Very good location. Steps to the beach and the Open where there are shops to eat. For the supermarket you have to walk a little more or take uber cheap. The house is very nice and in good condition. It's just like the photos. Very rich spaces. Very good space to socialize. Hartas Pieces. Clean. Except for some details that have already been discussed for improvement. Hosts were quick to respond and were very willing. They were very flexible with check-in and check-out. They let us do early and late checkin. The gas ran out but they responded immediately and they took it back right away.

We spent a wonderful extended holiday in this seaside house! The house is super spacious, accommodated the whole family in great comfort and is literally on the edge of the beach. Everything went well during the stay, we enjoyed a lot and the children had a lot of fun! Luciano was a super attentive host, always ready to help with whatever it took. Would recommend your stay!

Since it was our first time, we've always been anxious. However, at check-in, the anxiety passed. It was all well organized, cozy and with everything at our disposal. We felt at home. The view is wonderful and the beach is very close. The host couple are wonderful people, always concerned about our well-being. It was nine days of pure peace and we enjoyed it every day, visiting the beautiful beaches of the north and eating only seafood, which we bought before at the Floripa Public Market and made at night, drinking sparkling wine and enjoyed the view, because during the day we only enjoyed the beaches, but Lagoinha is all good and the best. As soon as we can, we'll be back.

The house is simple, cozy and has a delicious energy. The view is really special — we were able to enjoy a stunning sunset and moonrise shortly thereafter. The location is great, close to everything: beaches, trails and shops. Unfortunately, we had little time to explore everything the place offers, but we certainly want to go back. Tatiana is a wonderful, caring and welcoming host. We were greeted with a super affectionate treat to toast my wife's birthday — a gesture that made all the difference. We recommend it with affection!

This house is beautiful! The decoration is a spectacle, the cleanliness and organization are a 10, its location is perfect in front of the beach and 10 minutes on foot from Praia das Cordas! The house is better than the photos, clean, comfortable and with all the utensils needed for a comfortable stay. The location, with a barbecue facing the sea and standing on the sand was an incredible experience, it could roast meat and dive into the sea between a spike and another. The side-by-side restaurant is wonderful, and has 2 very close markets, one is from Grasiela's father-in-law, they are super helpful and willing to help with everything possible, they loaned me even a stove to fry fish. We were in 4 adults and 2 children, the beach is perfect for children, it is not very busy and the sea is very calm. In short, the house and the place are so good that I tried to rent another week, I just didn't stay because the house was already rented. We loved the house and would definitely come back.

It's just like in the photos with all the amenities, there were 11 of us, a neat house very well located. A house recommended for many people. We went out of season so there wasn't much movement but it's a spectacular place, Praia Grande. Daniel answered all the questions quickly and Tania was always attentive at all times. I would totally come back.

It was a great experience, great house, private location, but well located, impeccable cleanliness, not to mention the promptness of Beto and Leia. The land is large, with ample vegetation and a spectacular lawn, where you can enjoy the sunset sitting on the grass among trees and birds nesting.
