Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Prien am Chiemsee

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Even the greeting by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying with friends.

This was the most beautiful and best-equipped accommodation I have ever been to. Beautifully and lovingly furnished with great "extras" such as beautiful hand cream, etc. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and slowly start the day - a dream. Anja gave us great tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

We had a great holiday here! You feel immediately arrived and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the perfect starting point for many excursions in the area and you can find everything you need there as well as many beautiful restaurants. We had a very nice time in the accommodation of Sandra and Franziska. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and you feel right at home! The amenities exceed every expectation and surprised us a lot. A lot of effort is put into this and focuses on special features. We've never before experienced it. On the cozy balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountains you can have a great breakfast or end the day! Had a great time!

Great place to stay in a quiet location. We enjoyed the morning view of the lake and the tranquility very much. The accommodation was cozy, clean and the terrace a great place to relax. Only the WLAN connection was partially a bit "fragile", but we were on vacation and everything else was convincing! Thanks a lot!

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute!!!!! We were very kindly received, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We have enjoyed the super cozy and nice terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful view of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, a cozy Konditorei with delicious pastries. And a very nice Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. You can take beautiful walks and excursions in the area. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our vacation SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. We were received super friendly and had a really nice contact with Karin and her husband all the time. The apartment was great and met all expectations, you can take really nice excursions, on foot or by public transport or car and then enjoy the great view of the mountain on the balcony. The recovery effect is so fast that you can easily switch off. Thank you for this!!!

We had a great stay, 2 of us with a dog, in the apartment of Sabine and her family, who are totally friendly and warm. The apartment is bright, modern, clean and has a wonderful balcony where you could spend the whole day. We felt very comfortable and in good hands, almost like at home. Everything you need is available in the apartment and we lacked nothing. The location is great too. Shops, restaurants and ice cream parlors are within walking distance and you can just as quickly be in the countryside and on the Prien. By car, you can reach Lake Chiemsee in 15 minutes and Munich or Salzburg in 1 hour for a stroll or to visit the most beautiful places in the mountains. There is so much to see here, you would have to stay much longer than a week to see everything. We would love to come back again and can highly recommend the apartment for a relaxing holiday. The stay was really great! The hosts were very nice, warm and open-minded, which made the whole visit particularly pleasant. They felt welcome right away. Communication was smooth, and the accommodation was clean and well equipped. The surroundings were also beautiful and very central, making it easy to go on excursions. In the evening, it was easy to relax due to the quiet location. We can absolutely recommend the stay and will be happy to come back!

I was with a friend in the apartment on Samerberg. Thanks to the bed in the living room, we each had our own area. Location and view are a dream, the apartment is individually and personally furnished with a lot of taste. The kitchenette is a bit very spartan, but there is the offer to cook downstairs at Christiane's. We went out to eat more often, which is good in the village and the surrounding area. Christiane gave us a very warm welcome and provided a little initial catering in the kitchen, which is not a matter of course. A good place to relax!

Super nice apartment, very spacious, equipped with everything you need, super clean, nice little garden with terrace...there is nothing to complain about at all!! Doris even provided us with a few beers and snacks before she welcomed us in a very nice way. We would come back anytime if we were on holiday in the Rosenheim area!

We were looking for a place to stay for the weekend and didn't really spend much time in the apartment. Everything was clean and well equipped. There is a coffee machine with beans and a great terrace, overall we liked it very much and we would come again. The bed was super comfy and we slept very well.

We felt very comfortable. Bea and Alexander were very open-minded and had great tips for activities, parking, etc. We'll be back.

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

Lovely place to stay as described. We felt very comfortable. A view of the mountain is possible from one of the balconies. And even in bad weather, a stay in the apartment is cozy. Doris Sofie is a very nice hostess. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very good stay, the environment is very peaceful, great if you want to spend a quiet stay near nature and visit Munich. Please note, there is a 20-minute walk between the accommodation and the train station, the only downside :-)

Andrea is a responsive person to our questions before arriving at the accommodation: use of transport in Munich, directions to get to the accommodation and nearby shops, large arrival time (appreciable when you come from far away!). The accommodation was clean, bright, very well equipped. Andrea is a friendly and helpful person. Thank you for this very pleasant stay, we will come back with great pleasure.

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.
