Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Preston

Richard always communicated promptly and was very easy to deal with. The house was perfect for a fun weekend away and the highlight was definately the spa on the balcony. A lovely touch to arrive with a chilled bottle of bubbles and the heater on for us, a very thoughtful host.

A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

We absolutely adored our stay at Yerindah! Not a thing to change, and we had everything we needed and more (thanks for the little treats!) Beautifully set up and decorated, and so cosy warm for our winter stay. We loved feeding the alpacas too! Close to wineries and yet felt like we were in our only little space far from anyone. This place is a hidden gem. It’s great for a retreat from the hustling and bustling life, and transport you back into nature. It’s very secluded, but it is meant to be the way it is. A Stonehill retreat. If you are looking for something that is near town, this is not for you. But if you are looking for a tranquil, peaceful place, I would recommend it 200%! Jacqui was also extremely helpful in her travel directions, and took extra effort to provide us with some oil when we ran out. Thanks much!

Loved our stay! The apartment was very quiet and comfortable. Location superb with a wide choice of quality restaurants, parks and shopping and all walkable. We loved the Hotel Gitan a delicious spot for either lunch or dinner.

Overall a nice place to stay. Peter was super responsive and he replace the shampoo immediately when I told him it ran out.

We loved Jeff & Melinda’s apartment- incredible view, lovely space to be in, very clean, welcoming touches (toys and books for our 2 young girls, bottle of wine for us) . The location was perfect to jump on a tram into the city or simply walk towards south Melbourne or Toorak. Some great cafes and restaurants nearby. Thanks again, we’ll be back!

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, even better than the photos. It’s in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the tram line and has a couple of lovely cafés right downstairs. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a lovely stay. Will be certain to return. The Elwood neighbourhood is our favourite in Melbourne. It is heavily treed, peaceful and walking distance to the beach, St Kilda Botanical Gardens as well as the shops in Elwood Village.

The place was cozy and inviting, with a fantastic view that made morning coffee especially enjoyable. Overall, a great experience — I’d definitely book again.

Heritage Retreat’s property was amazing. Can fit so many people and although we loved our stay in the middle of winter, this property can be so enjoyable in the summer. Great and responsive staff. Highly recommend!

Very quiet

We had a great weekend away at Chelos place located in a nice historic part of Richmond within walking distance of everything. Accomodation was cosy and Hosts are fun to chat to and very helpful. Chelo is also a good source of knowledge for anybody interested in European fashion design !

The place is nice. Matches the description. Beautiful house. Peter and Jennette were generous when I requested for post midnight check in. Recommended.

Wonderful central property for family group to stay in. Very comfortable and homely for all ages. Encouraged informal catch ups in spacious areas available. Easy to get around with car spaces plus very close to public transport. Brenda was responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved staying at Mark’s fantastic house! It’s a beautiful property, and larger than it seems in the photos. It’s also very well equipped, and with the crazy Melbourne weather kept us warm with the heating and cool with the aircon. Our pup really enjoyed her time there, too! The pool is also fantastic, and the decked area great for chilling out. We would love to stay again in future!
