Excellent stay. Everything is very organized, clean and easy to find. Near the beach, you can walk. Communication with Gilvani, super calm, and helpful.

We spent a few days in a super comfortable place, with incredible surroundings. Ideal combination for rest and recreation. Highly recommended and surely it will be a destination to return and if the same place to stay is available. Very good attention from the host, with good recommendations from the area.

Amazing stay in an amazing apartment. Well equipped, Cold beer in the fridge, pods for the coffee maker, were a lovely touch. The host is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The apartment is as described. The location is superb, the amenities, including hot and cold pools, sauna and Jacuzzi are squeaky clean. The facility provides beach chairs and umbrellas makes for an easy trip to the beach, which is a few minutes walk away. Would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a beautiful beach vacation.

Perfect apartment for groups and faithful to the photographs and descriptions made on Airbnb. We went with 4 friends and everything was perfect in the apartment. We felt at home literally. Andréia was very kind, helpful and polite. The treats left in the apartment by Andréia even provided us with breakfast! Of unparalleled delicacy. The building has a 24-hour grocery store that complemented our accommodation. Porterers extremely gentle and supportive.

The apartment is identical to the photos, very cozy and complete. It is on the first floor, has a covered garage and is just a few steps from the beach, just across the street. The reception and care of the hosts was incredible! We arrived late and they were kind enough to wait for us and leave the sofa ready for us to sleep, this was certainly a great differential. They even bothered to leave water in the fridge. It is certainly the ideal place to rest with the family. I recommend it.

Very well-equipped apartment, everything very new and tasteful, exactly as in the photos. The apartment is well integrated and the rooms and living rooms are spacious. The condominium is also very good, with a swimming pool, gym and playground for the children. For those who will spend more days, the service area is limited, otherwise, it is an excellent space!

The house is simple, cozy and has a delicious energy. The view is really special — we were able to enjoy a stunning sunset and moonrise shortly thereafter. The location is great, close to everything: beaches, trails and shops. Unfortunately, we had little time to explore everything the place offers, but we certainly want to go back. Tatiana is a wonderful, caring and welcoming host. We were greeted with a super affectionate treat to toast my wife's birthday — a gesture that made all the difference. We recommend it with affection!

We felt very comfortable in the wind studio. Hosts were responsive to our concerns. The place was as shown in the photos, very complete kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised that the apartment has a washing machine (not seen in the photos) that came to us very well to wash the tights of the day to day. The area is quiet, ideal for resting. Ponta das Canas beach is one of our favorites on the island of Floripa. Thank you very much for everything provided, we plan to return.

It was a great experience, great house, private location, but well located, impeccable cleanliness, not to mention the promptness of Beto and Leia. The land is large, with ample vegetation and a spectacular lawn, where you can enjoy the sunset sitting on the grass among trees and birds nesting.

Excellent place, very clean, tidy, spacious and large, it has a privileged view, exit to the beach directly from the building, excellent hosts very collaborative and eager to help in what you ask them 10/10, I would go again without a doubt.

Great value for money, I found everything clean and fragrant, the host is great at communicating, the place is as it is in the photos, you have to walk a good distance to have access to the beach, I didn't find it as close as I imagined due to the information, but close to the trendiest beaches in Florianópolis, I recommend it.

My experience was simply excellent! From the time of arrival until check-out, everything went perfectly. The place is very well maintained, clean and exactly as described. I was very well received and felt comfortable throughout the stay. I have absolutely no complaints — everything was very good. I would definitely recommend and host again!
