We loved the days we spent there, the apartment really is just like the photos, when we arrived everything was clean and very fragrant, very cozy! I highly recommend it! The place is wonderful, with easy access to markets, bakery, etc. We are speechless and already want to go back!

The area is amazing, the view from the balcony looks like a painting! The space is large and cozy, it has accommodated our family very well! We love and look forward to coming back soon!

This is the second time we go to this place and we love it, it has everything to feel at home and the ocean front view is beautiful. Whenever we can we come back, I highly recommend it.

We went with the whole family, there were 10 of us and we were very comfortable. Beautiful apt, spacious bedrooms, beautiful barbecue, which we enjoy every night and balcony with a spectacular view. The complex is very secure. The beautiful beach but with strong waves, you can bathe with caution, nice for walking, of hard sand. Very good showers but could be like showers to supply no bidet. With respect to the amenitis of the complex, the great outdoor pool, the gym well, it is small and locked, there is 1 pool table and 1 ping pong for when the complex is very full and cannot be used, the indoor pool is nice and heated. The location is close to English, there is only a double hand route to leave and enter Santinho, in times of high flow of tourism, a lot of time is wasted on the transfers. There are super and shops nearby to stock up.

I will definitely come back more often, cozy apartment, clean and with a spectacular view! It was wonderful to sleep with the sound of the waves and with such a comfortable bed!

The apartment accommodated us perfectly, the view is wonderful, everything is organized and clean, the location is great, close to everything. The host Bernardo is always available from the day of the reservation until our checkout. We will definitely come back to rest in this property.

Izair was very attentive, the same house as the photos the whole impeccable house, beach is practically private house and foot in the sand, super quiet the children loved super calm sea worth well worth We will definitely go back.

We had a beautiful stay at Amadeu’s place. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive making adjustments to suite a family with young children. The house is perfect for family with little kids with a great play area and a mini playground in the shape of a pirate ship - my kids LOVE IT 🥰 the house is in a beautiful location by the lake, very peaceful. The only downside was the showers. Not very hot specially leading into winter and very, very low pressure but wouldn’t be an issue in summer time. Another downside is the neighbours dogs. They have 5-6 dogs that bark all day (and night!) long. We had to get a white noise machine for the kids. Wish the neighbour was a bit more friendly and respectful of their neighbours and manage their pets better. All in all a great stay a Ned we’d book again. We had a great stay at Steve's house. This house is about 10-15 minutes from Praia Mole and within minutes you are in the lively area around the lake. There are a lot of restaurants and bars. Douglas was phenomenal, he helped us a lot and drove us everywhere we wanted to go. We even went to a super rodizio restaurant together. Lena was also a great support and helped us with the laundry. Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs that make it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but this is only an impression due to the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and the location were very good.

Wonderful stay for our group of 6 adults, 1 child and 1 pet! The property is amazing, with comfortable mattress, impeccable bedding, hot tub and jacuzzi. The residential complex is beautiful and complete, with tennis and football, playground, saunas and an exceptional structure. The beach is close, with calm sea, ideal for walks.
