This property truly surpasses the photos. Beautifully decorated with a wide selection of art, books, crockery, fabrics, glassware , etc. We especially loved the main bedroom, which feels like a lush greenhouse, full of greenery. Every corner of the property is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably maintained. We highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates design and nature.

I booked the accommodation for a couple of weeks in a row for my colleagues who needed to do a project in areas in and around Prince Albert. Every week the guys ask me to book with Elize again. They really enjoyed their stay there, especially the roof terrace. They had everything that they needed to make their stay super comfortable. Elize is also a lovely, friendly person and it was a pleasure to engage with her. I'll defiantly book with Elize again when my colleagues are headed that way again!

El Dorado was a fantastic stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The secure estate added peace of mind, and the location was perfect for exploring Oudtshoorn’s attractions. We especially enjoyed the communal swimming pool for unwinding after a day out. Highly recommended!

Reeza’s cottage was charming, delightful and very comfortable. Definitely 5 star. We booked for one night and stayed two. We made a reservation at Jeremy’s restaurant around the corner and was met with a private party sign. We met the hostess and she apologized for the mix up said we could join the winemakers party and we had the time of our lives. They were delightful. We love Prince Albert. Thank you

The property is beautifully restored and stylishly decorated, offering a perfect blend of charm and comfort. The swimming pool and air conditioning in both rooms were exceptional, providing much-needed relief from the Karoo heat. The lush green grass and inviting braai area added to the overall appeal. The kitchen, though basic, was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the hotel and nearby restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning. The adorable dogs were a delightful bonus!

Daisy Tree Cottage is quaint and has everything you need. It is easy to find and access is easy and it is well located. It looks just like the pictures and is clean and neat, with a comfortable bed. We had a lovely stay! Thank you.

Good place to stay! We do recommend tomake a stop for couple of nights. I only wish the rooms would still have the deco they have on the pictures.

Centrally located, well equipped self-catering. A number of small touches make it feel more like you are in a guest house. Excellent value for money, and pet friendly, too!

We had a great two nights there in de Rust, felt really welcome and confortable there. Welcoming and check-in was personal, uncomplicated and super friendly. Cooking and bedding equipment is perfect and we loved the pool as well. Would always come back, 100% recommendable!

We had a lovely stay at The Farmhouse ideal for a family. Relaxing in the beautiful garden was the best. The house is very interesting with all the memorabilia and amazing vinyl records

The cottage we stayed in was built in 1888! It was lovely. You could feel the history of the place oozing out of every corner of the cottage. The location is spectacularly beautiful. It was safe, quiet and with every ammenity needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. Petro was also very friendly, helpful and informative. We thoroughly enjoyed stay at Petro's place. We recommend it for a stopover stay or for longer self-catering stays.

Thank you Jennifer and Johan we appreciated you being kind and generous during a difficult time with our dogs. You were both fantastic hosts. The cottage was the perfect stay over stay for us. The second room is in the open plan space separated by a screen but as we were a couple it didn’t bother us. There is a wonderful dirt road nearby where we could run with the dogs early morning.

Our stay was simply perfect! From the moment we booked, the communication with our host was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Upon arrival, we were blown away by how charming and welcoming the place was. We spent our days walking through peaceful horse paddocks, swimming in the river, and our evenings curled up in front of the fireplace, listening to the soft rhythm of rain on the roof. It was pure magic. Even when our road trip took a turn with a flat tyre and unexpected changes, Joe and Robynn wrapped us in warmth and care. They went above and beyond to remove every ounce of stress and helped make this the most cherished part of our journey. We stayed one night in the Old School Cottage and then we extended our stay to one night in the Birds Nest Cottage. Altough the Old School Cottage had a very special flair, we preferred the Birds Nest, we thought it was more cosy. The location of both is great, we could enjoy a wonderful starry sky.

Petro was a gracious host and so lovely. She has the cutest 7 month old puppies, unfortunately they stayed behind the gate so we couldn't play with them :) The rural area has incredible WiFi and while the home was originally built in 1888, it's amenities are perfectly usable. The indoor fireplace was so cozy, the beds were very comfortable and there was solar when we had unexpected loadshedding! Definitely recommend to walk the 5km hike route, take some dry socks as we walked through a overflowing stream (so beautiful!). Highly recommend Die Tuinhuis in Calitzdorp for a delicious brekkie, too!
