Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf den Bildern – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das absolute Highlight: der Balkon mit direktem Meerblick – einfach traumhaft! Die Lage war ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Very calm and cozy place. The bed was really comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. We did find that the dishes weren’t clean enough to use, and there was no soap in the bathroom. But aside from that, everything else was great. I’d recommend it!

Diese Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und glücklich unseren Urlaub da verbringen zu dürfen. :-) Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und haben uns super nett empfangen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist klasse! Direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist für die Größe optimal und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist super. Für Strandliebhaber perfekt. Tiziano war immer erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung.

Traumhafte Lage, saubere Unterkunft, liebe Gastgeber! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir durften vier Tage in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbringen und haben uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und wunderbar ruhig – dennoch ist man in nur einer halben Stunde in Zadar, umgeben von traumhaften Olivenhainen. Die Terrasse mit dem großen Grill verleiht den Abenden das gewisse Etwas. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen, auch längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Goran und seine Familie haben ganze Arbeit geleistet – so freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber erlebt man selten. Wir suchten etwas Besonderes, und Goran hat dafür all seine Verbindungen genutzt. Am Abreisetag hat er uns völlig unerwartet überrascht – und unsere Suche damit beendet. 😊 Wow... Wir waren sprachlos und begeistert vom Einsatz der ganzen Familie! ❤️ Ein wunderbarer Ort, um Abende am Grill zu geniessen, in der Nähe von Zadar shoppen zu gehen oder Spaziergänge durch die Olivenhaine zu machen. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen! DANKE

Good stay. The place was clean and as described. Andreja was responsive and helpful, even though we arrived late.

Our holidays in this unique place was magnificient from the first moment we step on the land! Highly recommend to all nature lovers who love to connect with nature and peace. We love the seclusion of this place where your mind & heart can really rest. Renting Bozo's kayak was a sweet cherry on the top of this vacation. We have truly found a special place which we already miss.

Die Unterkunft war super. Der Strand war traumhaft, der Pool war gut doch leider war die Dame die dort wohl für die Bar verantwortlich ist, sehr unhöflich. Kinder durften im Pool nicht spielen, auch eine Kommunikation mit der Dame die das ganze überwacht hat war nicht möglich da Sie kein Wort Englisch verstanden hat. Einzige Sprache die die Spaßbremse versteht ist Koratisch. Ich korrigiere mich Sie beherrscht das Wort Nein auf Englisch. Andere Besucher haben es auch so empfunden. Ansonsten kann man die Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Super Gastgeber, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, schönes Haus, sicher, genug Platz und sportliche Aktivitäten direkt am Haus. Kommen gerne wieder !

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Lidija! Sie war unglaublich hilfsbereit, hat super schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist – wirklich ein hervorragender Gastgeber-Service. Das Haus selbst war perfekt ausgestattet: eine voll eingerichtete Küche, Fahrräder, ein Federball-Set, ein Pool und sogar ein Whirlpool – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Das WLAN in der oberen Etage war etwas schwach. Im Erdgeschoss und draußen hingegen lief es einwandfrei mit bis zu 250 Mbit – also absolut ausreichend. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank, Lidija!

Das Cottage entspricht zu 100% den gemachten Angaben und Fotos. Ein sehr schöner Rückzugsort, wenn man nicht inmitten des Treibens von z. B. Zadar sein möchte. Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Sanja hat uns als Gastgeberin persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Die Küche hat eigentlich alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Waschmaschine sowie Bügeleisen sorgen dafür, dass man auch zwischendurch mal etwas reinigen kann. Durch das eingezäunte Grundstück super mit Hund, da er sich frei bewegen konnte. Betten sehr bequem, Pool auch von der Größe her absolut ausreichend. Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass man hier immer ein Auto braucht, um einzukaufen oder auswärts essen zu gehen. Die Altstadt von Zadar ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und absolut sehenswert. Gute Restaurants, sehr freundliche und tierliebe Menschen. Generell sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Häuschen ist so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Sehr gemütlich und perfekt für einen Urlaub. Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf die Natur. Man ist ungestört und gelangt von dort mit dem Auto innerhalb von Max. 30 Minuten nach Zadar. Andrea war per immer schnell zu erreichen und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach empfehlenswert!! ☺️

It is a beautiful and really well-equipped apartment, located in a quiet, cozy area. The exterior with a heated swimming pool (cleaned every early morning) and a gas-fuelled barbecue grill lets you relax and enjoy your holidays. The small playground for kids is also great, although it needs a little bit more shadow. There are 2 small markets in the area, a beach is located ~10 mins walk from the apartment (quite downhill), there are also local neighbours who can provide you fresh delicious vegetables and fruits - and some homemade Rakija too ;). The apartment's manager was helpful and available every time we needed his help. Overall, the apartment is definitely worth the price if you're looking for a quiet, sunny place to spend your vacation time.

Premetto che siamo due architetti... e che inizialmente pensavamo che le foto della casa fossero dei RENDER... Ma Sanel ci aveva assicurato che la casa era realmente così.... Beh.... devo dire che Sanel si sbagliava....la casa è Molto più bella delle Foto.... È una casa Fantastica.... Curata in ogni suo aspetto...Arredata con gusto e Funzionale in ogni suo Aspetto. Piscina che vi farà venire voglia di stare lì tutto il giorno. Zona relax per bambini con calcetto, biliardo, freccette....Io devo dirvi che se volete essere in pieno relax e sognare una vita da Attore Hollywoodiano dovete venire a provare questa casa. Bagni per ogni stanza ...Letti King size magnifici.... E visto che per lavoro viaggio molto, devo dirvi che ho trovato Magnifici anche i cuscini. E per la cucina? beh talmente bella che vostra moglie sembrerà uno chef.... per la sua felicità nel cucinarvi. Se volete stare bene questo è la casa da sogno a Vir... Credetemi le parole non bastano per esprimere la sua BELLEZZA.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sveti Petar. The apartment was very clean and neat with a very comfortable bed and high-quality utilities. We came with our kayak and enjoyed the luxury of basically falling out the door and right into the sea to the most. The cherry on top was the amazing roof terrace and BBQ, which we enjoyed for dinners and communication and care for us was excellent, too with home-made olive oil and Rakija.

Frankos apartment was everything and more. Lovely size apartment spotlessly clean. Lovely views. Sun on both balconies so lovely to sit out and enjoy a meal. There is a lovely supermarket a stone throw away. Franko has the restaurant opposite and this is a must!!!. The staff are amazing so attentive 5 stars. And so reasonably priced. I can not reconnect this place any better. He is a lovely young man. Nothing was a bother. We are so booking again

Mieszkanie wyglądało jak na zdjęciach. Wyposażenie przerosło nasze oczekiwania. Wszystko zadbane i czyste. Klimatyzacja sprawna, kuchnia super wyposażona. Okolica przyjemna i spokojna. Całokształt bardzo pozytywnie nas zaskoczył. Polecam serdecznie!

Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Sehr schöner Ausblick von der Terrasse. Zentrale Lage zu Bars, Restaurants etc. Kleines Minus: Badezimmer etwas klein. Hat uns persönlich aber nicht allzu sehr gestört. Gerne wieder.

A perfect place to stay in a lovely city. It's incredibly central within the old town, and is literally only a couple of minutes walk to the sea, where you can go for a quick swim. Next to The Botanist, a wonderful vegan restaurant. Only 10 minutes walk (at most) to the Sea Organ - which is an absolute must-see! Josip was helpful, responsive, and incredibly kind, and the home was fully stocked with everything you could need! Very unexpected, and appreciated. 10/10 - would stay again.

I had a short and very nice stay! Tomislav and his wife were very friendly. They recommended lots of things and I loved the view from the apartment. Although it's a bit tricky to get there Kali is beautiful and I couldnt imagine having a better start of the morning. The ferry to Zadar is near (one bustop or take a walk along the coast of 30 min). The only thing which was for me a bit difficult was finding a good/bigger supermarket. You have one where the busstop is, but I couldnt find at first. The little shops have some things, but if you want to eat something in house you should go to a bigger market. Tomislav and his wife are everytime near by if you need help. And due to the fact I had some bad experience in other apartments, I'd like to mention that the whole apartment was very clean and smelled very good 😍. I felt very comfortable. I would come again with more time and a car! 😊 Hvala vam puno!

Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, als Doppelhaushälfte. Direkt am Strand, über die Straße zu erreichen. Sehr schöne, moderne Einrichtung. Bequeme Betten. Alles sehr sauber. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Schöne Badezimmer, auf jeder Etage eins. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Igor als Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

A really charming, characterful home just a short walk from the beach. Really gorgeous view from the upstairs terrace area. So many little beaches and restaurants and shops just a few minutes’ drive away as well. We particularly liked Suha for our younger children—lots of shade trees, and interesting shallows and rock areas to play in, and a small beach restaurant with food, drinks, toilets, and rental loungers/beach equipment, but still not at all crowded or developed! Bring water shoes! :)
