Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia de Peracanga

Great apartment, very spacious and well located. A peculiarity is that it is worth a visit to an art gallery, for keeping good pictures of various artists on the walls (at least during our stay). I recommend and will be among my alternatives for a possible return.

The host was great! The apartment is excellent. Very well set up. Good location. Fonte beach is beautiful and peaceful. I was very satisfied! I recommend it.

I spent the Easter holiday 2025 in the apartment of Renato and Jovana. Can trust without fear. Everything was in accordance with the description of the listing, except that the apt was impeccable: clean, all tidy, with shampoo, conditioner and soap available and tbm bed and bath items. I highly recommend it! Jovana was very helpful and always quickly answered my questions. I will definitely return at another time. 🏖️🌞🥰😍

Everything is wonderful! I'm in love with everything! We were very well received and had an amazing weekend. We take care of the house in the same way that we were cared for. We love responsiveness. I rented the house to a group of 23 people, a band that performed at my wedding. I didn't even stay at the place, but the communication, for closing the rent and etc, was easy and resolute. They made themselves available to cook for the guests and received them very well. The feedback from the hosted group was among the best, they felt at home and welcomed. I highly recommend it for those who need a cozy home with easy communication. Not to mention that the region is beautiful too!! I wish this super receptive family success.

Very clean and equipped house. All environments are very pleasant. Very good barbecue area. Great for leisure days with the family. The host and his wife were very attentive and helpful.

Very good and quiet house, had everything we needed at our disposal. At the corner of the house there is a supermarket and pharmacy if you need it and very close to the beach. Large and spacious house, very beautiful and pleasant space. Super indico and would go again.

Extremely quiet place, gated condominium with 24h gate, several leisure areas and the apartment is complete with the utensils. Luiz responds quickly and gave all instructions. I recommend and intend to return.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

Eapço marvellous, this place and beautiful of more, the ap has a view that rests, I love this place. O Elias otimo anfitriao, atendimento otimo. When we arrived, I felt at a Hotel, face bath towels, water , soap, just have to take it from home, the rest has everything. Parabens!!!!

Building with a great location, very quiet, the very educated guests/residents, the staff always cordial, caring, efficient. The site corresponds to the photos, the host was SENSATIONAL! Only critical is that to go to lunch/dinner or enjoy parties, on Bacutia beach there are no options, it is necessary to travel by car. For us who took a trip with children, it was perfect!

At all times he tried to help us, we were very calm when arriving at the apartment, as it is exactly as in the description, the rooms are large and with great ventilation, the large kitchen with items necessary for a stay. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
