The apartment is very good, it is in a great location, next to the market and pharmacy, and very close to the beach, just one block away. Our check-in was very flexible and Santana was extremely helpful. We had an unforeseen event with the shower that burned out and they promptly sent an electrician to fix it. The apartment is very complete and we recommend it to everyone who wants a cozy and familiar place

Patricia's apartment is excellent, spacious and comfortable. Located very close to Tombo beach and on a quiet street close to supermarket, pharmacy and good restaurants. Patrícia was an excellent host, giving us flexible at check-in and leaving restaurant tips. Extra point for concierge staff!

The owner was always very attentive and helped us resolve a date change. It was quick to present us with new dates and explained to us how we should request within the Airbnb website. The apartment is very well located and pleasant. I recommend it!

Apto da Adriana outright as in the pictures! Extremely spacious and functional apto, as well as cozy! A wonderful wind stream! Great comode size! Extremely equipped kitchen with everything to spend a good week there in the apartment! Apto next to the best beach in Guarujá, just a short walk and is already in the Beach! The view was absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was spotless, stylishly furnished, and perfectly located. It's just steps away from great restaurants like Tahiti—which is a must-try! Kalanit & Juliana were exceptional hosts—super responsive, welcoming, and full of helpful local recommendations. They even met us at check-in to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Guarujá!

The apartment is amazing, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and the area is great, you can walk to the Praiamar mall, which is large and full of good stores, and to the SESC, both are 2 blocks behind the property, a 10-minute walk on a flat street. Right in front is the beach of Aparecida, calm sea and practically no waves. I would definitely stay at the place again, oh, the apartment has everything, it is well structured, utensils, cutlery, pans, pots... 1000 points!
