We already knew the Peracanga region but first time we stayed with Adriano Carlos. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, with many utensils, dish cloths, and is located in the best region, right in front of the entrance to the kiosks in addition to having a very good pool and BBQ area. We love the experience, we'll be back for sure.

Juliana is very solicitous. The house is very complete and well cared for, with the right place for each item...we felt at home. Blackout curtains, super comfortable pillows and beds made our nights' sleep even better. The screens on the window provided more security for the children. Fully integrated apartment, facilitating mobility and providing spaciousness. The region is very calm and with easy access to all regions of Guarapari. I was able to walk/run every morning and felt safe. On the last day, I discovered a charming restaurant in the city center that served delicious food by the kilo, with everything spotlessly clean. They also sold a wonderful bean-to-bar chocolate.

Great place. Huge and extremely comfortable. Kitchen with all the utilities and electros in perfect operation. View of the impeccable apartment and excellent location. Leonardo always answered all my questions promptly and was very kind. I highly recommend it.

My family and I had incredible and unforgettable days, Rafael and Erica's apartment is charming, beautiful, everything in extremely good taste, we felt like we were in a hotel. Rafael responds promptly and clarifies all doubts, description and photos of the place made accurately, employees and residents of the building super polite and attentive, it is our second time in this spectacular place and we will certainly return if God wills. The view from the room is a show in itself, spectacular, a gift from God, if I may give you a tip/advice: take at least 1 day to contemplate the sunrise, surreal and beautiful.

The apartment is great for a stay on this quiet Guarapari beach. The description and photos show everything of the apartment. We went in 4 people and we were very comfortable in the place. The kitchen is well equipped I try the vast majority of the necessary utensils (it did not have an Airfryer, but this did not hinder our plans). Otherwise, everything is great and useful. The rooms are of good size and the living room is very spacious. It has internet and SmartTV as well as a wonderful view. The check-in and check-out took place quietly. The gatekeepers of the buildings are gentle and helpful. I recommend to everyone the apartment and the beaches that are close to it.

Myself and my family love to spend the days at Marcelo's house! We felt at home and Marcelo is a great host! The apartment is coladinho on the beach... wonderful! I look forward to being able to return!!!

I loved it! Excellent apartment located in a very quiet neighborhood, very quiet, great for resting. It is very close to Praia dos Padres, you can go on foot, a beautiful place. On the other side, Meaípe beach, also beautiful and with good restaurants and shops. We spent great days here. Vinicio passed on all the information and was very attentive to us. Célia welcomed us very well and was also very attentive. We intend to return for the next holidays.

My stay was excellent! The apartment is super comfortable, well equipped and very cozy — I felt at home, it has all the necessary utensils and a little more. The air conditioned are all working perfectly. The location is also great, with 20 steps we are on the beach. I want to highlight especially the attention and care of Hosts, Odilon and Fabiana, always helpful and kind. I will definitely stay here again and I recommend with my eyes closed. The apartment is great very close to the beach of Bacutia which is beautiful with calm and crystal clear waters, a great place for children. For those with small children, the apartment is perfect because it is very close to the beach, to walk quietly.

Wonderful stay! super flexible and attentive Juliana. Small details were very important, like a chocolate she left for me when I arrived. Tb had a coffee maker and she left coffee powder and sugar. Amazing!🤍 Ambiente corresponded with the photos, all extremely clean.

Staying at Karla’s place has been nothing short of amazing. For starters, she was very proactive to help us do our check in despite us arriving much later than planned. And during our stay, she was extremely kind and responsive whenever we needed help. The little dependence where we stayed was perfect to have privacy and a peaceful stay while enjoying the beach nearby during the semana santa. We even ended up extending our stay!

Our stay in this apartment was great! The space was spacious, decorated with a lot of style for a perfect vacation. Nossa, one of the best weekends at Peracanga Beach! From the first contact with Marcus, I realized it would be perfect. In most locations you are limited by Check-in and check-out times. As I would arrive very early on Saturday and leave at the end of Sunday, I asked if we could have flexibility at these times and I was served exactly as I wanted. Upon arrival, I made contact with Rose who was impeccable in sympathy and simplicity. Super friendly porterers treating you as a resident. Gente, and the best, is just across the street and sit on the beach🏖️. My children loved the freedom to come and go. The impeccable, gorgeous and fondly prepared apartment. Super recommend and we will definitely be back soon.
