Ottima soluzione per il nostro soggiorno a Loro Ciuffenna... Comodo da raggiungere in pochi minuti dal parcheggio pubblico. Host gentilissimo e sempre presente per qualsiasi richiesta. Se tornerò in zona riprenderò sicuramente in considerazione quest'alloggio.

A stunning agriturismo! The agriturismo is even more breathtaking in person than in the photos. The pool was a fantastic bonus during the summer, offering both sun and shade in the afternoons, perfect for relaxing with the kids. It’s an ideal base for exploring this beautiful region of Tuscany. Pietro and his family were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Heidi's apartment is situated in a larger complex on the outskirts of the village, just a short walk from the town center where you can find a church, a mini supermarket, bars, and a popular restaurant that is always fully booked. The village is ideally located in the heart of Chianti, making it a perfect starting point for exploring the region. You can drive along one of the scenic, winding roads to a wine tasting event, enjoy a bike ride through the picturesque countryside, or visit nearby cities like Siena or Florence (Firenze). One of the highlights of the apartment is the spacious swimming pool (1.35 m deep), which is perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days, especially if you have kids. The apartment itself is well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. Communication with Heidi is easy and friendly. She provides detailed information on the check-in and check-out procedures, as well as instructions for using various amenities in the complex. We enjoyed our stay!

Il soggiorno presso la struttura del sig. Tommaso è stato molto piacevole, grazie alla sua gentilezza, accoglienza e cordialità. Non da meno la location straordinaria immersa nella natura e nella pace della campagna Toscana, che è, allo stesso tempo, situata in un punto ottimale per raggiungere velocemente e facilmente molte destinazioni. La sistemazione è stata ben curata per il nostro arrivo, facendoci trovare ambienti puliti ordinati e accoglienti. Vorrei, inoltre, menzionare la piscina, una piacevole zona in cui potersi rilassare prendere il sole e rinfrescarsi presso la cornice bucolica della vigna.

We stayed for two weeks in the beautiful Casa Bonucci. The house was very clean when we arrived, the beds were made and the rooms are big. This quiet en peaceful village is the exact right place for this house. The swimming pool is cleaned every day and from the pool you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. This is an ideal house to relax in and around. There are hiking possibilities right from the doorstep. I would recommend this house to everybody. Thank you Manuel!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein tolles Ambiente mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt mit Vera, Paul und ihren Kindern war sehr herzlich, man hat sich wie bei Freunden gefühlt. Unser Hund war stets willkommen und hatte viel Spaß auf dem weitläufigen Gelände. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Was die überaus herzliche Gastfreundlichkeit angeht, haben wir bislang kaum etwas vergleichbares erlebt. Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir Eure Gäste sein durften!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

È stata una settimana semplicemente fantastica, posto bellissimo, un’oasi per rilassarsi e divertirsi in natura, ma il vero valore aggiunto è Paolo, che è sempre pronto e disponibile a dare utili consigli su cosa vedere in zona e ha un costante occhio di amichevole riguardo per i suoi ospiti

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

Très bon séjour. Nous avons pu profiter. C'est spacieux. Très agréable. Neuf et propre et les lits sont confortables. La proximité avec la route n'est pas gênante. Peu de passage la nuit.

Wir haben hier ein kleines Paradies gefunden… die herrliche Lage in der Natur, grandiose Ausblicke, alte wunderschön restaurierte Gemäuer, liebevolle, geschmackvoll und authentisch eingerichtet. Eigentlich hätten wir alle Tage nur das Haus, den Garten und den grossen blitzsauberen Pool geniessen können, doch auch die Umgebung bietet viele Sehenswürdigkeiten welche innerhalb von einer Stunde erreichbar sind. Zudem konnten wir viele Tiere beobachten: Wiedehopf, Blaumerle, Ziegenmelker, Pirol, Turteltaube , Schlangenadler, Glühwürmchen. Smaragdeidechse, Schlange, Wildschwein…herrlich! Alessandro und Sonja sind wunderbar herzliche und auch diskrete Gastgeber.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Umfeld und bietet einen eigenen schattigen Parkplatz. Sie ist wirklich sehr gut und mit allem ausgestattet: Geschirr, (Wein)Gläser, Kochutensilien, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine...alles ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Auch Dinge wie Essig, Öl, Kaffee, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Wäscheständer waren vorhanden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, wir hatten keine einzige Mücke in der Wohnung. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen über gute Klimaanlagen. Draußen gibt einen eigenen Esstisch bzw. Sitzplatz. Die Wohnung und auch die gesamte Infrastruktur (Pool, Waschraum, Garten) war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Saverio ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, reagiert sofort und nahm uns auch persönlich in Empfang. Man merkt, dass Saverio sehr am Wohlergehen seiner Gäste interessiert ist und ist dabei sehr diskret. Wir haben uns entsprechend wohl gefühlt.

This was a very beautiful and peaceful area of Tuscany that recharged our batteries. It was central for many beautiful locations and the train line from Figline Valdarno provided easy access to Florence. The villa was a 5 minute drive from Reggello and we found a friendly restaurant close by, called Ristorante Stagnino. This was excellent value. The villa was spotlessly clean, with ample space for 8 people. We rented the top floor villa, which had 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was a downstairs kitchen, with plenty of space to seat 8 people. It would be an ideal location to rent both floors for a larger group. The facilities were as stated, except perhaps the gym, but in reality I was never going to use it! The swimming pool and sun bathing area were refreshing and made the holiday that bit more enjoyable. The garden and surrounding areas are immaculate. We would definitely recommend this villa and would recommend Marta and her family. They were very helpful and kind.

Ottima posizione, a 5 minuti da Passignano centro per passeggiare sul lago. Casa ideale per un gruppo di amici, grandi spazi, camere e cucina tutto ben fornito.

The owners living next door were extremely friendly and helpful, would help out with any kind of issue or questions. Beautiful place, perfect for a large group, the pictures don’t give the downstairs common area justice, it’s massive.

Posto splendido e centrale. Alessandra molto gentile e cordiale. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Esperienza 10/10.

Ottimo appartamento, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arezzo. Noi abbiamo usufruito della casa in gruppo (4 persone) per 4 giorni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli spazi della casa sono ottimi, avevamo a disposizione un divano letto matrimoniale, un singolo divano letto e un letto singolo. Nella casa avevamo tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Marzia è un ottimo host, risponde subito ed è molto disponibile. Unica pecca: abbiamo visitato Arezzo in inverno, e purtroppo la casa era un po' fredda nonostante i caloriferi accesi (niente di troppo problematico, comunque)

Anna Maria ci ha accolto nel suo appartamento alle 21:30 dopo aver avuto problemi con un altro alloggio da cui siamo venuti via… lei è stata super disponibile e il suo appartamento era già pronto ! Aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno… zona super tranquilla e rilassante…

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in La Piazzone sehr genossen. Riesen Pool, wunderschönes, riesiges Haus, v.a. extrem sauber. Die Lage ist auch herrlich, da man in wenigen Minuten im entzückenden, kleinen Monte San Savino ist und jeweils ca eine halbe Stunde nach Siena und Arrezzo fährt und eine dreiviertel Stunde ins wunderschöne Cortona. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, sprechen fast nur Italienisch, aber wir haben uns ausgezeichnet verständigt.

We had a wonderful week of family reunion at Thomas’s farmhouse. The property is an authentic, rustic Tuscan farmhouse perched on a beautiful hill, offering breathtaking views. The pool is lovely and well-maintained, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Thomas was exceptionally responsive and eager to help—his support and hospitality made a real difference. We were a group of 17 family members and appreciated that the rooms were spread across the property, allowing for both togetherness and privacy when needed. Thomas and his wife prepared a wonderful lasagna dinner that catered to both vegans and meat-eating family members. The nearest town, Poppi, is about a 20-minute drive away. The road can be a bit challenging at night, but it’s worth the trip.
