I loved the stay, great place, everything clean and I felt very comfortable. The location is great, and the host is very friendly and helpful.

Conveniently located near the beach, shops and restaurants. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Small terraces with very nice outdoor furniture. Secure building. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Danilo is a fantastic host – super responsive, thoughtful, and always ready to help. He went above and beyond with great local recommendations and extra assistance when needed. The apartment is even better than the photos: very spacious, stylishly furnished, and well laid out. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower, plus there’s an extra guest toilet. The building is modern, secure, and always monitored at the entrance, which made us feel safe and welcome. The balcony is a peaceful little oasis, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The location is great too – not overly touristy, so you get to experience the local lifestyle. A supermarket is just around the corner. Highly recommended! Thanks Danilo, we will definitely stay here again! You are doing an amazing job!

Claudia is a fantastic host. I had to change my reservation and leave early due to work and she kindly accommodated my request. Communication was perfect, any query I had she always replied promptly. The space is great, loved the comfy work chair, and it’s super well located with plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and gym around also Copa beach is just a few mins walk away. Deise was a very gracious and flexible host. The majority of time she responded to questions within 10 minutes. The apartment was in such a great location, 1 block off the beach and with restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a great stay in Rio.

great place, we stayed there a few days for Carnaval, super close to the beach and walking distance to supermarket, bars and restaurants. Spacious for the family, I would stay again!

We had a great stay. Great house with terrific ocean views. Super easy walk to an almost private beach. The house itself was fantastic. 4 suites, all with a/c. And two additional bedrooms. Kitchen was big, as was the dining area and living rooms. Yes, more than one! With all that, I think the outside was even better. The pool was much-used by us. The outdoor kitchen and dining area were really nice, too. And Selenia was a great host, very responsive and proactive. Highly recommend!

Ayres.. What a great stay. We have felt very much at home here and comfortable. Everything was clean and Ayres helped us well with everything. He took us to the local bakery and helped us order food when we arrived very late the first night. A lovely man, with a lovely family. we would definitely recommend!

André is always very helpful and kind. Provided clear information about the house and necessary instructions. The house is exactly as in the photos, it exceeded expectations. Impeccable and very spacious cleaning. Close to the beach and several other amenities. We love it and look forward to the next opportunity.

Monica was very hospitable and we were very comfortable since the reception. She is very fine people, she has a good conversation and has given us several stays about locomotion and what to do in the Flamengo region. The house is in a very charming and super safe villa. It's near the subway and has a good variety of buses. A find! The room that was made available to me is large, has a comfortable bed, air-conditioned and a bathroom in front, which only my friend and I use. Super recommend staying with her!!!

Hosts maintained communication throughout the journey until check-in, which was very flexible, easy as well as the location and instructions. Super nice place, organized, we will definitely come back more often!

Compliments only The apartment is Divine, Clean, Smell, Exactly as in your photos👏 In the condominium, there is Restaurant, with breakfast buffet and on weekends, there is also buffet for lunch, very good food🙌 The town is "foot in the sand" yesmm, perfect. There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏

This place was absolutely amazing! You couldn’t ask for a better view of the beachfront. Timo was extremely responsive and accommodating. I definitely looking forward to staying at this location again.
