Der kleine Agriturismo ist wunderschön in den Hügeln von Mondavio gelegen. Unser kleines Haus war ein Traum, sehr geschmackvoll mit schönem Blick auf die umliegenden Orte. Es ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt zum Biken, Städte ansehen oder ans Meer zu fahrn. Roberto & Tiziana sind wunderbare Gastgeber, immer gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!!

Es war eine andere Wohnung als die im Inserat beschriebene, aber sehr ordentlich, sauber und schön hergerichtet. Der Gastgeber hat sichergestellt, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Immer wieder gerne!

Alloggio molto carino, accogliente e ben servito, vista splendida dalle finestre dell’appartamento. La mamma di Claudia è stata molto disponibile e mai invadente nei nostri confronti e ci ha dato consigli su cosa fare in zona. La zona è molto tranquilla, i servizi sono facilmente raggiungibili. Molto consigliato!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Marco und seiner Frau. Die Villa ist wunderschön. Marco kümmert sich sofort wenn man etwas braucht. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen! 😊Marco hat uns viele Sehenswürdigkeiten empfohlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ☺️

Io e i miei amici ci siamo trovati benissimo, i proprietari gentilissimi e amichevoli, ci hanno accolto calorosamente. L’alloggio magnifico, ricco e pulito, una villa bellissima nell’entroterra marchigiano, ottimo per vacanze tra amici o in famiglia. Consigliatissimo

Das Anwesen und das Wohngebäude liegen in einer sehr ruhigen und entspannten Lage - perfekt zum Abschalten. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Der Kontakt mit Paolo war unkompliziert, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Klare Empfehlung!

we have stayed in Alessandra‘s apartment for 16 days. We just love it，clean and spacious，fully equiped. It feels like home.would love to book next time when travel to castelfidardo.

We stayed at Montenovo Country House for the first time this year from the 25th June to the 9th July. From the moment we first made contact to enquire about renting the apartment, the owner, Anna couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful to us. On arrival, Anna met with us and showed us around the apartment and swimming pool area. Everything was just perfect and our chosen apartment called Rustico was very charming, well equipped and immaculate inside. We had a fantastic holiday here with our family, enjoying the beautiful far reaching views, the large swimming pool and the peaceful relaxing location. The surrounding area around Ostra Vetere is absolutely stunning with Senigallia beach only twenty minutes car journey away. Thank you to Anna for all your hospitality and we will definitely be returning again to Montenovo Country House again next year.

Appartamento in perfette condizioni, pulitissimo, dotato di tutto il necessario nei vari ambienti (noi abbiamo sempre cucinato e mangiato a casa e abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario). Vicinissimo un piccolo, ma ben fornito, supermercato. Letto comodo. Estremamente curati gli spazi esterni, con il delizioso giardino, e la parte coperta, con un comodo tavolo per mangiare fuori. Gentilissimo e puntuale Daniele; molto cordiali e disponibili i suoi genitori. La casetta è in ottima posizione per visitare il Conero, i suoi sentieri, le spiagge.

I've been staying there for a long time now, and I can just say it feels like home. The hosts are great and very helpful. I am looking forward for my next stay.

Ein Juwel von einem Haus, tolle Architektur, viel Charme, viel Raum und ein sehr guter Groove - hier könnte man auch dauerhaft leben. Vielen herzlichen Dank, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften.

Sirolo is a gem. We loved the location of the apartment. Right above the square so with the windows open, you are immersed in the action with the sea in view. With the windows closed you are removed. Main bedroom is in the back and so very quiet. Great recommendations and well-appointed. It’s a narrow space and lots of stairs. No issue for us but something to keep in mind. Looking forward to our next visit to this beautiful area.

Het was de 2e keer dat we hier verbleven en het was weer geweldig. Volgend jaar weer:) De asperges waren erg lekker ! Bedankt en tot ziens

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend staying here! ♥️♥️

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Design! The owner checked us in and showed is the villa. The kitchen was amazing and the pool area as well. DH Villas was very helpful during the stay och helped organized a cooking class at the villa, and it was such a great experience!

Die 'Casa Margherita' ist ein richtiges Juwel. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bett ist wunderbar bequem, das Bad großzügig und schön. Aber das Allerbeste ist das sehr gute Frühstück. Catia ist außerdem noch eine sehr liebe Person. Wir kommen wieder!

Gino und Veronique sind ein sehr nettes Paar die Wohnungen und Anwesend super gepflegt, sauber wunderschön gestaltet haben. Die Wohnungen sind alle mit Ventilatoren und Klima für die heißen Tagen ausgestattet und die Betten sehr bequem. Gerne wieder 🙂

pam and alex‘s home is by far the most astonishing air- bnb experience you can get! the house is to find over the „le marche“ hills around filottrano with an amazing view in a secluded location, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. the breathtaking sunsets, the calmness, the quiet surrounding eases the mind and has given us full relaxation. we (3 adults, one 11 year old , one baby) especially enjoyed the pool time and you can easily stay around the house for days without ever being bored. Yet if so, the area provides the stunning conero beaches, pretty villages, amazing food and a countryside you can hike, ride your bike etc. pam and alex are the loveliest hosts, they help you with any questions, provide a „what to do, what to see“ sheet and are very discret at the same time. A place to fall in love with - we sure come back!

Location splendida, appartamento arredato con gusto, molto funzionale con piccola piscina confortevole in mezzo al verde con piante splendide e molto curate. Soggiorno che consiglio vivamente a chi ama la campagna e la tranquillità delle Marche. Unica nota dolente l’assenza di zanzariere alle finestre ( a parte camera matrimoniale ) ed il mancato funzionamento dell’ariacondizionata in salone e cucina. Essendo un “sottotetto” il caldo crea problemi notevoli. All’arrivo almeno una bottiglia d’acqua sarebbe stata utile e molto gradita

Bellissima villa rustica, immersa nel verde; la casa è ben disposta ed arredata con gusto, ed offre tutto il necessario per una permanenza confortevole. Ampia area living e cucina fornita di tutto il necessario compreso un ampio frigo, una cantina vini e una macchina per fare il ghiaccio. Un biliardino dà la possibilità di trascorrere serate in compagnia di amici e familiari. La piscina, di dimensioni generose, si affaccia sullo splendido panorama delle colline circostanti. Simon è stato molto premuroso e disponibile. Ottima esperienza.

Cristina e la sua famiglia son stati molto accoglienti e attenti alle nostre esigenze. Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, sereni e coccolati. La loro villa è stupenda. Host consigliato !

Filippo is very friendly person, he was still on the phone. He gives to us good tips. We were feeling on his house as in our home. Vila is cosy place, with huge garden. Everything was clean and enough towels were prepared for us. The best was view from home. Also Filippo cleans the swimming pool every evenening, therefore the pool is in great condition. Also we can reccomend a great restaurant Montecucco approx. 600metres from villa. I can very reccomend this accomodation ;-)

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Wunderschöne Lage und hervorragend ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht. In Piticchio gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Restaurants sind in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch sonst bietet sich Piticchio an, um von dort aus die Region zu entdecken und sich abends wieder in entspannter Atmosphäre vom Tag zu erholen. Geraldine und vor allem ihre Mutter, Brigitte, sind jederzeit erreichbar und stehen mit hilfreichen Tipps und Empfehlungen zur Seite. Alles in allem ein wundervoller Aufenthalt und nur zu empfehlen.

We were two families who wanted to spend quality time together in beautiful surroundings and Casale Bellaguardia provided us a fantastic place to do that. Giulia, Oscar and Nico were all very helpful and responsive to any questions or problems we had. The pool was wonderful and we loved the diving board! They opened it up for us early which the kids loved - even if it was chilly until the weather got warmer. There are fantastic areas to relax in both inside and outside and the space in the garden is amazing. We enjoyed family olympics session! We would definitely come back to this beautiful place.
