Beautiful new apartments. Not far from the beach, but you need to walk 30 minutes to the city center. The apartments had all the necessary things, tea, coffee. There are shops nearby. The Internet, unfortunately, was not very good.

Great value, excellent communication and flexible arrangements (I asked for blackout curtains and a crib which were provided). I would highly recommend Hristina’s place.

A beautiful location in the city center, close to all attractions, next to a green square for walks. The apartment is very cozy, comfortable layout. Two terraces. You can drink coffee on the balcony. The hosts are very pleasant, they respond instantly to all requests. Thank you for everything!

Apartment was very spacious, well presented, all amenities to complete an enjoyable stay Well Located close to beaches, restaurants and other attractions. Watch out for the giant killer seagulls swooping on your food when eating in the promenade Brisk 20 min walk to the railway station (don't follow google maps) 5 mins by taxi, the team were very helpful in organising a taxi for us on our departure overall the team were very helpful Bob

We had a wonderful stay at Jasmine’s apartment. Everything was perfect. It was exactly as described, photos were accurate and all amenities were available. The location is ideal for exploring the city and the garden itself is a gem - especially at night with the available mood lighting. The flat itself is perfect and everything is modern and new. Communication with Jasmine was excellent, the self check in experience was very well described and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend to everyone looking forward to a very pleasant stay in the ideal center of Varna. Thank you Jasmine!

A superb, spotless apartment in the heart of the city, ideally located near the sea and a park.

Beautiful, homely apartment in the heart of the Greek quarter and a stone's throw (or two) from the beach. The apartment is wonderfully looked after and feels "lived in". The host met us in person to let us in, show us around the apartment and answer any questions. We both left the apartment very reluctantly in the end. Highly recommended!

Great place for a getaway surroundings were beautiful and very difficult to find such a place with an astonishing views like that. Access to a private beach and restaurant. The hosts were also very hospitable.

The stay was completely pleasant. Easy check-in and check-out. We only had one key for 4 people, but at the end we learned that we could have gotten a second one. Nearby is a beach that no longer resembles the photos, a complete ruin. There is not really anything nearby, but you can drive to the Golden Sands in 10 minutes by taxi and to Varna in 20 minutes. Pool was clean. In the shower, there were slight traces of mold on the floor, we had no hot water 2x and no water 1x for a few hours. Nevertheless, I can recommend the stay.

this is a very nice place. we only had one night but really enjoyed it so much. the receptionist was so friendly , Nikolay let us check in early which was also extremely nice. the white cliffs are stunning . don't miss doing the walk all the way to the cliffs. it's worth it. the place is well maintained and clean. the pool bar has amazing views and good prices for the cocktails. the restaurant on top called Octopus really is amazing after you had some sunset drinks at the bar. highly recommend to spend a few days there!

Great Location and really comfy place. The whirpool was not functional and we were informed in a timely manner. We proceeded with the reservation anyway, mostly because of the location. We had a very pleasent stay and we were able to celebrate New Year directly in the center of Varna. Easy to recommend.

Wonderful place with all the amenities you could need. Everything was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel has great pools, perfect for families, couples, groups of friends, or solo travelers, with 24/7 security. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean,nicely arranged apartment,equipped with what is needed to have a carefree stay. Very communicative and responsive host - considering that in 2 days the water was stopped, he proposed us ( and we accepted) to move to another location, being the eve of the new year and not knowing how long it can take to fix the problem in the entire area. The second apartment also clean and well equipped. Pet friendly, an advantage for us traveling with a little poodle. I recommend, on a new visit to Varna we will come back to you. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Varna! The space was immaculate, beautifully designed, and everything inside felt brand new. It had all the amenities and accommodations one could ask for—fully equipped kitchen with every utensil imaginable, comfortable furnishings, fast Wi-Fi, and even small thoughtful touches that made the stay feel extra special. The view from the apartment was simply stunning—waking up each morning to the panoramic sea view was a highlight of my trip. The host was equally fantastic—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and every question I had was answered promptly. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a truly breathtaking setting so perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and can’t recommend it highly enough!
