I had the most incredible experience staying at this apartment in Ipanema. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the panoramic ocean views — it truly felt like waking up in a postcard every day. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and comfy bedding. The location couldn't be better. Just steps from the sand and close to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. I always felt safe walking around, even at night. Watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight of every evening — absolutely magical. The host was warm, responsive, and gave great local recommendations. Check-in was smooth, and they made sure I felt at home from day one. If you're thinking about staying in Rio, don’t hesitate — this place is a gem. I can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the flat. Very easy check in. The flat was lovely and very clean. Thoughtful welcome gifts. The gym was a bonus. But the best thing is the view - we had the benefit of 4 fabulously sunny days but the view is absolutely spectacular. A great place to stay in Rio and a great hosting team who really made us feel welcome.

A very comfortable apartment on the 31st floor, which allows for very nice views of the city. It has furniture, appliances and utensils that are very useful for travelers. The terrace is very nice and the pool is phenomenal, heated and large. The location is excellent, some nearby places are the Museum of Tomorrow, Uruguiana, Monasterio San Benito, Real Gabinete, Confiteria Colombo, Convento de San Antonio, just to mention the closest but in Uber you can quickly get to many other places in less than 10 min. Eliane was always attentive, responded quickly, and maintained good communication at all times. This apartment, which is in the heart of this great and beautiful city, is highly recommended.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos. Impeccable, new, clean. Although Lapa is known to be a dangerous area, the apartment is located on a safe and well-lit street. I felt safe even walking at night. It's very close to the subway. Fundamental for Rio de Janeiro. Matthias was very kind and helpful. Excellent option for traveling is the accommodation.

I had a really great time staying at this place! The host was extremely friendly and helpful – I always received a very quick response to my questions. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and very well equipped – nothing was missing. Very nice place. Close to everything on foot, such as restaurants, grocery stores and the beach nearby. This sector is also safe. A very nice shopping center right next door and the view from the apartment is beautiful

All wonderful! The Apto was impeccable, as in the pictures! Everything tidying up and very cute! The location is great, the building is safe and it was a lot of strolling with our pet in the next park! The bed is super comfortable! It was very good!

I had an excellent stay! The location is great, with easy access to various points of the city and very close to Maracanãzinho — which was a differential for me. The condominium is very safe, well maintained and has super attentive doormen and an efficient administration. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with cozy beds and all rooms air-conditioned, which made all the difference. A very positive point is also the shower, which works well even in the event of a power outage. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay, showing true care to ensure that everything was in order. This brought a lot of peace of mind and confidence. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay again!

Olivia’s place is absolutely perfect. Very charming and nicely decorated. Very spacious and well equipped. Perfect for families! We were 5 there, me and my wife, a 75y old and my 2 kids (12 and 9 year old). It was perfect for all. Spotless clean and located at a very quiet/calm residential part of Leblon, but at same time at only a 5min walk (literally) from everything good Leblon has to offer (beach, restaurants, bars, nice shops). Very safe and modern building with all amenities. Garage spot should you need one a major plus. Olivia is a wonderful host (very responsive and make you feel at home). Don’t hesitate to book it.

I spent New Year's with my family at Casazen and it was amazing. We didn't leave the house to enjoy ourselves at any time, we did everything inside it haha. The pool was amazing. The air-conditioning was all working really well. Warm showers. Juliana was wonderful from the first contact until after check-out. We stayed a few days but we certainly intend to come back again and again.

Elisa was kind, thoughtful and accommodating and her place was magical! Great location, wonderful view and she has the sweetest puppy. It was a great home base to experience Rio in a different way than the average tourist. You will love it, we did! Thank you, Elisa!

Very cozy house, with excellent exterior structure to enjoy with the family. We run Carnival without problems with water or light. Monica was super receptive and kind in all contacts. Helped us a lot! We'll be back at another time.

Beautiful home and hostess, high ceilings and unique space made for a beautiful stay

Excellent! That's the only possible word to describe Raquel's house and our stay. The place is identical to the photos and super cozy, clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a good stay, including the kitchen (a point that many houses usually fall short on). For those who go with pets, you can rest assured that there is no risk of them running away or entering any bushes (the house is completely walled, with privacy and linear). Raquel is a great host, very sweet, attentive and responds super fast. You'll want to live there forever. We'll be back more often for sure.

Large, simple and spacious summer house. Ideal for people looking to enjoy a great beach with family and friends. The host was very friendly and our experience was good!

second time we go with the family and we always enjoy it a lot. The house is cared for with great care and zeal by the owners, in addition to being attentive. we ended up using the house's infrastructure and we hardly left. we hope to return soon.
