, die einen entspannten und komfortablen Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung suchen, ist diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert. Bei Gelegenheit kommen wir sehr gerne wieder!

We stayed for a month and hope to do the same next year. The location is beautiful; the property is incredibly relaxing and comfortable and the proximity to driving around Tuscany to visit other villages and cities is perfect. This was our second long stay at this location. There is a 25 minute drive to park and catch the train to Florence - very convenient, easy and safe place to leave the parked car.

Fabio and his family were extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful location and villa. we had a marvellous time and would book again and recommend this villa to others.
