We found what we were looking for: rest in a comfortable home, an inviting pool and a calm sea of warm waters! Our experience could not have wished for better. We were at 15 people and unanimous the feeling of returning soon. Few eventualities and everything resolved quickly. The location of the house is the strong point... it's worth too much!

The house is wonderful, even more beautiful than in the pictures. It is in a gated condominium, super quiet. It was an amazing stay for our family.

Casa clean and organized. Excellent location close to the beach and restaurant. Group trip and served 7 adults well. Estadia marvellous Roberta well-equipped kitchen very requests and polite!

Aunt's place is simply perfect and he was extremely dear and flexible and attentive with us and my whole family - we were in a huge group and everyone was comfortable. I highly recommend it.

José Sandro was an excellent host, showed flexibility with check-in and check-out, the entrance street completely separates from the house. The house with gourmet space and bathroom next to the pool, with fridge, stove and barbecue. Inside there is only one bathroom inside the single room, but the room has an excellent size and accommodates a family or group of friends well. Besides the house is completely air-conditioned. Super recommend and for sure , if I am in Marechal deodoro I will be staying with Sandro again. Very kind person!!!

We loved our stay, extremely clean house, bed and bath linens were great... wonderful location, close to everything: restaurants, supermarkets, beach... the hosts were super nice. I highly recommend the stay 🥰🥰

For the second time I choose the space of Débora, once again it met my expectations and needs. I felt at home, the property and around behind security, around all kinds of trades, right next to the waterfront. The house has several utensils and resources to meet the need for those who will stay for a long time, apart from the impeccable cleaning of the space. People who go by car can easily leave their car in front of or on the street next to it safely. Finally, since the beginning of the stay Débora provide support, always willing and available to help...I will come back more often for sure!

My stay in Pajuçara was simply wonderful! The host, Maria das Graças, was extremely attentive, welcoming and helpful from the first contact to the time of check-out. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-equipped and in an excellent location - close to the beach, restaurants and tourist spots. I also highlight the small details that made all the difference: the organization of the space, the super comfortable bed, and even local tips that she shared with me, which greatly enriched my experience in the city. I definitely felt at home and wanted to come back. I highly recommend the accommodation to everyone who is coming to Maceió. Thank you for everything!

Our stay was great! The host was super understanding and flexible when we arrived. The photos match the location perfectly. Regarding the noises we saw in other reviews, they did not bother us, only sirens at specific times, nothing that would disturb us.

Simply perfect! The apartment is super well located, close to the beach. In addition, there are many nice things nearby - ice cream parlors, restaurants, bars and even options for those who enjoy outdoor physical activities, such as hiking, running and exercising on the waterfront. The apartment space is amazing, everything is very organized, cozy and exactly as in the photos. Communication with the owner was also great, always very helpful and quick in responses, which made everything very easy and smooth. We loved the stay and we definitely want to come back more often! I recommend it!

I stayed at Alexandre's apartment on April 13 and 18. On both occasions, everything was clean and organized and everything went well. Check in was fast, the location is great and the apartment is very comfortable. I recommend.

Great cost benefit in Maceió. I always ask for Laercio, helped with all the demands.

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

Fátima was an excellent host. The space perfectly met our needs with security and accessibility. The fair price for what I sought, perfectly accommodating my family. Arredores Tranquil, beach in front, I found it much better than Pajuçara for bathing (which at this time was full of sargaços); close to everything, a multitude of restaurants, parks, squares and leisure options nearby. It has a gastronomic park next to the building, a foodtrucks square (well planned and very beautiful space), organized and with various food options (with the short stay, unfortunately it was next ...). We will return peacefully to JTR. Now, to whom it may concern, prepare your pocket to turist because tuuudo in Maceió is expensive 😂 one of the most expensive capitals of the NE.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 people, close to the main points of Pajuçara and Ponta Verde. Well-equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay. Suggestion: the TV only had one channel, you can pay attention to that. In addition, impeccable stay. I would come back more often.

Great place I stayed with my wife... I highly recommend it, close to the best beaches in Maceió... air conditioning in the living room that makes all the difference and a super quiet neighborhood. The host Thiago, a good person and super attentive.

Clean, well equipped and very ventilated apartment! In the back street there is a large supermarket and the building is close to pharmacies, craft fairs and great restaurants. Excellent hosts, attentive and agile. It just couldn't take advantage of the pool, as it is partially covered by the concrete structure of the building, so the water was cold. It was worth it!
