The apartment is simple, but cozy. It has a fan in the living room and in the bedrooms, contributing a lot to a good night's sleep. The kitchen is very complete and the 3 weeks I spent there, I had no problems. The internet also works very well for work. The location is very good, in a cul-de-sac, which makes the neighborhood very quiet and close to basic services. I really enjoyed the stay

I was delighted with my stay in this apartment in Ubatuba! The location is excellent — close to the beach and with easy access to the center, everything can be done on foot. The apartment is great: comfortable, well-equipped and very cozy. The hostess was a highlight in her own right - super kind, attentive and always available for whatever we needed. My stay at Casa Cor do Mar was incredible! In all senses, it was a dream come true. The place is large, and well equipped to host a big family or multiple families. My favorite part of the house was the sliding glass wall that opened to an outdoor grill + kitchen setup. It was a short and easy walk to the beach, and there are stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. I can't wait to stay there again!

Excellent house as advertised, safe, airy, no smell, main item for those who have an allergic family member, we only used the car to go to other beaches, the main services can be done on foot, flexibility in check-in and check-out times, host is a 10. We will definitely go back and indicate .
