Holiday rentals with breakfast in Prati, Rome

We had a wonderful time in Alessenadro’s cottage while visiting Rome. Alessandro was super helpful and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always very attentive and responsive. He was one of the best hosts we have ever had.

Beautiful apartment. The perfect location to visit St Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museum.

Giulia’s place was absolutely perfect! Far enough away from the centre of Rome to be peaceful from the loud tourist hustle bustle, but close enough to transit systems to make everything convenient to get to. Additionally, as low budget backpackers, Giulia’s breakfast, coffee, snacks, and drinks were wonderful! She was responsive for check in despite our train being delayed for 30 minutes, and was quickly there to meet us when we made contact. She also provided local recommendations of real Roman cuisine which were divine. If I ever find myself in Rome again, I would happily stay here!!

Thank you Rosseta for the warm welcome. The place got everything, I have stayed for almost 3 weeks without any issues. Having the metro super close makes the visits to the center very comfortable. I would definetly go back.

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

The apartment is smaller, but very cozy. Great whirlpool with adjustable lighting. Very comfortable bed, we didn't even want to get up. 🙂 20 minutes to the subway, but who wouldn't walk in Rome, so I also take the location quite well. The host is great, he can offer something extra. We were very satisfied. I highly recommend. 👌✌️✌️

Great accommodation! The apartment was clean, cozy and perfectly equipped, exactly as described. The location is excellent, close to good public transport. Communicating with your host was quick and seamless. I would definitely like to come back here on my next visit to Rome. I recommend it!

Emanuele was very communicative and Cristina has good advices for city of Rome. We felt like it was our second home. Owner was always at disposal. We were 2 adults and 3 children. Recommended.

The apartment was spotless and just as it looked in the photos. The location is very good since it is 6 blocks from the Vatican so you get there very quickly and you can also take public transport. Everything was great, and they also left us a complimentary plum cake.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly friendly and proactive, making sure everything was perfect from the start. I felt right at home. The flat is in a great location—just steps away from several public transport stations, beautiful parks, and convenient grocery stores. Highly recommend!

Meeting Paolo at entry was definitely a high point - he’s so informative and you can tell he loves his country (listen to the food recommendations too!) This was my third time staying here!This year is the Jubilee Year of Rome, and it is very convenient to get up early and walk from the apartment to the Vatican. Follow the Tiber River, and the scenery is very beautiful!There are many restaurants around the apartment, so it is convenient to eat.It's even more convenient if you need to shop.The most important thing is that check-in is more flexible, you can drop off your luggage first, which is very important and friendly for people traveling long distances with luggage!This has always been my preferred accommodation in Rome, and I look forward to staying again!

Thea’s place is perfectly located in Roma, near the Vatican and well connected to bus lines and the metro. The house feels private for how central it is, the room was cozy and colourfully decorated, I had a restful sleep. Thea herself (and her dad, who let me in for check-in!) is supremely warm and friendly, she was also exceptionally flexible with check-in - she offered me to enter the room way early for my remote work convenience. She also gave extensive tips, I can’t recommend her b&b enough and it’s the first option I’ll check when I next visit the Eternal City. Thank you Thea ✨

Gianluca is a really kind and impeccable host, from the booking to our arrival. House with very well-designed spaces, organized and very well cleaned. Very quiet area and strategic location for getting around. Top hospitality from Gianluca and Peach, we will definitely be back.

We have had 6 wonderful days here in Rome, close to the Vatican and surrounded by restaurants and beautiful buildings and museums. The host was very friendly, gave numerous tips and if we had questions he was always available and accessible

This was my first time renting a room in someone else’s home, and it was a wonderful experience. My main concern was privacy, which was absolutely not an issue at all at Andrea’s home. The apartment has only one entrance, which leads to a living room for the guests to use. At the right, a locked door leads to Andrea’s area. At the left, a hallway covered with a curtain leads to a private bathroom and a private room with private balcony. We met Andrea at check-in, and never saw him again although I think he was there some of the time. The room is super silent, it has an excelent AC system to which guests have a remote control. The shower is great and spacious, the bed is big and acceptable. The room is quipped with a refrigerator and some furniture to settle down. The location is perfect, 4 blocks from the Metro, in a quiet area with many trattorias and cafes. Away from Rome’s center touristic chaos but with all the commodities you need such as groceries, meals and laundry.

What an incredible stay! Elizabeth is a warm, helpful host and you feel like family the moment you come to her house. Neat, comfortable house with everything you can ask for right next to the Vatican. Also amazing coffee and breakfast every morning. I'd love to stay there again if I get the chance. Highly recommend !
