Following numerous messages, the house will not be rented for 2 or 3 days. Rental is possible from a minimum of 4 nights in winter then 7 nights (during all school holidays as well as from spring until November 11). Thank you for your understanding.

On the historic port of Pornic, 300m from the train station and 10mn walk from the beach, we, Emilie and Alex, will welcome you in this renovated apartment in an exceptional location. You will have access on foot to all the shops, bars and restaurants, in this beautiful setting that Pornic offers. You will stay in a lovely 40m2 home, in which everything is new, including a bedroom, a spacious and bright living/kitchen, and a bathroom, all of which can accommodate up to 4 people.

This house faces the sea and the beach with magnificent views. Ideal for weekends with friends or family but also for a week's vacation. It has all the comforts and also a beautiful soul. There is a wood-burning stove in the 60 m2 living room located upstairs and served by a staircase. In the 3 bedrooms downstairs, there are 160 beds with duvets and in the dormitory 2 beds of 140 and 1 of 160 with duvets. The dormitory is independent but it has a bathroom with toilet.

It is located 30 meters from Porteau Beach, 1.2 km from Sainte-Marie-sur-Mer and 3 km from Pornic. Guests can park their car in the beach parking lot, located in front of the house.
