Hosting place organized, clean, well decorated…everything impeccable and with a lot of whim. To feel like you're at home. Near great shops, market, Farmacia, etc…We really like it and we are already thinking about coming back.

Great stay! The host nearby makes all the difference, except that the accommodation is well-equipped, very organized and clean! The location is close to the beach, has some restaurants in the neighborhood and easy access to highway. I recommend and intend to come back!

It was really very good all the time of the stay. Location is great, close to the center.. close to everything... Beautiful apartment, very complete, very cozy, wonderful view... We were greeted with mimes ( wine, chocolate and +...) The Host gave all the necessary information and supports, and at the end of the stay still offered the courtesy of us staying until the next day in the morning... sorry I really had to leave... It was very worth it! I recommend for sure 😁

We loved the place. Speaking of location, it is close to Guarani Street, you can walk there and it is close to the beach, if you want to go there. It is 20/30 minutes from the beaches I like to go to the most, Lázaro, Enseada, Félix... About the apartment, super clean, with all the necessary kitchen utensils, with air conditioning, a super nice balcony and a comfortable bed! We spent 5 days. The WiFi works really well, and so does the Smart TV for watching a series. The pool on the top floor is very cozy and wonderful for relaxing after a day at the beach. In short, we will definitely return.

My stay at Opa's Flats was simply amazing! The place is exactly as described, super well located really close to the beaches and in front of a gorgeous pub, with a super friendly atmosphere. The flat is cozy, clean and well cared for. I would like to highlight the care of Lilian, who was extremely polite, helpful and attentive at all times. I felt very well received and at ease during the whole stay. Without a doubt, Flats do Opa is the best place to stay in Ubatuba. Super recommend and I will definitely come back more often! 🌴✨

Super nice apartment!!! The heated pool is a plus, since it was a little cold. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a huge square in front, with well-kept grass, making it easy to walk with dogs. The kitchen is well equipped. Gabi sent all the instructions before we entered, and we were greeted with shampoo/conditioner/liquid soap in the bathrooms, and a treat! I highly recommend the apartment and the hostess!!

I absolutely adored my stay! The airbnb was so cozy and welcoming, the decor gives such a peaceful vibe. The outside patio area is perhaps the most stunning place to just relax, read book, or enjoy a meal at the table. I booked this place to celebrate my 25th birthday with a solo trip. Safety, comfort, and the location were my biggest priorities and this place delivered above and beyond my expectations on all three. Dona Nice helped me the check-in and check-out and she is the most lovely and kind person. She was so flexible and helpful when I explained that I'd be arriving later than expected. Great communication and hospitality!! I am definitely planning on coming again because I adored exploring Ubatuba and getting to come back to such a beautiful and relaxing place at the end of the day. I'm so glad that I spent the weekend here, this has definitely been my favorite airbnb stay! Thank you so much :)

Wonderful apartment, everything perfect, brand new as advertised... Markets and restaurant close to the place... only the deck at the top was under maintenance, but you could use the pool normally... Samantha always responded quickly... we thank you and will be back soon
