Second time in Simone's space, everything impeccable and perfect! Simone, super helpful and attentive, waited for us at the door of the building even in the rain. I highly recommend the place, the location is perfect, the building is super quiet and the people are very polite! We certainly felt at home in Simone's space and we already want to see the other spaces she has in Floripa… thank you Simone for everything once again!

Excellent apartment with high-end building features. Very comfortable car, with a very good exit for Jureré or for any place in the south of the island. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need to rest. It is in a very quiet residential environment, we felt very comfortable. We hope to be back soon!

The apartment matched the photos and description. New, clean, well decorated, airy, well equipped, located in a building with a great structure. The rooms are spacious and have a nice balcony with a beautiful view. The location is great, close to the beach, shops, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy. You can do everything on foot. The host responded quickly, gave all the necessary directions about the location and the apartment, great communication. Always very kind, we had flexibility in the dates and time of entry. I intend to return.

Besides Guilherme being a great host, the space is impeccable. Exactly as in the photos, well cared for, clean and spacious.

The apartment is a luxury, in a nutshell. It has all the amenities, private entrance to the beach, beach items, all the rooms have sea view. super equipped and has 24h concierge. all very attentive. 100% recommended, we will definitely come back.

Great! The house is very good, and communication with the hosts was very easy. The house was clean, with everything working well. There is not much to do on the outskirts of the house because it is located on the edge of a highway, but nevertheless it is well located. I recommend it!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious, beautiful, clean, fun, very well located... you don't need to use the car, there are great restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacies, a market...everything is very close! And the Lagoon is beautiful in this place and super close! The house has everything you need and more...extremely clean towels and bed linen! The pool water on the first day had not warmed up enough because it was very cold, but from the next day it was already delicious! The view from the house's gazebo is very beautiful! Very comfortable beds and great showers! Anyway, I highly recommend it... Guilherme is super attentive! We love the house and the whole place!

Wonderful stay for our group of 6 adults, 1 child and 1 pet! The property is amazing, with comfortable mattress, impeccable bedding, hot tub and jacuzzi. The residential complex is beautiful and complete, with tennis and football, playground, saunas and an exceptional structure. The beach is close, with calm sea, ideal for walks. The apartment is new and very well taken care of. All rooms were extremely clean and the apartment has many appliances that help in everyday life. The parking space is also good and holds SUV vehicles with maneuverability. The condominium has a Thailand-inspired garden, with many plants and a great leisure structure, outdoor swimming pool, indoor heated swimming pool and with ray, very well equipped gym, better than a lot of hotel. The hostess was always very solicitous and answered all my questions. I recommend it!
