Great location, flexible check-in, the apartment was impeccable, bedding, towels, equipped kitchen. Our stay was super nice!! The hostess, Liliane, answered all questions quickly and clearly.

The apartment is amazing, well decorated and renovated, private and quiet (we only hear the sound of the sea), the view was the best we've ever had. Very comfortable, with complete kitchen items, quality bedding. Kind, available and pleasant hosts. They left us a treat, which was really nice. Access to the beach is via a small and fast trail, but it can be difficult for those with mobility problems. I recommend renting a car to better enjoy the region and nightlife. The building is old but that doesn't get in the way at all, the apartment offers a structure inside that makes you forget any setbacks. I strongly recommend it.

Very cozy lodging, very comfortable home and very well behaved my family. Clear space, easy to pick up the key. We could walk to the beach, but we chose to go by car. Wifi working perfectly. Condomínio very beautiful and with great structure.

Excellent stay .. flexible at the entrance and exit, with fresh bed linen and towels … still carried cleaning supplies and powder soap.. although I did not use any of this I found a cute … as nothing is perfect: the tv is not smart … but the luck that there was a chromecast there that we could use ….

The experience was incredible! The view is truly wonderful and is in line with the photos of the listing. The building itself has an old structure, but we have nothing to complain about the apartment, all very well organized and clean, which was what gave us the most comfort. When we arrived, there was a welcome message, the house was clean and smelling and gave a look at the care they have with their guests. Luciana is a very attentive hostess, who proved proactive and available to resolve the issues that appeared, in addition to having made the check-in and chek-out times more flexible. The house had coffee powder, sugar, salt and various cooking utensils that facilitated our stay (pan, board, coffee maker, misteira etc). The apt is located in a neighborhood close to the city center, making it possible to do a lot on foot, has a supermarket and pharmacy very close by; we find a very cool location. Finally, the stay was great and we will definitely return at other times! :)

Flávia is an excellent hostess, always quickly answering questions. My family and I really feel at home, the apartment is perfect, with a beautiful sea view. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but it was not missed at any time, natural ventilation alone was enough, and there were fans in every room that worked perfectly. We loved the stay and plan to be back soon!

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

We were in a group of 13 adults and 2 children and we simply loved the house, every description matches the house and its accommodations. The house was perfect for our stay, we intend to return soon. The hosts are attentive and kind, our group loved staying for 6 days in this accommodation that is a true paradise.

The accommodation was peaceful. Bakery, restaurants, distributors, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. Very airy and safe house.

Our stay was very pleasant. The property's location is amazing, close to everything. It has a balcony overlooking the sea that provided us with very pleasant moments! Walter, our host, and his family were always very attentive and helpful. Thanks to them for hosting us!!!!

It was a very good experience, from the beginning the hosts were extremely helpful, when we arrived at the house they were at the place to welcome us with all the affection, show us the house, answer our questions about the location and what they had to do. They left a little souvenir to welcome us and whenever we needed it very quickly. The house is exactly as described in the listing, very cozy, has all the utensils in the kitchen, the beach is beautiful and is very close to Castilians and anchieta. My family and I left there with the urge to always return! It was a very pleasant experience and I thank Glícia and Alex so much for welcoming us so well!

Excellent house, clean, well maintained, fully equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, new air-fryer, airy rooms, hostess always available, helpful and proactive. We were 7 adults and 4 children and the house was perfect. The house is in the block behind the waterfront with easy access to the beach and restaurants. I recommend it!

The house is wonderful! Very close to an empty and beautiful beach. We went with four kids and they had a great time. The house is well equipped, we just miss a few better knives. The beach chairs were a great surprise. We love the outdoor area. A special highlight for the host. Very available and helpful. I recommend the stay. It was family fun days that we won't forget.

The condominium is very quiet and with many leisure areas, very close to the beach. Very clean and organized house, it has everything we need to spend a few days . Viviane very thoughtful and helpful We love and recommend the hosting.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

The highlight of my stay was the ease of communication with Elisa. All that I needed to talk to her was very quick and cordial. The apartment is in a super nice condominium, the pool is great and the access is easy. The region is very quiet and has wonderful beaches. It's a simple space, but fair to what it offers.

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.

Rosane is very helpful and always responds super fast. The apartment has a lovely sea view on the balcony, including every day we see turtles at sea. Very clean, tidy and equipped. Air in the 3 bedrooms and the room that is not a suite, the bathroom is practically next to the door. 2 good parking spaces. Quick access to the two main beaches. It has a smooth slope, very quiet and quick to climb. New Building. Thank you Rosane and see you next time!
