Luiz’s home was a perfect sanctuary for my wife and I. It was situated in a beautiful neighborhood that was a short and beautiful walk to both the beach and local restaurants and shops. I could not recommend this Airbnb more.

We came in 4 couples to do the Ironman of Floripa...and, without a doubt, we stayed in the best possible place. And I'm not just talking about location. Eleonara, weeks before, had already sent the "manual" of the house and was always available. Andrea, who takes care of the house, is the best!! She is nice, caring and very friendly. the trip was perfect.

The house has exceeded our expectations! The location is excellent, very close to the market, gym, beach and with great delivery options in the area. Access is easy and the neighborhood feels very safe. The house itself is even better than in the photos: very comfortable, spacious, well equipped, with everything very clean and organized. The hair dryers are great, which made a big difference to the group. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, but it is worth mentioning that, with only two bathrooms, it can get a little crowded. A highlight is also the large backyard, perfect for having fun and enjoying moments outdoors. The host was extremely kind, friendly and always very helpful. We would definitely go back and highly recommend!

The place is beautiful and spacious. Mary was very nice and communicated promptly. The place is across the street from Praia Mole and there are a few restaurants right on the beach. It was a 5 min drive to Lagoa where great restaurants and bars. Locations was perfect for us. Highly recommend it and hoping to come back soon.

Very good location. Steps to the beach and the Open where there are shops to eat. For the supermarket you have to walk a little more or take uber cheap. The house is very nice and in good condition. It's just like the photos. Very rich spaces. Very good space to socialize. Hartas Pieces. Clean. Except for some details that have already been discussed for improvement. Hosts were quick to respond and were very willing. They were very flexible with check-in and check-out. They let us do early and late checkin. The gas ran out but they responded immediately and they took it back right away.

Thanks to Paulo and Janet for their warm welcome. We were 3 adults with 1 6 year old child and 2 1.5 year old twins and they did everything to make us feel at home. Our twins were even able to get a baby bed each! The house is perfect for a family, and very safe with young children (Thanks to Paolo for the small barrier that allowed our children to play safely on the patio). Great location: access in less than 15 minutes walk to the beach area where you will find restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, souvenir shops, ... A supermarket is also a few minutes walk away, not to mention our favorite: an ice cream stick dealer at the end of the street! Thanks again to Paolo and Janet, we recommend their place 100%!

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. The host was very nice and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to respond to our requirements quickly and cordially. Definitely a highly recommended experience. We would definitely go back!

I stayed 10 days in Vanessa's apartment and it was great. The place is super cozy, everything is well arranged and comfortable. The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet and has everything nearby; bars, snack bars, a good market, pharmacy, in short, super practical. The apartment has everything we need to cook comfortably, and it also has plenty of bed linen and blankets, all of good quality and very fragrant. Vanessa helped me with everything I needed, always very helpful. The sea view is beautiful and the beach is very close, you can easily walk there. I really enjoyed the experience, I felt super comfortable. I would definitely come back!

We love your stay! The location is the best, next to Jurerê Open. We were able to enjoy the pools, the game room, the gym and the beachside service. It has room service and it is super worth paying for the resort parking! Very good, We'll be back!

Great and very spacious house, rooms with plenty of comfort and as it was cold, very well equipped for that too. The pool was well heated, the block was quiet and on the beach side. Juceli is very attentive and responsive. Great stay.

Excellent department. Large, well located (coming and going to the beach was a matter of a few seconds), well equipped, the spectacular pool. We went with my family (5 adults, 3 minors). The treatment of Jura and Luisa impeccable. We came back super compliant. In addition, lagohina is one of the best of the whole island. We will surely return.

We were very welcome by the host José Fernando. The house is very beautiful and it was extremely clean. The rooms are functional and the patio is quite wide. The heated pool and pool table make a difference. With regard to the site, the street is quiet and the surroundings are beautiful. From to go walking to the beach. Great place to relax as a family.
