Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

we travel to Florianópolis twice a year. We have been staying here for more than 20 years and this is really the best place my family and I have stayed. If you are looking for a high level in everything and quality accommodation, this place is 100% recommended.

The apartment is perfect . Everything was new and working and accommodated us very well. Spacious and functional, it has everything we need for a good stay . The building is also very organized. Super attentive hosts answer questions super fast. We want to come back.

Wonderful stay for our group of 6 adults, 1 child and 1 pet! The property is amazing, with comfortable mattress, impeccable bedding, hot tub and jacuzzi. The residential complex is beautiful and complete, with tennis and football, playground, saunas and an exceptional structure. The beach is close, with calm sea, ideal for walks. The service was humanized and exceptional, a special thanks to Neco! Congratulations to everyone, we are already looking forward to the next stay!

The apartment is nice, modern, and they keep it very clean and functional. Its location is great, the neighborhood is most exclusive on the island. It had all the necessary equipment to spend a few very pleasant days of rest. The hosts were attentive, and everything worked very well.

The hotel is very cozy, beautiful pools, easy access to the beach, accommodation exactly as advertised, clean, and with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. Boris was a great host, I recommend staying!

Airbnb with hotel structure, with daily maid service, towels and beach chairs available, etc. Space exactly as in the pictures. Hotel restaurant with high prices, but within the average of Jurerê.

Yamil, an EXCELLENT person, friendly, always attentive to wapp and no problem. The place, the best in Lagoinha! the complex is over the beach, you go straight down into the sand. From the bed to the barefoot beach on a spotless floor, a pool also barbaric. But being on the beach and serving with umbrellas and lounge chairs is ideal. Also you are where not all the tumult of people, it is more secluded and much better. The depto for us left over has 3 en-suite bedrooms, plus a boy with 2 bunks and baths. Laundry room, service bathroom. A large kitchen with integrated dining area and living room. We always ate at the balcony that is ideal and very pleasant. A real vacation! We will book it every year...

Our stay at Julio's apartment in Florianópolis was just unbelievable. The apartment was spotless, very clean and well equipped, with comfortable and modern furniture. The location is excellent and the resort has it all: pools, common areas, and even a very convenient mini-market. The attention was exceptional, Julio and his team were always available, very attentive and flexible for any need. The view from the place is wonderful, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. It's perfect for families and friends alike. Would definitely go back!

What a place! I already fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very well decorated. I used to date this house for a long time, I was planning to go because the photos are breathtaking, I can say that personally is even better, a show apart, it was the best house I've ever stayed quietly We did not want to leave there, we did shopping and spent 4 whole days there cooking, enjoying the beach, view, hammock and more If you think about making that investment in your life: do it! You won't regret, the noise of the water it makes is addictive Gilberto is super helpful, had a day that even swept the beach to us, only compliments, I will come back more often.
