We loved every detail of the apartment, had absolutely everything we needed. Local super clean, organized, cozy and quiet. Minimalist decoration won our heart. There is Great for a couple. The apto is located close to the center of Ubatuba (+/- 5min. by car) ; to the north side about 28 min. (Praia do Félix , Prumirim, Praia das conhas, etc.) ; To the south side about 35 min. (Santa Rita, Lázaro, sununga, etc.) ; Apto near pereque-açu beach (5 min. by car to it.) Check in and check out quiet, we received the very detailed introductions, we had no problem. Very attentive Flávio, always answered us quickly by answering our questions. Besides all, there is the large pool on the terrace, which you can enjoy well. Bakery, market and pharmacy nearby, it's worth it. We stayed 5 days and enjoyed a lot! Only gratitude.

Super nice apartment!!! The heated pool is a plus, since it was a little cold. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a huge square in front, with well-kept grass, making it easy to walk with dogs. The kitchen is well equipped. Gabi sent all the instructions before we entered, and we were greeted with shampoo/conditioner/liquid soap in the bathrooms, and a treat! I highly recommend the apartment and the hostess!!

Great apartment, very spacious and comfortable, the rooms are good and the bathrooms are large, but they do not provide towels. Kitchen with all the utensils, spacious outdoor area and with a beautiful view, very faithful to the photos. We like it very much, I recommend it and I will return in the future.

The stay in Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not conducive to the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bed linen and blankets, but that did not prevent the good use. Due to the low season in which I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it passed by letting the air air a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and it doesn't have much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.
