Farmstay holiday rentals in Province of Arezzo

We spent 10 days at Pieros lovely chapel cottage in Gaiole in Chianti with our small family of two adults and a small baby. The cottage had all the amenities one would need when traveling with a baby! The cottage was really peaceful and quiet, and it had a small private garden to enjoy those lazy mornings in the countryside. The location was great for making small daytrips to sights and wineries around Tuscany. The inside of the house was really cute and the house had a unique atmosphere, but we found some parts of the kitchen and bathroom slightly untidy. Communication with Piero and Ivana worked really well - both were friendly and ready to help at all times. Special thanks to Ivana for making our very late check-in possible! I would definitely recommend Piero’s cottage! Great value for money.

Heerlijk verbleven met onze dochter van 1 jaar. Er was een badje en een kinderstoel aanwezig. Wel moet je de auto in wil je ergens komen, het is een best lastig weggetje voor de eerste keer. Genoten van de rust en de ruimte!

Amanda's apartment provided a warm, comfortable, and well-appointed home for a month in Castiglion Fiorentino. The laundry room, large kitchen, and private outdoor space were the perfect amenities for an extended stay for a couple. Part way through our trip, we had friends rent the attached apartment and we opened the adjoining doors so we could play cards in front of the fire in the evenings. Amanda arranged occasional cleanings during our stay, as well as organizing cars to/from the train station on our arrival and departure. This is a beautiful, safe, and walkable hill town with fantastic restaurants, museums, churches, and shops that were open even in the off season. The people, town, and food were warm and wonderful. We began Italian language lessons while there and became regulars at the Cafè Le Logge with its incredible view. We took regular daytrips by train to Arezzo or Florence, and by bus or car to Cortona and Chiusi. We could have stayed a month longer! Amanda was amazing!

We stayed in the rafaello apartment. It was very private. One of our favorite parts of our entire week in tuscany was sitting outside on the porch overlooking the olive trees while eating dinner and drinking wine. We did that several nights including the first night when Massimo prepared a light dinner for us and we drank a bottle of his wine. Another night we did a cooking class with Massimo and enjoyed our pasta, tiramisu (and of course wine) on our porch. We did various daytrips ( greve, castellini, montepulciano, pienza, san gimignano). All within 45-90 minute trips by car. Finally, we looked forward to getting greetings each morning when we left and evening when we returned from one of the cutest and friendliest dogs (iris).

Odina was the perfect spot to relax. Beautiful and comfortable accommodation, wonderful dinners and great communication. Would definitely recommend Odina to people wanting to get away from the city and relax in the countryside.

It is a lovely place with beautiful views. Eva was very helpful before we arrived and very welcoming when we got there. It was exactly as it described and we have said that we would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area. Very peaceful and relaxing for us and my daughter loved playing in the pool and exploring the grounds. Could have asked for more.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Marta und ihrer Familie hätte schöner nicht sein können. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment absolut wohl gefühlt. Das Anwesen ist absolut weitläufig, liebevoll ausgestattet, unglaublich toll gepflegt und mit Liebe geführt. Marta und Ihre Familie sind absolut liebenswert und kümmern sich ganz reizend um ihre Gäste. Es werden einem alle Wünsche erfüllt. Der Pizza-Abend war ganz wunderbar und für uns ein gelungener Abschluss unseres Aufenthaltes. Wer traumhaftes, abgelegenes toskanisches Ambiente und liebevolle Gastgeber sucht ist in "Poggio del Fattore" genau richtig.

Valeria und Simone haben eine super schöne und saubere Wohnung! Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet einen super Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir immer gute Tipps und Ratschläge von den beiden bekommen. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt und da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte er sich frei bewegen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es war eine unglaublich schöne Zeit!

Ostern war natürlich ein Risiko mit dem Wetter. Dann haben wir die Villa gefunden. Mit 33 Grad beheizten Pool - genau die Lösung. Großer wohn und Ess Bereich mit ebenso großzügigen Terrassen. Genügend liegen Handtücher alles prima. Nicht mit den Sportwagen kommen (die letzte Meile ist Schotterpiste und auf die Stufen zu den Schlafräumen einstellen. Dann die Ruhe und die Aussicht genießen! Das Abendessen in der Ölmühle is sein Geld und den Weg wert. 11 Tage gingen zu schnell vorbei.

We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect—exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, with classic rustic, yet elegant furnishings. The villa is gorgeous with attention to design & detail. For 6 women, it was perfect for us each to have our own bedroom and space to relax. Each room had its own unique view and touch. There are also plenty of common spaces throughout the house for connecting together. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped for plenty of great meals to be prepared and enjoyed together. The dining room is nice to enjoy a more elegant meal. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. We used the outdoor terrace for watching the sunset, enjoying brunch, and making pizzas. The washing machine and dryer are easy to use. The pool area is beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to go for a walk and enjoy the surrounding nature. The hospitality was unmatched from Tristan & Angela. I will absolutely book again and hope to return soon!

Stephen en Jennifer doen er alles aan om het hun gasten naar de zin te maken. We voelden ons er direct thuis. Ze zijn altijd bereikbaar voor vragen, tips etc. Aan alles is gedacht tot aan plastic wijnglazen voor bij het zwembad. Ook leuk dat er gasten van allerlei nationaliteiten komen. Kortom een klein paradijsje in Toscane! We zouden het iedereen die massatoerisme probeert te ontwijken aanbevelen! Dank voor het fijne verblijf!

We had a wonderful stay at Antico Casale and Stefania is a lovely host who is always attentive and friendly. The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and one kitchen/dining room. It is possible to use an outside area right outside the apartment for breakfast or other meals. The pool is quite big, provides beach lounges and a seating area (with BBQ). The view is picturesque and the area itself quiet. It takes about 8 minutes by car to go to Umbertide. It was a perfect summer vacation and we’d love to come back soon.

A stunning location hosted by the nicest people! Very communicative and gave perfect instructions to get there. Inside the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The bed is on the harder side if that suits your preference but plenty of blankets and didn’t even need to touch the heat for a cooler nights. If you are offered a dinner and wine pairing, just say yes immediately. We didn’t know where to set our expectations for that night but it certainly exceeded anything we had in our heads. Overall absolutely fantastic place Sara and Simone have and after you sit outside at sunset you will not want to leave!

Sehr schöner Rückzugsort in den Bergen, nur einen (steilen) Radlanstieg von Stia entfernt. Wir haben es genossen, am Pool zu entspannen und zu lesen. Muriel und Stefan waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; haben uns mit exzellentem Kaffee versorgt und uns nach dem Abendessen aus dem Ort abgeholt :-)

We wish we had more days to enjoy this wonderful place! The house was very spacious, and we appreciated the idyllic countryside view from the windows and terrace, as well as the sound of church bells and roosters in the morning. The hosts had prepared a welcome basket with eggs from their farm, which we loved having for breakfast! Since we had some rainy days, a heater would have been useful to dry our clothing. However, the hosts were very helpful and kindly offered us the use of their dryer, as they live next door. There was a cute playground for kids in the backyard, which our daughters loved. A perfect place to stay for a big family — several beds, two bathrooms, and spacious closets.

Niccolò and his family were great hosts. the accommodation was great. Private peaceful with fantastic views. Nicola was very responsive and made us feel at home. I would thoroughly recommend the personal chef with Barbara. Her meal was fantastic. We had a fabulous holiday and would definitely return. Great country, beautiful region, lovely family, super accommodation!

We have traveled to Italy at least 2 times every year for the last 15. I have no issue saying that this villa was by far our favorite. Wish we had found it earlier. The place is fantastic. The view is breathtaking. The location is about as perfect as you can get. The owners are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.

I am in absolutely awe of this place! The minute I arrived I felt at peace, exactly what I was looking for after weeks of busy cities. I had the absolute pleasure of being the only guest at the time and I felt completely at home - safe, secure and tranquil. The stone house is the most charming place, beautiful furniture, a well stocked kitchen and a smart bathroom. The pool is unreal! It’s huge and deep, the perfect relaxation spot. The views are just perfection, being slowly woken up by the birds and the sunrise is something I’ll never forget. Remus and his wife are such lovely people, delivering cherries, eggs and allowing me to stay into the afternoon on check-out day. Strolling through the olive trees at sunset is like something out of a book, in fact this whole place is out of a fairytale. I honestly feel honoured to have stayed here, I will absolutely be back with friends and family. Bonus - I was working out there and the wifi is great.

Ho soggiornato per 3 notti in questo fantastico posto! Appartamento pulito e conforme alla descrizione! Ottima posizione per chi vuol visitare Siena e dintorni come Pienza, Val d’Orcia ecc. Consiglio assolutamente

This is an absolutely stunning place, on so many levels. The villa and surroundings look exactly like the pictures, but they can’t truly do justice to the tranquil beauty of the landscape and the comfort of the house. We loved this place. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. It was a bit cold for the pool, but we braved it a few times - hard to resist with the stunning view. The house is a quick walk to the tiny yet utterly charming town of Montebenichi, with its one lovely little restaurant (with wonderful food). There are other walks in the area, including down the road towards the nearby wolf sanctuary - the wolves add to the magical atmosphere with their baying at intervals during the day. The road to the house is narrow at times, and intimidating at first, but gets easier as you get familiar with the twists and turns. The overall location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, a quick drive to many of the top sites. This place delivers on the Tuscan dream vacation.

Borgo Iesolana is a truly special place. Tucked away in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, it offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding. Waking up to the sounds of nature and stunning views of the surrounding hills was a highlight of our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit — always ready with a smile or a great local recommendation. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The property is well-maintained, with charming accommodations and a lovely pool area where you can relax and soak in the scenery. It’s also a great base for exploring nearby towns like Siena and Arezzo. If you’re looking for a calm and restful escape in a beautiful setting, Borgo Iesolana is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a month and hope to do the same next year. The location is beautiful; the property is incredibly relaxing and comfortable and the proximity to driving around Tuscany to visit other villages and cities is perfect. This was our second long stay at this location. There is a 25 minute drive to park and catch the train to Florence - very convenient, easy and safe place to leave the parked car.

WOW, you will not be disappointed if you want a beautiful Tuscan view in a well appointed accommodation with thoughtful and responsive hosts. We were a week at Jane and Giampiero’s and were sad to leave when the time came, you can loose yourself here in the peaceful countryside. The beds and bedding were comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation, comfortable seating by a nice cozy fireplace, and outdoor seating. Jane was the supreme host, she made bookings for us, trip recommendations and more. There are too many positives to list, my best recommendation is to book - would love to go back.

An absolutely stunning Villa in beautiful Tuscany that is just perfect! Luc and Sara are wonderful hosts. Extremely friendly, full of local knowledge and recommendations and always available to answer questions. Luc even acted as our Taxi service in not only recommending a fabulous vineyard to visit for a private tour, but taking us there and picking us up too so we could fully enjoy all the magnificent wines on offer! Sara's Tiramisu is legendary and the good news is the kitchen in the villa is so well appointed you have everything you need to try making it yourself too! Before visiting we wondered if the Villa could possibly match up to the pictures and the reviews - it 100% does in every way and is without doubt the best Air BnB we have ever stayed in. Thanks Luc, Sara, Lucky and all the cats for making our stay so special - we will be back!
