We loved our stay at Eva’s studio. It has everything you would need for your stay. The location is more than perfect, walkable distance from the main street and the sea garden. We would love to come back!

Overall, the stay was very pleasant. 😊 The place was great and Ivan was always available. If there were any problems, Ivan took care of a solution directly! Communication with Ivan in general was great. Fast accessibility, great service and a great landlord are given here! 😊

It was my second stay at Violina's lovely place, and once again, it felt right at home. Friendly atmosphere, with lots of personal touches and details which make you feel welcomed. Thank you for the peace and quiet; warmth and coziness! I will definitely be back again!

The apartment is amazing, and has everything you might need. The 2 rooms are big enough, you have AC in every room. The kitchen is full equiped. Yoanna is very friendly, she sent us all the info we needed, and she was kind enough to let us make a late check out. Also, the parking spot was a bonus, a bit right, but if you are carefull, there are no problems.

Sun on balcony most of the day. Beautiful sea and beach view. Easy access to Golden Beach and exclusive Varna Beach which is beautiful. Apartment is well appointed which is nicely appointed. A washing machine is located in the bathroom.

Everything was great. I highly recommend Vladimir's apartment. Convenient location in walking distance to downtown with relatively easy free parking. The apartment is very fresh and cozy and Vladimir is extremely helpful.

I recommend it 100%!! Vladislav is an extremely good host. He showed flexibility, understanding and was extremely pleasant to me, as I had to travel at the last minute. The apartment is extremely clean, quiet, with a great view of the botanical garden.

Great apartment! You really feel at home. There's nothing missing. The location is great and within walking distance - 5 minutes from the sea garden - you pass an underpass and you're almost in front of the Dolphinarium, and by car - 10 minutes from both ends of the city. There's also a place to park in front of the block. The host was extremely helpful - we made the reservation at 5 pm, we spoke on the phone and at 8:30 pm we checked in. We recommend with both hands!

Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, but what truly stood out were the small artistic touches that brought the whole space to life—carefully chosen decor, cozy lighting, and unique art pieces that gave the place a warm, creative vibe. Every corner felt intentional and inspiring. You can tell the host really cares. Highly recommended!

Nice place to stay, a very responsive host. The flat is a bit far from the beachside and the city center, but still walkable distance. Good value for money.

Great place for a getaway surroundings were beautiful and very difficult to find such a place with an astonishing views like that. Access to a private beach and restaurant. The hosts were also very hospitable.

Clean,nicely arranged apartment,equipped with what is needed to have a carefree stay. Very communicative and responsive host - considering that in 2 days the water was stopped, he proposed us ( and we accepted) to move to another location, being the eve of the new year and not knowing how long it can take to fix the problem in the entire area. The second apartment also clean and well equipped. Pet friendly, an advantage for us traveling with a little poodle. I recommend, on a new visit to Varna we will come back to you. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Varna! The space was immaculate, beautifully designed, and everything inside felt brand new. It had all the amenities and accommodations one could ask for—fully equipped kitchen with every utensil imaginable, comfortable furnishings, fast Wi-Fi, and even small thoughtful touches that made the stay feel extra special. The view from the apartment was simply stunning—waking up each morning to the panoramic sea view was a highlight of my trip. The host was equally fantastic—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and every question I had was answered promptly. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a truly breathtaking setting so perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and can’t recommend it highly enough!

Well located, equipped, secure and comfortable apartment, close to the beach, restaurants and bars with nice pool and gardens. Host was easy to communicate with, polite and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again, when we return to the area.
