Makian's apartment was impeccably tidy and very cozy. Very good shower! Comfortable bed and bath linens. The apartment's windows are on the side, and it is possible to have a beautiful view of the beach. Very nice to admire. Bakery, restaurant, shops… and much more, are very close to the apartment. We were treated to some pampering and we were grateful for it! The garage was a differential for our stay. Makian was always quick to answer our questions. Everything went well and the stay was great!

This is the second time we go to this place and we love it, it has everything to feel at home and the ocean front view is beautiful. Whenever we can we come back, I highly recommend it.

It's our first time in Brazil. I traveled with my best friend and arriving at Shirley's home was a gift to the soul. Cozy from the first moment, they welcomed us with their hearts. They're nice people. The room has a view of the sea and while you sleep, you never stop hearing the waves. It's like a melody for the soul. 🤍 If you're looking for something like home, this is where you have to come. Barra is very safe. You eat well and you can go out at any time to explore. It's beautiful. Thank you for the experience and for being nice people. That's very valuable to us. WE WANT TO GO BACK NOW! 🫶🏻

The stay was great, I recommend it.

The location is situated away from the busy city, yet only a couple blocks from the beach. The facility has a gym, outdoor pool, and even a convivence shop on location for quick pickup items. You can easily walk on the beach back to the town center with restaurants and convivence shops on the way. Uber is active and an inexpensive way for grocery, shopping or restaurants. Both bathrooms have hot water showers and the two bedrooms have electric shutters for nice dark sleeping. Your host are both kind and respectful in communication and information. Florianopolis is a delightful destination and you have found one of it's shiny pearls.

Cozy, clean environment and excellent accommodation. We were well received and supported from the first moment. Spacious and comfortable space for families. We appreciate the hosting and highly recommend it.

The place is exactly as presented in the listing, the house is very well planned and tastefully decorated, the owner's concern to offer a comfortable place with everything you need for day-to-day utilities is clear. The women in the family thought it was great to even have a hair dryer. The cleanliness is another point to be commented on, the house was impeccable when we arrived, Lucas was always very helpful and concerned with our well-being, in short, only compliments, it is very worthwhile.

We had a great stay. The place really is wonderful, with beautiful landscapes. The house really has everything in the descriptions and photos. Aldo was very receptive and agile. I highly recommend! And I hope to return.

We love the house, well equipped and has everything you need to spend your stay, in the kitchen I thought it was very cool, which is available salt, sugar, coffee, oil, vinegar and seasonings to cook, basic things that we don't need to worry about. Bed and towels were clean and smelling. In the bathrooms there were available, soap, toothpaste and toilet paper. Host Bárbara is very dear, was very attentive to all the details of the house for us to receive, responded quickly and was very flexible with chekin and checkout. We were welcomed with a basket full of treats, mineral water in the refrigerator and a handwritten letter of welcome❤️. Dolphin Beach is beautiful is close to the house, we did the amazing boat ride. We visit other beaches of Governador Celso Ramos and all are beautiful 😍 Thank you and I will see you soon 😘🫶

Vanio welcomed us very warmly! Extremely organized and beautiful house, very well equipped house, if I had forgotten something I would have had it at the house's disposal. My kids enjoyed it a lot, like the whole family.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious, beautiful, clean, fun, very well located... you don't need to use the car, there are great restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacies, a market...everything is very close! And the Lagoon is beautiful in this place and super close! The house has everything you need and more...extremely clean towels and bed linen! The pool water on the first day had not warmed up enough because it was very cold, but from the next day it was already delicious! The view from the house's gazebo is very beautiful! Very comfortable beds and great showers! Anyway, I highly recommend it... Guilherme is super attentive! We love the house and the whole place!

We left Quinta extremely marvellous! It was a 1 week stay and I can say for sure, 1 week of peace! The place is extremely cozy, clean, beautiful and of an incredible vibe, not to mention the extreme hospitality that Cristina gave us. My tip for the next guests is: talk more with Cristina in addition to check-in or checkout, you will feel all the hospitality that my wife and I feel, in addition to receiving many tips of what to do on the island. Without a doubt we will repeat our stay on our next vacation. AMAZING 🙏🏽🍀♥️

We were recently with my Family, and when we arrived at the Barrio in principle, and its surroundings were surprised by the high standard, Order, Security and the view of the surroundings. We were greeted by ANA with all kindness and warmth, a place of Film, Nature, with an ocean view, and directly connected to the beach from the House, and the best sunset is contemplated. You love the house, it catches you, with unique details you don't want to go. Thank you EDNA, we will be back and IF HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WITHOUT A DOUBT

The apartment was very clean and cozy, very well equipped. The view is wonderful. I loved and will come back other times.

Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs that make it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but this is only an impression due to the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and the location were very good.

SIMONE ALWAYS ATTENTIVE AND PENDING, THE PLACE IS VERY QUIET AND THE ACCESS TO THE BEACH IS FABULOUS. RETURN TO THE NEXTAS VACANZE . THE ONLY THING ONE SHOULD BRING ARE THEIR PERSONAL THINGS, BECAUSE THERE YOU FIND THEM FROM THE ELEMENTS TO GO TO THE BEACH , TO TENNIS RACKETS TO ENJOY THE COURTS AND DO NOT TALK ABOUT THE EQUIPMENT THEREOF , IT IS PERFECT.
