The apartment matches the description and is very well equipped. When we arrived the apartment was impeccable, with extra towels and sheets available. It has a beautiful view of the mountains (from the apartment) and 360 of the penthouse (where the pool is located) Having a full kitchen and washing machine available made the difference. The apartment is very spacious, has 2 bathrooms, water filter, tank and all the necessities for a stay. It also has 3 parking spaces, a super useful kit to take to the beach (4 chairs, cart that turns into a table and cooler), new building and well located and with 24-hour concierge. In addition to recommending it, I'm already in the mood to go again!

Excellent apartment, easy access at the check in, bed and bath linens available and of good quality, support material for very well preserved prai. The building has a good structure with a very suitable place for the entrance and removal of sand from the bathers, as well as a box to store the chairs and parasol. Condominium staff always polite and request. Rosângela gave full support from booking to check out. Come back for sure!

Extremely quiet place, gated condominium with 24h gate, several leisure areas and the apartment is complete with the utensils. Luiz responds quickly and gave all instructions. I recommend and intend to return.

The highlight of my stay was the ease of communication with Elisa. All that I needed to talk to her was very quick and cordial. The apartment is in a super nice condominium, the pool is great and the access is easy. The region is very quiet and has wonderful beaches. It's a simple space, but fair to what it offers.

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.

Rosane is very helpful and always responds super fast. The apartment has a lovely sea view on the balcony, including every day we see turtles at sea. Very clean, tidy and equipped. Air in the 3 bedrooms and the room that is not a suite, the bathroom is practically next to the door. 2 good parking spaces. Quick access to the two main beaches. The stay is wonderful, the place is wonderful. Super safe, comfortable, easy to find, easy access, close to the beach, all very organized. Uber searches and takes without problems. The apartment is exactly like the one described in the ad, kitchen super complete. Communication with the hostess is super fast, she always responds quickly and very attentive. I really enjoyed the stay. The house is very large and airy. The beach in front is great for those looking for privacy. The address in the system sent us to another location, but the host sent us the correct address in the sequence and everything worked out.

The couple is very friendly and welcoming, received us with a shrimp moqueca, which I thought was very good, because I arrived later and was already worried about going out to eat. The house is spacious, beautiful view, very close to the beach. It has hydro, sauna and pool, as well as games. The Peixaria conveys at home and the supermarket is nearby as well. It was a good experience, because I had what I hired, in addition to efficient and affectionate communication.

The house can be better than the advertised in the photos. And more complete as well. The entire house was impeccable and extremely clean. Smelling linens and towels. The housekeeper (unfortunately I don't remember the name) was going to clean the pool every other day. In the kitchen in all the utensils you can imagine (from varying glasses to couscous!) Victor was an excellent host, always texting to see if everything was right and if we needed anything. Anyway... we'll definitely be back!

The house is wonderful! Very close to an empty and beautiful beach. We went with four kids and they had a great time. The house is well equipped, we just miss a few better knives. The beach chairs were a great surprise. We love the outdoor area. A special highlight for the host. Very available and helpful. I recommend the stay. It was family fun days that we won't forget.
