The stay was excellent. The house is perfect to stay close to the beach. For people with limited mobility is much more than perfect, because it is face to the beach, there is no step in the house and it is in a large and easy to locomotion house. I will return many times.

Very clean and organized the house, good location, close to great beaches. Great reception, hosts gave tips on places in the city to know, how to get there, and events that would happen on the date I went. I highly recommend, I would go again without a second thought!!

Very good space for those traveling with pets, a major reason for choosing the stay. It has a large yard, a very well-equipped kitchen, and new, good mattresses. The location is very quiet, less than 5 minutes by car from good restaurants in Meaípe and the most beautiful ones we know in the Guarapari region.

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

We loved our stay, Nara welcomed us very well. The house has a structure to make everyone comfortable, including children. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate cake and a personalized welcome sign. All rooms are clean with a set of bed and bath, clean and new. Large and comfortable bathrooms, with hygienic shower and good showers. Full kitchen, super clean with shining pots and cold mineral water. Well-structured and equipped outdoor barbecue area. Children's Toys. Comfortable living room with internet and cable TV. Soap, toilet paper, detergent, new clothesline ropes… Everything available that made all the difference. We were offered the rental of chairs and beach equipment, which greatly facilitated our tours. Our stay was very good and comfortable, the hosts welcomed us extremely well, even worrying about our return home. If we return to Guarapari, we will stay there again.

The stay was wonderful, Robson and his wife are very kind and are always ready to accommodate any request. The house is very well located, great for those who want to rest and want a quiet place. The house is very spacious, very well equipped, and very cool, almost no need to turn on the fans, it's so breezy. You can rent without fear, the hosts are wonderful and the house is a 10 in all requirements.

It was very worth it. The apartment has apparently been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The condominium is very good, ample space, the pool is very good. For those who have children, it is very good. Thadeu was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The place is exactly like in the pictures. The condominium is great, easy to locate, safe, with lots of green, piscona, sauna, playground, etc. Lucas was extremely attentive and very quick in returns, in addition to having relaxed the check-in and checkout times that helped us a lot. I spent Christmas with the family in Salvador's apartment and we loved it! He was extremely attentive and the communication was excellent. About the place, everything was very clean, the apartment is large, comfortable and airy, in addition to the perfect location on Bacutia beach. I want to stay in the apartment again!

Excellent stay .. flexible at the entrance and exit, with fresh bed linen and towels … still carried cleaning supplies and powder soap.. although I did not use any of this I found a cute … as nothing is perfect: the tv is not smart … but the luck that there was a chromecast there that we could use ….

My stay was excellent! The apartment is super comfortable, well equipped and very cozy — I felt at home, it has all the necessary utensils and a little more. The air conditioned are all working perfectly. The location is also great, with 20 steps we are on the beach. Very good apartment with a wonderful view from any window of the apartment! How I love the sea was what caught my attention the most. The apartment is very wide. There are 4 suites, one without air conditioning, 2 with window air conditioning and only 1 with split air conditioning. However, the apartment is well ventilated in general. The apartment needs minor improvements such as painting, cleaning the sofa, and changing the pillows. The building is on the sand with exclusive access from the building to the beach. A few meters from Cabana Peracanga, there is an excellent beach tent with impeccable bathrooms. Next to the apartment (2 blocks) there is a store where we buy breakfast items, including fresh bread. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is a boardwalk on the beach for walking. Leilah always responded quickly and was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Very cozy apartment! Ready to use! Spacious kitchen with the basic utensils to turn around in the kitchen! The view to the sea is wonderful! It has no air conditioning, but it sells far beyond having ceiling fans in all rooms! Newly renovated apartment, many nice things around the apartment that you can walk! My second time renting, and sure enough, I'll come back more often with my family!

One of the best stays I've ever had for sure, beautiful apartment all new, wonderful view. Great TV with firestick to watch whatever you want, great beds, large and spacious kitchen, great laundry, brand new washing machine, lots of bathrooms, wonderful shower, hotel bath! Large refrigerator and freezing well, ice in the door. And on top of all that, Leonardo is a great host, always responding quickly and very attentively! We loved the experience in Guarapari and this place made everything perfect! Thank you, we will definitely be back, I highly recommend it!!!

Our stay was quiet, the apto served us super well, well equipped, with everything you need for a quiet stay. It is in front of the beach of peracanga, as we went with a baby, the location was a differential for us. We hope to come back more often.

This is the third time I have stayed in David's apartment…. Super clean, well-equipped apto, clean, smelling bed and bath linens and all the basic items we need for our holiday stay. In addition to responding promptly and always kindly to change check-in and checkout times.

The accommodation super answered, I booked for a night on short notice, but... Super Satisfy, the apto. clean, with amenities, had coffee, sugar, full kitchen, Internet, comfortable sofa, the super safe building, with well-educated staff, a beautiful view of the beach, super indication I am already scheduling to spend 15 days of vacation! not to mention the super attentive host, a beautiful one!
