Apartment holiday rentals in Prati, Rome

We had the best stay at Andrea and Fabrizio’s beautiful apartment! Comfy bed, and what an incredible host! We felt extremely welcome and safe but they went above with little unexpected touches. The location was walkable and perfect and the restaurant suggestions were delicious. We saw a a few others but heard no one. Just amazing!!

Mario was a great host! Very responsive and gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities! This air bnb location was easy to find with plenty of things to do around it. Right next to the Castle de Saint Angelo on the river! We had an amazing time and would absolutely be booking with Mario again for our next time in Roma

Le logement est idéalement situé, pas loin du Vatican et de la basilique, facilement accessible à pied et le métro et à 5 minutes. L’hôte est très réactif et transmets toutes les informations au préalable. Le logement est bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire, la literie est très confortable.

Paola was a dream to work with and the place was sparkling beautiful. It felt like we were VIP’s. She met with us and greeted us kindly. We really enjoyed the place. It felt like a luxury resort more than an AirBNB. Paola is very friendly and is generous in many ways. We will book here again!

Chiara’s apartment was beautiful in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood in Rome, we felt really safe and secured. Chiara was very responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend!

Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

Flaminia is an excellent host. She responds to messages very quickly, which we really appreciated. The apartment was tidy, clean, and located in a great location!

Charmant petit appartement non loin à pied du Vatican, proche des bus et du métro. Rues commerçantes tout autour. Marta et son père sont réactifs et flexibles sur les horaires d’arrivée. Je recommande ++++

La ubicación del alojamiento es muy conveniente, cerca del Vaticano como lo dicen, los anfitriones nos ayudaron sobre unas dudas que teníamos del traslado al aeropuerto, muy recomendable la verdad.

Private space. Very nice patio, though we spent most of our time touring the city. Easy walk to nice coffee shops and restaurants as well as the Vatican. Claudio was great--very responsive. We were getting into Rome prior to check-in time and had a tour reserved at the Vatican. We were able to have our bags stored at the place and get in early with no fuss.

A lovely place within minutes to restaurants and shopping. Apt was renovated and clean. Only gripe was the shower which had very weak water pressure.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

The location of this AirBnB is perfect. It’s on a quiet side street in manageable walking distance from everything. The street and surroundings was extremely charming. The Airbnb was exactly as expected and extremely clean. The only thing I’d recommend is providing more toilet paper (LOL). We would return on another trip to Rome!!

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. Este apartamento fue perfecto para nuestra visita a Roma. La zona es tranquila y nos sentimos seguros. Puedes caminar tranquilamente a sitios turísticos y hay una estación de metro cercana. El lugar es muy bonito y agradable, te sientes en casa. Todo funcionaba perfecto.

we enjoyed the space & greatly appreciated the host for allowing us to drop our bags ahead of checking in so we could start seeing the city. a lot of what we wanted to see was across the bridge but we were able to walk there for shopping/sight seeing and also to vatican city. responsive host with a friendly, hospitable dad who lives nearby :)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
