Excellent property, location, accommodation, host, caretaker and other participants. For those seeking quality, this is the property. Fully furnished apartment, with all the items that are needed in a home. We have pillows/iron/dryer/barbecue, all in the smallest details. I have allergic rhinitis and suffer when I stay on the coast, but this time, I had the pleasure of being very well accommodated. For those looking for great accommodation, just talk to Carlos. Responds quickly, attentively and is a super nice person.

The accommodation was extremely clean and organized, the space accommodated us perfectly. The kitchen was complete with utensils and everything you need to cook your meals. The amphritrians were extremely gentle, they always responded quickly and answered all the questions we had, as well as thinking about every detail for our comfort. The condmínio is safe, very quiet and quiet, perfect for those looking for a place to rest. Anyway the hosting surprised us a lot in all respects, it would definitely be on it again!!!!

The apartment is very good, all very clean and organized! Iara always answering our doubts and always being receptive. No ap has only the ceiling fans, and it was very hot, we suffered a little with it, we did not take a fan because the voltage was 110, and where we live is 220. If you can, I recommend you bring a fan. Other than that, nothing to score, only to really thank for Iara's stay!

We went with family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, has excellent location within the condominium: near the beach and in front of the market that condominium (which in fact has a fair price). The view from the balcony is to the mountain, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the covered area and the whole check-in process was excellent. I recommend it.

Perfect and highly recommended. Close to the beach, with a view of the sea. We went to two beaches on foot, one we took a 15-minute trail, in which I recommend going prepared with tennis and taking some snacks, because the terrain is very irregular and there are no vendors and kiosks, but the beach is absolutely perfect. Our accommodation was equally perfect, we took advantage of everything the place offers, barbecue, wood stove and even sleeping to the sound of the sea and waking up with the same view. The place was clean, the host was always willing and has the basic kitchen utensils. Everything was perfect for us.

The place is located in a very beautiful and peaceful spot. It’s an absolutely stunning house to stay and relax. Hilda and Emerson were so kind, helpful and caring. We felt wonderfully safe and welcomed. We also received a lot of tips on where to go in the area. It’s a true hidden paradise in the middle of the forest with the most wonderful view of the ocean. I liked it a lot! It is a very large house, with several guest rooms, where the pool area, living room and kitchen are shared. I went in low season (June) and the house was very quiet. I stayed in the guest house with my husband, two children and two babies, and it served us perfectly. You can hear the sound of the sea, the view is simply perfect. The kitchen is very complete, I just missed a microwave, but the shared kitchen has everything, and it can be used. It had clean bedding and pillows. I loved that there was a full-length mirror in the bedroom and a clothesline on the floor (that's really needed). The only downside is that the road to get there is very bad. If you don't have a car, I don't recommend it. The beach is not so close on foot, as it is necessary to go down the hill to get there, and the path is quite deserted, surrounded by forest, beautiful, but I found it dangerous to walk alone. That's why I couldn't get out on foot with a stroller.

We had unforgettable moments here, the house is exactly as shown in the advertisement and I confess that when we arrived we were even more enchanted, because the house has that coziness of Home, you know? But the best surprise is when you get to the back of the house and open the huge wooden sliding doors and you are faced with a breathtaking view, including sleeping and waking up to the sound of the sea is incredible, it looks more like an extension of the backyard of the house, which is also beautiful and has plenty of space to enjoy with the family. We went with the maximum capacity and the house served us perfectly, the kitchen is super well equipped with utensils that never end kkk, including some dishes with that super charming grandma face as well as the whole house. Just a note for pet owners, the condominium prohibits entry to the beach, but on the other side of Lázaro beach, to the left outside the condominium area, you can enter with your pet. Having seen this, we definitely intend to return, we love it so much!

A House is located in a paradise. Surrounded by jungles, but close to city, supermarkets, 3 beaches. Victor is always here for help and advice. The whole family is adorable, friendly and warm! Amazing place to stay in Ubatuba, I am looking forward to come back!

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again haha but everything was perfect thank you

The apartment is excellent, exactly as in the photos: very clean, organized and comfortable. We had an unforeseen event on the way - a road accident delayed us by about 4 hours, and we ended up having to stay overnight in Uberaba. We warned Ademir that we would not be able to arrive that day, and he very generously offered to refund the lost night or grant us an extra night at no cost. We refused, of course, because we understood that the setback was not his responsibility, but this attitude demonstrates the type of person and host he is: honest, understanding and generous. I highly recommend the accommodation and we will certainly return!

i spent seven days with my husband and son in Gisele's apartment, right away when I entered the apartment I felt like it was all very organized and the smell of a clean house was super cozy, I was surprised by the reception even from afar she made a point of being super receptive, she left a welcome card and a few chocons. It was in communication all the time to know if it was all right if I was enjoying it if I had slept well without words, she is a super nice and educated person, not to mention that she sent me directions about the best beaches. About the apartment only positive things all new, complete kitchen left nothing to wish for, the condominium is also top everyone respects the super quiet rules I had no problem for me so far it was the best trip I've ever made by Airbnb beaches, top apartment, I don't see the time to come back again.
