Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a dear. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

the Hostess always very attentive, answered my doubts quickly, the apartment corresponds to the description and the photos! clean, organized... we feel at home! the location is also great, supermarket, pharmacies, shops, restaurants.... everything very close, being able to do it on foot, besides perque and a great option because it is between the beaches of the north and south... easy to either side.

“The place is exactly as shown in the photos! Mariana always responded to us very quickly. The place is safe and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. Too bad we didn't stay longer — it was a quick stay and we didn't even get to enjoy the condominium pool. My suggestion for the house would be to add an iron and to put liquid hand soap in the bathroom. I'll definitely come back more times!”

The stay was wonderful. The space was cozy and very nicely decorated. The location was perfect, with great leisure options and restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. Very good place with an amazing view and walkable distance to shops and restaurants. Not very accessible if you have any mobility problems but if you don't this place is great! Elaine is very good host, responsive and have good local knowledge and tips. Would stay there again.

The house is beautiful and has a smart architecture, providing spaces for both conviviality and rest - not to mention that it is very close to the beach. The kitchen is complete with several utensils and appliances, which was very welcome to our group that had children. Erika was very kind and proactive throughout our stay. Very well located house, a few meters from the beach, and next to the right side where there are more waves, some options of restaurants walking-in-area and close to the river. The house is large and comfortable, with parking for the cars.

The house is wonderful, within nature and with an incredible view. We were super welcomed by the host. It was wonderful and we will be back for sure.

Our stay was wonderful, the atmosphere is very pleasant and cozy. I dare say that the space is much more beautiful in person than in the photos. Everything is extremely clean and organized, everything is working perfectly. The space has all the utensils to prepare meals on site, cleaning supplies, clothesline to hang clothes, beach chairs, etc. Quiet check in and check out. I recommend it without fear.

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well maintained and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, surrounded by lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

Henrique's accommodation is spectacular, identical to the advertised, I dare say it even better. it's been 10 years since I've been staying in the nearby houses and it's certainly one of the best I've ever stayed. Henrique is a great host always willing to help and resolve any issue that may occur. We spent great days and we intend to go back !

Very nice apartment, size good for 4-6 people. Good location. Safe building, with swimming pool, garage. The staff of the very friendly concierge. Ricardo and family were very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend it.

Simply incredible, nothing like waking up in front of this blue Marzão, and sleeping with noises from the waves. The condominium has a private beach, the house has everything you need, simple structure, but very cozy. Would definitely recommend 🧡

Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point in the apartment is the mattresses and sofas, which are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

We loved our stay! The apartment is very well equipped, it was very clean, and has everything you might need for a short or long stay. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, well decorated and spacious, and the barbecue on the balcony is a great alternative for rainy days. The hosts' instructions were very clear, and check-in was super easy to do. We felt at home and left the apartment heartbroken hahaha, we will definitely want to stay here again on our next visit to Ubatuba 😊
