Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Prati, Rome

Silvia was very responsive. She would always answer within a couple of minutes of sending a question. Gave great recommendations for food places. Her place was walkable to all of the places on our must see and do list. Great host highly recommend.

Federico’s place was great for us a family of 5 including al elder and a child. The location is super close to the vatican museum and Plaza de St. Pedro. Close to restaurants, the metro station, etc. Will highly recommend to anyone wanting to be just a few blocks walk to the vatican. Federico was also very responsive and welcomed me himself to the place. Thank you Federico and hope to come back soon.

We appreciated how helpful and supportive Stella was with us. It was a nice stay close to the Vatican and good restaurants. In addition, close to the metro station which was very helpful since we wanted to go sightseeing around and metro was the easiest way to go anywhere. I would definitely recommend this place.

L’alloggio si trova in una posizione eccezionale, vicina a tutti i principali punti di interesse. Gli interni sono spaziosi e accoglienti, ideali per un soggiorno confortevole. Il terrazzo con vista aggiunge un tocco speciale!

Non abbiamo mai avuto un servizio come quello offerto da Cristiana e Pietro. Sono due persone squisite, aperte al dialogo e si fanno in 8 per soddisfare ogni tua richiesta (soprattutto ti aiutano con qualsiasi mezzo a loro disposizione) Considerato il periodo in cui siamo venuti a Roma (pieno di eventi, quindi con traffico intenso, problemi di parcheggio ecc), non potevamo trovare host migliore 😄

This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

I had a spectacular stay at Marco’s apartment in Rome- he arranged a taxi from the airport for us, welcomed us outside our apartment and gave us a thorough tour. The apartment was fully stocked with amenities & was in a spectacular location with many beautiful landmarks within a short walk. We had an amazing view of the streets below, and all at a very fair price. I left my glasses at the apartment, and Marco was quick to let me know of this and even arranged shipment of them to my next location and coordinated delivery. Overall a 10/10 stay, I will definitely be back again and recommend his place to my friends. Thank you !!

Flawless experience. Exceeded all of our expectations and we loved the neighborhood that was within walking distance of the tourist spots but quiet and private. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s a beautiful apartment with a proactive hosting team. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and rooms are nicely furnished. We reported some issue late night, and it was fixed right next day during the hours that we were out. We would stay here again next time we go to Rome. I highly recommend this apartment.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Andrea. Het appartement ziet er fantastisch uit, heeft alle voorzieningen, is enorm schoon en heeft een prachtig dakterras. Ook de airco’s in het appartement zijn écht een live safer in de hitte van Rome. De metro en de bus zijn op loopafstand, het appartement bevindt zich in een fijne en veilige buurt en biedt alle rust om even te ontsnappen aan de drukte van de stad. Al om al, een fantastisch verblijf gehad! 10/10!

This lovely 1 BR apartment is in a fabulous, quiet location about 5-10 minutes away from the Vatican and Coliseum. The neighborhood has plenty of lunch cafes, restaurants and gelato stops! The main Metro train is also only a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. If you prefer to not be in the hustle and bustle of the tourist traffic, then this is a perfect place to be. This was my first trip to Rome and I walked everywhere and was happy to do so. I think the only small issue this apartment may present - is the bathroom space is a tight fit - and could be problematic if you are tall and require a good amount of space. I would highly recommend Francesca’s apartment and she was also a very nice and accessible host! Thank you!! Christine

Peaceful apartment out of the louder tourist heavy areas but close enough to enjoy a short walk to the middle of everything. Lovely neighborhood and beautiful space inside.

Apartamento muy agradable y limpio, muy bien situado y muy bien comunicado, además no era una zona de tránsito de turistas. Valentina respondía rápidamente y nos proporcionó información y consejos prácticos muy valiosos sobre las comunicaciones, restaurantes, productos típicos, consigna de equipajes próxima etc, lo que es muy de agradecer Muy recomendable. Sugerencias de mejora: - Poner bombilla nueva en el techo del dormitorio, porque no funcionaba, aunque no era ningún problema porque teníamos los apliques de las mesillas. - Poner un adaptador en el enchufe del hervidor de agua. Appartamento pulito e curato, completo di ogni confort. Dista 5 min a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana e 10 minuti da Piazza San Pietro. Posizione impareggiabile per raggiungere, a piedi, tutti principali punti di interesse. Francesca è stata un host gentilissima, molto attenta nel dare supporto agli ospiti e cercare di soddifare ogni necessità. Torneremo sicuramente a trovarla ogni volta che verremo a Roma.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal zu Gast für 1 Woche bei Mauro. Die Wohnung sieht immer noch so aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Wohnung hat eine zentrale Lage und ist gut mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Bushaltestellen sind in naher Umgebung vorhanden. Mauro hat uns schon wie beim ersten Mal sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir hatten in der Woche ein kleines Problem, welches durch Mauro kurzfristig abgestellt wurde. Wir konnten eine wunderschöne Woche in Rom verbringen. Mauro ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir können ihn zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Mauro. Alles Gute.

Fabiola is a great and friendly host. She was always available and gave us lots of great advice (specially really good places to have the real Italian pizza and pasta). The apartment was really beautiful, modern and with all the amenities one would need for a good stay in Rome. The terrace was amazing, a quiet and beautiful place to rest surrounded by plants after a long day walking. It is also conveniently close to the Vatican in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of good restaurants nearby. Easy to get anywhere in Rome either by public transport or walking. And there’s a bus from the airport that leaves you very close to it. We will surely repeat our stay with Fabiola anytime we go back to Rome

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der kleinen, feinen Wohnung von Nancy! Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und einfach wohl. Alles war super sauber, gemütlich und durchdacht gestaltet. Nancy ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin: aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und unglaublich nett. Sie war für uns immer erreichbar, hat sich sehr bemüht und dafür gesorgt, dass es an nichts fehlt. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – perfekt für alle, die eine charmante Unterkunft mit persönlichem Flair und einer tollen Gastgeberin suchen.
