Beachfront holiday rentals in Praia da Barra

This is a spacious, light, extremely well-equipped and spotlessly clean duplex with lovely views of the sea from 2 of the terraces, and morning sun on the other terrace which overlooks the street. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Nerieda was very fluid, and check-in and out were very easy, in fact she was there to meet us and show us around when we arrived. Definitely recommended.

The apartment was clean, modern and spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Several windows gave great views of the gondolas on the canal. Light filled the apartment during tne day but highly effective blackout blinds made sleeping at night a pleasure. We didn't have a car but everything was within walking distance. Walking back and forth to the train station took about 20 minutes each way. The bus stop to catch the public bus to the beach at Costa Nova is just a short walk from the apartment. Both Ely and Fatima were friendly, responsive and helpful. We would love to return some day.

Amazing place to have a relax stay, very comfortable for 2 couples, close to the beach an lots of good restaurant options. It is on the ground floor and there is a great outside space to have breakfast and also a barbecue is available. Pedro is a really nice guy always available to help.

Fantastic location and the house has everything you need. So many great touches I did not expect like bodyboard, toys, bbq etc Kitchen was stocked with coffee etc and had all the utensils for a great family feast.

Family of 9 we spent 3 days at the property. Paddleboard, Visited Barra, Costa Nova fish market, Aveiro and long beach walks. would recommend.

Very well located accommodation, close to the beach and the Barra lighthouse. Spacious and very sunny accommodation. Very responsive host in case of small problems.

Beautiful home in a really cool location with a sweeping view of the bay. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Jamie was there to personally greet us on arrival and made sure all went well. Highly recommended!

The apartment is spacious and located in a prime area, just across from the beach. Plenty of good restaurants, cafes, and pastry shops within walking distance. The host was very responsive and quick to address any questions. Only two sets of bath towels were provided for two guests staying eight nights. An additional set of towels would have been helpful.

We highly recommend it! Nelson is very responsive and friendly. Perfect location 2 min walk to the beach (sea view). The apartment is even bigger than the pictures! Very well equipped and clean. The pool is great too. Only downside: maybe the lack of deckchair near the pool for sunbathing :) Thank you for the quality of the accommodation!

apartment is clean. great bed, very comfy. we enjoyed the swimming pool that is included in the apartment rent. the apartment has too much furniture/decorations but that's our personal opinion so can't fault on that. Jose is great at responding to questions/ requests. great place, great location. The restaurant with the grills outside that you can see from the north balcony was our favorite! but all the others that Jose recommend are good as well.

A beautiful Airbnb experience! The stay was not only incredibly beautiful, but also sparkling clean and easy to find. The communication went smoothly, which made our trip extra enjoyable. A special mention for Florentina's mother, who received us with warmth and even brought fresh eggs from the chickens. What a thoughtful hostess! Thank you very much for the hospitality!

We loved the house , we went to Family and we enjoy every corner. In addition to all the history and memory that the house represents , it stays in a great location, we need to divide it with the Touristas who stay The area of the kitchen and bathrooms renovated and equipped . Even with a little cloudy days and some rain we enjoy a lot and We have fun in Family.

Beautiful Apartment overlooking the Atlantic Coast. Immaculately clean with everything you need.

Our family stayed at this apartment for a week and a half. The apartment was just as described, quick walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and close to main roads for quick access to Aveiro and Costa Nova. The apartment was very spacious for our family of 3. Comfortable beds, 2 large bathrooms, kitchen with most of what you could need and spacious living room. Our only complaint was that the washrooms only had large tubs with hand held shower, if you wanted to take a standing shower it was difficult. A shower curtain or partial glass wall would have been ideal for an easier stand up hands free shower. Maria was a great host and quick to reply.

Great location and still very quiet. The accommodation is equipped with the essentials and is absolutely perfect for basic travelers. I will come back!

We had a very nice stay at Rosa's apartment. There was nothing missing. The kitchen is superbly equipped. The view of the ocean is simply breathtaking.

The lodge is ideal for a base close to the coast but keeping a certain tranquility.

It was a fantastic stay. The house was well located, 5 min from the beach, on foot. It had everything that was needed. Very well equipped. And the hostess Inês was extraordinary and very friendly in all the contacts we had. I highly recommend to those who want a beach holiday or/and playful component.
