The apartment is compact and very well planned, with everything we needed. Impeccable cleanliness and excellent location — close to the center of Niterói, the ferries to Rio and the Oceanic Region. The highlight is the large balcony with a direct view of Christ the Redeemer. We were very comfortable with our 1-year-old daughter, we really felt at home. The host, Adriana, was attentive and helpful from the start. The covered parking space next to the elevator made it a lot easier, especially with a lot of luggage. Initially, we reserved 5 days and extended it for another week. We plan to return next year!

The apartment is even better in person than in photos. We were very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable, the pool has incredible views and the bathrooms are spectacular. We have been very happy these days.

I had the most incredible experience staying at this apartment in Ipanema. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the panoramic ocean views — it truly felt like waking up in a postcard every day. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and comfy bedding. The location couldn't be better. Just steps from the sand and close to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. I always felt safe walking around, even at night. Watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight of every evening — absolutely magical. The host was warm, responsive, and gave great local recommendations. Check-in was smooth, and they made sure I felt at home from day one. If you're thinking about staying in Rio, don’t hesitate — this place is a gem. I can’t wait to come back!

We stayed only one night in Ninha's apartment, but it was enough to have a great experience! The place is well taken care of and exactly as described in the ad. The location was also perfect for what we needed. Ninha was a great host: attentive, kind and always available to help. I recommend for sure and hope to return soon!

I simply loved my stay in this Studio! The space is super clean, well organized and decorated with very good taste — every detail demonstrates care and affection that the host had when receiving us. Very nice place. Close to everything on foot, such as restaurants, grocery stores and the beach nearby. This sector is also safe. A very nice shopping center right next door and the view from the apartment is beautiful

All wonderful! The Apto was impeccable, as in the pictures! Everything tidying up and very cute! The location is great, the building is safe and it was a lot of strolling with our pet in the next park! The bed is super comfortable! It was very good!

Really great apartment, very well equipped to make you feel home, confortable beds and quality bedding. Location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. Parks, restaurants and bakeries at your doorstep. Having off street parking is perfect if you rent a car while in Rio.

Amazing apartment with everything you need, the decor is beautiful and everything very organized!! Isadora was a sweetheart along with her father, they left us all the way for Easter. We are extremely happy with the choice of this apartment and we will definitely return more often!

The house is delicious!! Super cozy and comfortable. It's a complete house! Wonderful bed and bath linens, pool towels were also available. Kitchen complete with utensils and dishes/cups/glasses of all kinds, full tbm barbecue area! There is no shortage of activities for children! Pool buoys, foosball, ping pong, pool, beach tennis rackets and the soccer field! Everything works perfectly. Apart from the pernilongos, we have nothing to complain about. Victor was an excellent host responding to everything quickly. Tbm we were appointed to Thainara to help with cleaning the house on the days we stayed there and it was a great indication. We'll be back!

The house is excellent! A very well cared space with everything you need to enjoy your rest and leisure days. Maximum note for cleaning and for bed and bath linen that were impeccable! Alicia's house is a delight. The location couldn't be better - in front of the beautiful Camboinhas beach. You can get from the house to the beach in 2 minutes on foot, practically on the sand. The house is very cozy, it has books, games, art, we felt at home from the first moment. Nicaea welcomed us very well and we had great communication with her. Livia was also always very helpful. We'll be back for sure.

Raquel was perfect from start to finish.It was difficult to leave the house... Wonderful house, the helper she in dicou was very kind and made amazing cakes! The C ASA has all the convenience so much that it is difficult to get out of it even to go to the beach! The leisure area is very complete and cozy, there is still a gym inside the house and sauna! We love it!
