Practical apartment with all the necessary utensils for cooking, washing clothes. Comfortable area to stay although I recommend beaches in other sectors for bathing. Lauricio is a great host. Very attentive to our needs and emergencies. We felt at home.

Passionate about every detail. I went with my family and we were all delighted and super well accommodated in the apartment. Very good space, close to everything, from the beach to local shops. It was sensational! The location is great, you can walk to the fair, restaurants, you can make a walk on the waterfront, very easy. I picked up Uber a few times to go far away! The Apto is new, everything impeccable, I felt at home, the top condominium, with swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, gym, you can use everything that is included. Condominium staff, condominium, reception, all were kind. A Nathalia always helpful, I arrived at dawn and had forgotten to buy water and she left as a courtesy water and soda in the refrigerator. Everything perfect.

Bruno is extremely cordial, helpful, super organized and does everything to please the guest. Your care and commitment surprised me! I highly recommend it, we will return other times 🙏

We felt at home, all clean, smelling and we noticed the affection in every detail. I indicated for friends tbm! Liane always worried if everything was right and ensure the best experience. I had a wonderful stay at Noé's house! Cozy, spacious and super-equipped house. My husband and I spent a lot of time in the outdoor leisure area as it is super private and with a SPECTACULAR view to see the sunset!

Mr. Lourenço always attends to our requests. The house is airy and clean. A very quiet condominium next door has a market. I want to go back and stay there again. Gratitude!

Great place Location: The house is a few minutes away from the beach and the French village, and it is quiet to go and go back walking, including the evening. I recommend walking back and forth because the traffic on the beach is bad and to park it was complicated. Go and return walking was more practical. About the House: The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking a meal. It met all of our needs. It has a stove, oven, sandwich maker and pots. The cabinets are labeled, so it's easy to find dishes, glasses, cups and save everything in the right place. Children loved the pool swimming pool. You can use the barbecue as well. Although a room has no air conditioning, it is not warm because it has a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The garage fits up to 03 small cars. Mas 02 cars is ideal I highly recommend the house.

We stayed at Casa Prema to get to know Ipioca, and the space not only matched but exceeded expectations. The space is extremely cozy, beautiful, cozy, optimally located right in front of the beach with a breathtaking view of the bedroom door to a very blue sea. Impeccable house! Everything in measure, super well equipped, just arrive and use, it has everything we need. It is a very cozy, airy, spacious and comfortable house. The yard is super private and nice, integrated with the living room and kitchen. The hosts are very kind and proactive, leaving the house very well taken care of to welcome guests. We left already wanting to go back. Besides, the beach is very close and wonderful too.

Simply incredible stay, wordless to describe! The apartment is even better than in the pictures, really nice. The environment is super cosy, the quiet building, the clean rooms and all utensils are at your disposal. The location is easy access to beaches, markets, pharmacies and gas station, all very close by. French Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. Very attentive Marco always responded quickly, in a flexible check in and checkout. I loved the environment and I recommend it to EVERYONE. If you're looking for a place to have unforgettable moments for your family, this is the right place ❤️
