Patricia's apartment is excellent, spacious and comfortable. Located very close to Tombo beach and on a quiet street close to supermarket, pharmacy and good restaurants. Patrícia was an excellent host, giving us flexible at check-in and leaving restaurant tips. Extra point for concierge staff!

We rented the apartment to go to the wedding in Praia do Tombo, and we loved every moment we spent both in Guarujá and in the apartment. My stay was great! At first there was a miscommunication with the caretaker, but I talked to Mari and quickly circumvented and resolved the situation. The apartment is like the photos, very well located between the beaches Asturias and Tombo, you can walk in both. There's an Oxxo in front of the apartment, corner pharmacy, bakery, shops and nearby market! Thanks for your stay!

Super quiet villa, we didn't have any problems. Ângela always responds very quickly, it was super requests with our checkin that it took a little while and promptly made itself available to resolve. The penthouse is wide, accepts pet and had pretty much everything we needed. We forgot to bring hand towels and there was no available, I recommend taking it. As well as plug adapters as the sockets are of the old model without the ground. Super equipped kitchen, functional service area. It has cooler, chairs and umbrellas available. It is important to bring items such as sugar, coffee, paper filter, oil, as there is no in the house. It is minutes from the beach, pharmacy, markets, everything is resolved by walking around the neighborhood. It has a shower in the outdoor area near the barbecue, very good!

Good location, in front of the beach makes it easy when we're tired at the end of the day and we don't want to walk too much to get to the allocation

The stay was great, as were the guidelines from the host Daniel. Nearby markets, gas stations, gyms and restaurants as well. A single addendum about the negative points was the bad smell in the bedding, the sofa that had some stains of past dirt and the curtains, for not being blackout, it was very bright inside the studio in the morning. Still, we would return to the studio in the future.
