Hristo is a great host very friendly and sociable. He helped us with accurate instructions about the location. It's definitely the kind of place you will want to return to.

Vitali's apartment and hospitality made our first visit to Golden Sands, Bulgaria an unforgettable experience. He went above and beyond in order to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure all of our questions were answered. Seeing and enjoying the perfection of the apartment and the view was unlike any other experience we have ever had. The grounds of La Mer Apartments and the perfect private beach added to the coziness of the apartment and made our vacation even more special and memorable. I would recommend Vitali as a host and this apartment as my first choice everytime, and I can't wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing! The house is like something out of a magazine - new, large, modern, and the view - wow. There's no better feeling than waking up to this view or ending every day with it. The six bedrooms were great, the heated pool + jacuzzi - warm and pleasant and not very deep. We were 10 adults and 3 small children and there was something for everyone - a corner for reading in the shade, a corner for sunbathing, a place for hanging bathing suits, a beautiful and huge wooden table outside and inside. There was a grill outside that worked perfectly and although the table was less than a meter away from it - it didn't smell or smoke at all. The kitchen was large and comfortable with a large refrigerator and an additional smaller one for wine. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There are plenty of parking spaces, upstairs and downstairs. Although we were noisy, no one made a problem and the children could shout at will :). It's obvious that the whole house is made and maintained with taste. The communication was also great, very nice and responsible people! Thank you!

We - as a family of four with two small daughters - felt very comfortable at Villa Sophia! The communication with Sophia and her mother went wonderfully. Everything was as described and the view and location were great. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. Particularly beautiful was the walking distance to the beautiful Pasha Dere beach with the Forest Beach restaurant. We slept well and we enjoyed the seclusion and privacy very much! We highly recommend it for vacationers who are looking for peace and seclusion and still want to be close to the beach and city.

Maria is a great host, very helpful and responsive. The place is great, the house was huge with a lot of space, especially in the living room on the first floor. The yard was also nice with a good pool in it. There was enough space for the cars inside as well.

We spent a week at Velimir and Marta’s villa and it was amazing. The view, the pool, the amenities, very well equiped kitchen, we had everything we needed for a 5 star vacation. Thank you for the hospitality ! We highly recommend this villa and the amazing hosts.

The house as in the description,nothing special. The water in the pool is clean and filtered daily. The nearby beach we were walking to is perfect, few tourists, fine sand, clean water and entering the smooth water. The only problem that you make almost 30 minutes to the beach and on the way back you have to climb 197 steps. Otherwise you have nothing to do in the area.

Maria’s villa was as in the description. It was spacious and clean. Maria and Steve were very responsive to our questions, for example how to work the cooker hood! They provided a lovely welcome bundle so that we didn’t need to rush out to the shops. The pool was great and larger than we expected. There is a good local shop a short walk away and two local places to eat. The place next door to the shop was fine ( the duck was good) but even better was the restaurant / pizza place that you get to walking 5 minutes further along the road from the shop and crossing the main road. ( recommend the fish soup there). There is a sandy beach, but we only went down there once, there are 197 steps down and then up again! We preferred the pool. We would love to return to Maria’s villa one day!

Andrean was very welcoming and very responsive. He is very proactive to make sure that we have everything we need ! The house is great, as described !

Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Dear Svetlana welcomed me warmly. The accommodation is very clean and has a large garden with a barbecue area. The accommodation has plenty of space and you have a great view of the sea. To get to the beach, you have to go down a few steps. The beach was clean and not crowded. Perfect for me, as I don't like crowded beaches. It was a very nice stay. Thank you, I will definitely come back.

We had a great rest. Extremely committed and honest host. I'd love to spend another vacation there.

It was magnificent, the view is crazy from any part of the villa! PRO:We (group of 16) were in close contact with the manager from start to end, which responded immediately at our most detailed requests. Lis took care of everything from the pool to the amenities. We had multiple barbecues and caught some nice view shots from the balconies and the poolside. CONS: neighbour is disturbed by noise so we tried to reach to an agreement about the hours of loud vs lower music with him directly. It was fine Wifi signal is weak, but we did not care or need it :) Conclusions: definitely will return there, and bring more people. It was fantastic 5/5

We had a good time. There is a big terrace to gather a big company.

I spent a week in Kranevo in June 2023. Violeta’s place is located close to the beach, and there are many restaurants and bars in the area. The apartment is well equipped for self-catering, clean, and quiet. The WiFi is reliable, I mainly used it for work and it was OK (40Mbps) all the time. Communication with Violeta was very efficient, so were the check-in and check-out. All in all, this was a perfect fit for my needs. Weather was perfect too.

Todor's place was exactly as described. The house is located in a quiet residential area and is equipped with everything you might need. Especially the large pool and garden are highlights that we loved to use in summer. Todor's villa manager Ziko welcomed us in a very friendly way and explained everything necessary about the house. We felt very well looked after and accommodated. Thank you for a great stay and maybe see you again soon 😉
