Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Praia do Pereque Acu

Our stay was unbeatable. The kitchen was clean and complete, the bathrooms sparkling, the living room spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need to spend a few days on the beach in the best way. Catia is a great host, always attentive to what we need. The accommodation is pleasant, in constant contact with nature. It is very convenient to access the beach and a few blocks from the small shopping center. I definitely recommend the place.

The house is beautiful and has a smart architecture, providing spaces for both conviviality and rest - not to mention that it is very close to the beach. The kitchen is complete with several utensils and appliances, which was very welcome to our group that had children. Erika was very kind and proactive throughout our stay. I went with a friend to spend a few days in Ubatuba and we loved the house! It's a gem, it had everything we needed, a lot of tranquility and privacy. We felt very safe too, the doors were open all the time while we were on the beach and we had no problems. Tadeu was a great host.

The villa is super cozy and well taken care of, complete kitchen with utensils for those who will cook there, in addition to having a comfortable balcony, it is surrounded by trees, impeccable garden, it is a great option for a family. Surely we will be back

House equal to the listing. It's close to the beach and the mattress of the queen beds is very comfortable.

We had a lovely few days in this house. A little far from the larger towns but a great spot if wanting some quieter time. Well located near some lovely beaches, although would recommend visiting with a car. House itself is rustic but very comfortable, located in a small village / road of a few houses and felt very safe. Lovely views and feel surrounded by trees. The WiFi had good connection throughout the house. Would recommend for a few days away.

I had a very good stay in Tiana's apartment. Very safe and comfortable for trips with children as it has safety mesh and a very good location.

The stay was excellent! The apartment is super organized, as is the whole condominium. The kitchen is well equipped, with a great variety of utensils and appliances, which made our everyday life much easier. We always had a parking space available, which was a very positive point. The leisure area is amazing, with several swimming pools of different depths, even though it is not heated. The condominium condominium transmits a lot of security and the location is great, with pharmacy, market and other nearby shops. Hosts were very attentive throughout their stay. It would surely return!

Beautiful apartment, great kitchen, wonderful beds and bedding, good showers, the suite did not work properly, it did not heat up enough, maybe the weak resistance needed to be checked, I asked to see it, I was not attended, well located, garage difficult to park, I had to leave the car outside during the day, I have a land rover. But overall, it was smooth.

My experience was great and extremely cozy. From the beginning, the host was very helpful, always attended to us quickly and attentively, which made the stay even smoother. The apartment is clean, well decorated and exactly as described in the listing. The location is also excellent, close to the beach and to several points of interest. The condominium has a complete structure and is located in the noble area of Ubatuba . Close to restaurants , shops , bakeries and etc If you want to be well installed , I recommend

Good location, internal space of the apartment as advertised. It was ready at the scheduled time, clean space, but the elevator had a blanket with a very strong smell of mold, they should improve this point. Very safe and organized condominium.

The Host's Education and Care with our stay. Perfect location in the center next to all the sites we intended to visit during the holiday. We went on foot in most locations. Perfect. We were able to take our pet without any problem or requirement outside the standards of a condominium. I recommend it to everyone who searches the region.

Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with gym, sauna, rooftop pool with a gorgeous look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

We really like the cottage, it's beautiful. It's complete, the hostess is very attentive, the view from the chalet to the pool is beautiful. My family and I love staying at the cottage, it was really worth it, the price is very good.🙏🏽🙌🏽🥰😍🌅
