Only a staircase are common to all tenants and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. For any reservation which is 28 nights or longer special monthly discount and special conditions apply: electricity utility cost is excluded from the total price and it is payed monthly based on the actual consumption. Every two weeks cleaning service is mandatory to change bed linen and towels which is excluded from the total price. Price of electricity is aproximately 0,87 HRK/kWh. Fantastičan položaj 200 m od trajektnog pristaništa, omogućuje gostima lako snalaženje i brz dolazak do samog objekta. Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se svi potrebni sadržaji (restorani, supermarketi, kafići, mesnica, ribarnica, sportski teren,pekarnica).

Ošljak is a small CAR FREE Island 15 min away from Zadar by ferry, perfect for relaxed dream vacation. The stunning SEA VIEW give this apartment a truly Island spirit feel. The Island can be reached by ferry from Zadar 4 times a day or you can come with ferry to Preko on Island Ugljan and we will come for you with our boat. It is only 5 min drive form Preko. Also you can park your car in Preko or in Zadar. Ošljak is an idyllic and calm place where you can "charge batteries" to maximum:)

Excellent, romantic place for couples, brand new, holiday apartment is situated on the main island road, halfway from the ferry dock to the center of Kali. All the places on these two relaxing islands, with beautiful beaches and breathtaking views are within 15 min drive range.
