Страхотен апартамент!Наистина се чувстваш като у дома. Не липсва нищо. Локацията е чудесна и пешеходно - на 5 минути от морската градина - минаваш подлез и си почти пред Делфинариума, и с кола - на по 10 минути от двата края на града. Има и къде да се паркира пред блока. Домакинът беше изключително отзивчив - направихме резервацията в 17 часа, чухме се по телефона и към 20:30часа се настанихме. Препоръчваме с две ръце!

Впервые за все наши путешествия мы довольны на все 100! Красивые и стильные апартаменты. Видно, что хозяева вложили душу в создание этого пространства. Есть все необходимое для жизни. Большая душевая кабина и очень удобная кровать, что большая редкость. Спасибо большое Цезарю за встречу и заботу! И отдельное спасибо за фрукты 💗

Nice place to stay, a very responsive host. The flat is a bit far from the beachside and the city center, but still walkable distance. Good value for money.

The apartment is amazing, and has everything you might need. The 2 rooms are big enough, you have AC in every room. The kitchen is full equiped. Yoanna is very friendly, she sent us all the info we needed, and she was kind enough to let us make a late check out. Also, the parking spot was a bonus, a bit right, but if you are carefull, there are no problems.

Çok merkezi süper temiz bir daire. Şehri yürüyerek gezmek için mükemmel konum. Özel otopark imkanı araba güvenliği için çok iyiydi. Dairede herşey konforlu ve önceden düşünülmüştü. Tekrar aynı daireyi tercih edebilirim

Апартаментът е чудесен : чист ; обзавеждането е точно с информацията в обявата ; изгледа към морето е великолепен. Излизаш от сградата и си на плажа . Домакинът е точен , любезен и загрижен за удобствата и спокойствието на гостите. Догодина пак сме тук.

Отличная квартира — полностью соответствует фотографиям. Очень чисто, уютно и хорошо укомплектована всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Расположена рядом с пляжем, а до прогулочной улицы и старого города можно дойти пешком за несколько минут. Заселение прошло легко и без каких-либо проблем. Рекомендуем!

I would say, Presley's property is the one of the best I've visited. Stylish, clean and comfortable, what more does one need.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. 😊 Die Unterkunft war super und Ivan immer zu erreichen. Wenn es Probleme gab, kümmerte sich Ivan direkt um eine Lösung! Die Kommunikation mit Ivan im allgemeinen war super. Schnelle Erreichbarkeit, super Service und ein toller Vermieter sind hier gegeben! 😊

Нина беше много дружелюбна и всичко беше чисто. Също така сме много благодарни, че ни изчака чак до към 22 часа, понеже се забавихме по пътя. Гледката от балкона е много красива! Определено бихме отседнали още веднъж!

Öncelikle Kremena çok ilgili ve samimi bir ev sahibiydi. Ev merkezi konumda, güvenli ve yeni bir binadaydı. Ev oldukça büyük ve tüm ihtiyaçları karşılayacak donanıma sahipti. Bulaşık makinesinin olması bizim için büyük rahatlıktı. Yatak, havlular, banyo ve evin diğer tüm alanları tertemizdi. Çok fonksiyonel bir evdi. Güzel, rahat ve huzurlu bir konaklamaydı. Binanın girişinde, banka, kafe, market, spor salonu vb. bulunan küçük bir çarşının olması ayrıca güzel bir özellikti. Eve ait park yerini ücret karşılığı olsa da kullanmak, park yeri düşünmemek açısından güzeldi. Tavsiye ederiz ve tekrar Varna’ya gelirsek Kremena’nın evinde konaklamayı tercih ederiz.

Очень понравился отдых в этом месте. Жильё чистое, есть все что нужно. Расположение вообще огонь. Вид на море, вечером красота. Порадовали презентики от хозяйки. Спасибо! Приедем ещё обязательно.

The best place to stay in Varna. A walkable distance to the beach, shops, the centre and only a 25 minute walk from the big Golden cathedral. Had the best time and Petko is an amazing host. Thanks and see you next time!

I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was cozy, the location perfect, and the pool always clean — ideal for relaxing. 😄 There were a few small issues, but the host responded quickly, took my feedback on board, and found a great solution for both sides. Great place for a getaway surroundings were beautiful and very difficult to find such a place with an astonishing views like that. Access to a private beach and restaurant. The hosts were also very hospitable.

Świetne miejsce na wakacje. Rewelacyjna pogoda, bardzo komfortowe mieszkanie, świetne baseny na terenie osiedla oraz bliskość morza powodują, że na pewno tu wrócimy.

Apartament curat,dragut amenajat,dotat cu ceea ce este necesar pentru a avea un sejur fara griji. Gazda foarte comunicativa si receptiva - avand in vedere ca in 2 zile apa a fost oprita, ne-a propus ( iar noi am acceptat) sa ne mutam in alta locatie, fiind ajunul anului nou si nestiind cat poate dura remedierea problemei din intreaga zona. Cel de-al doilea apartament deasemenea curat si bine utilat. Pet friendly, un avantaj pentru noi care calatorim cu un mic poodle. Recomand, la o noua vizita in Varna vom reveni la tine. The place is kept immaculately clean and everything looks new. greay for sea garden and easy commute in the tip centre. Maria was responsive and personable.

Well located, equipped, secure and comfortable apartment, close to the beach, restaurants and bars with nice pool and gardens. Host was easy to communicate with, polite and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again, when we return to the area.
